Item-LG LED TV 32" order no[protected] booking date 12 Aug-2015 Paid amount to shopclues for the product- INR 21470 I have ordered the above product to shopclues.They committed me in order that they will delivered the product between 22 to 24 Aug-2015. But till date they not delivered the product to me also they could not able to say that when they will delivered the product.whenever I talk to customer care, only they say that I forward your concern on urgent basis to our concern dept and you will get reply within 48 hours. Now I also request him to cancelled the order but they said that we could not do so, please wait some day.

Hi, This is to inform you that i bought a product from shopclues online website and order number is 64379987, i got the defective product and return the same to shopclues and started follow up to refund my amount or new product but they have not sent to me as of now and it is very long time, kindly do something for me. I have booked one Laptop bag(order No[protected] with online payment from shopcluse. They have despatched courier throe Shreemaruticourier servives (AWB No[protected] but shreemaruticourier service delivered my courier to some other address hence i have called to them for query at there ahmdabad office & they tell me that they have by mistake courier delivered to wrong address hence you may talk to shopcluse for refund of your money hence i have called shopcluse customer care and resister complaint arround 7 times & taking followup with them since 6 days but they are not giving any reply and misguiding me so plz help me to shortout my problem at earlier.

I had ordered a charger for HTC phone on 10th August 2015, which was to be delivered on 18th August 2015. However, on 18th, received an email that there was shortage of chargers with that merchant. So, they placed order with another merchant who finally delivered me an used and faulty charger. I want my charger to be replaced.

Work cheating by shopclues.com they are giving unbelievable discounts
On products and attracting the customer's money and releases after
8 - 10 days. They are making use of that money well. They are trying to
Exploit the customer's. The customer support is also a fraudlent.

I had given a order of 2 flip flops but i received only one . My order number is 64979871!! I had given the complaint to the customer care and they are just delaying the complaint given by us since from 15 months im trying to resolving my complaint but its of no use with shopclues.I had loss of my money and time . Never ever shop with shopclues.

I have ordered a T-shirt a month ago from shopclues.com.due to the wrong size delivered I requested for an exchange.the product was picked up but the exchange was not delivered yet.I have already paid the money but the money was also not refunded.please help me out with this.my order no was 63316809.my return no was 1871499.I also called customer care many times but there was no response instead I lost my balance everytime.

I did not get my cashback offer on shopclues, I have ordered for 750 rs, I have received my products but I did not get my 100% cash back offer. And another problem is I got a defective products it was not working. I have complained about it but no response from them

I have made an order for 816 Rs on 14 Aug 2015, 04:36 PM (conditions was order should be more then 690 Rs for 100% cashBack on Independence Day sale offer), now shopclues have cancelled my two products for Rs. 157(due to now out of stock-but the website says the products are in stock).
when I called customer care for this, they said me that you wont be getting 100% cash back as there is a product cancelled, and your total amount is less then 690.(I HAVE NOT CANCELLED you have cancelled),
Clearly there website says that the products are available on there website.
even shopclues terms and conditions for independence day offer also doesnt shows any thing regarding cancellation on order value.
This is a clear case of cheating on customers.
Kindly refund my complete amount with penalty of cheating and troubling me.

On 15th August I ordered for tshirt and made the payment through credit card. My order number is 65273560. But the tshirt has not been delivered so far. Last month also I ordered for shoes and advance payment was made. But the shoes have not been supplied for which order was made\. It appears that the company is cheating the people who make advance payment.

The Estimated Delivery was Between: Fri 21 Aug and Sat 22 Aug. They sen d me a damaged tv i blooked it online with order no 62264579 as on 22.07.15 and Deliverd me on 03.08.15 With damaged screen many times filled request for return but no one giving any satisfied answer regarding replacement what can i do . With this.

I have ordered perfume "carolina Herrera 212 VIP Men 100 ML". But I have been sent "VIP Men 80 Ml Made in China" This is duplicate of original perfume and I am not wiling to use it. This is complete Fraud by Seller and is responsibility of Shopclues.com. The website even does not permit writing of reviews qua the seller. So the other people may not become aware of this fraudsters.
