My 2nd order is cancel on after 16 days.He was send me a massage your podect is out of delivery .On booking time they can not says your place is not delivered area.They are 16 days use money and after that they are can not deliver my product or my money

      I purchase one remote car from shopclues.com against order no. 58088049 and when i found that product i was shocked that it was defective from the starting. i registered a complaint no.3385170 on 9th. July over phone and i was informed that in next 48 hours it will be replaced. Nothing happened till now. i called many time now they are disconnecting my call. i mail them many time and fulfill their requirement my sending photos of bill and product. now they are saying they can not take the product back because they do not have reverse pick system and i have to pay courier charges which will be around 400/- against purchase cost of product rs.470 please help me to get back my amount and do something for other also so that they can not cheat others.

        Placed my prepaid order against order number : 60159135 on 08/07/2015 which is delevered on 17/07/2015.But, as I opened that product found that my ordered item(mixer grinder) not working/NOT SPINNING. as soon as I noticed that fault, call to their c.care and asked for replaced the faulty item and they advice me to booked an reverse pickup request which I have done at the same day of delivery. After 3 to 4 replies finally at the date of 22/07/2015 inform me that they currently do not provide pick-up services at my shipping address. Hence, they request me to handover the product to their dealer at DELHI at my own cost where they provide me Rs.300 as clue bucks means I have purchased another item to utilized that clue bucks. So, at the date 29/07/2015 again inform them that Its not possible for me make that courier at my own cost because courier agency charged Rs..700-800 for that parcel which is too much expensive for me and asked them to provide me their courier partner address so that droop that parcel by myself and they proved that address within my city. *****BUT THEY ADVICE ME(03/08/2015) TO WAIT FOR 2 TO 3 DAYS, AS THEY ARRANGE AN TOKEN TOKEN NUMBER FOR ME.FROM NEXT DAY REGULARLY SEARCHING MY INBOX MEANS THAT SAME MAIL WHERE THEY REPLY ME FROM LAST ONE MONTH FOR THAT TOKEN NUMBER.AFTER 5 DAYS A NEW MAIL CAME FROM THEIR SIDE WHERE THEY MENTIONED ONE TOKEN NUMBER AT THE DATE OF 03/08/2015 WHICH IS VALID FOR ***ONLY ONE DAY*** NOW MY COMPLAIN IS THAT SHOPCLUES WILLINGLY MAKE THIS CHEATING AS THEY DONT WANT TO REPLACED THAT ITEM SO ... 1) THEY REPLY THAT THEY HAVE NO SERVICE FOR REVERSE PICKUP AT MY LOCATION, THEN HOW THEY DELIVERED THAT ORDERED PRODUCT ? 2)WHEN THEY ADVICE ME TO WAIT FOR 2-3 DAYS FOR TOKEN NUMBER HOW THEY SEND THAT AFTER FEW HOURS...? 3) VALIDITY OF THAT TOKEN NUMBER FOR ONLY ONE DAY, HOW CAN WE ARRANGE THAT COURIER IN JUST FEW HOURS ..? 4)WHY DONT THEY SEND THEIR TOKEN NUMBER AT THE SAME MAIL WHICH IS USED FOR RETURN REQUEST FROM LAST ONE MONTH...? 5)THAT MEANS THEY DO THIS WILLINGLY FOR MISGUIDE ME.                 Hello, With respect to the order id 61422829 and return id 1838563. We had received the product by courier through safexpress on 26th July 15 at 7.30pm and we noticed outside a hole on 1 side of the package & damaged thermocol when we opened the package on 29th July 15, When v opened the box we saw the wall mounting stands were displaced from the side box of the tv box. While removing the plastic bag v noticed huge bubbles spread here n there in the upper part of the front screen. When v slided the plastic cover we noticed tv screen was completely damaged on the below part just above the Panasonic logo. Also we noticed a small little scratch on the lower part of the tv which seems to be a second hand one inspite of purchasing a new one. it was very hurt full to us when v saw the damaged screen after paying full amount we waited for a long time to receive ur courier & later we came to kw it was sent by road. Kindly make arrangements to take it back to your place & make arrangements to refund our amount without any delay or replace it with a new piece taking proper care & one person from ur team should come n open the tv n check in front o[censored]s as the same should not repeat again n again so that we need not send it repeatedly. Also, operating manual was not there. I really don't understand why the process is getting delayed? I have been raising the concern since 20 days. When the product is defective there should have been immediate response from your side. I have been repeatedly requesting for replacement or refund for the product for shopclues. Please do arrange the reverse pick up so i can get the replacement of the product or full refund asap.

                  Order No: 63355373 / Dt.28.06.2015. Dear Sir, I was booked Karbonn KC620 Triple Sim GSM+GSM+CDMA mobile at shopclues on 28.07.2015, under COD mode. They delivered the same via ecom express on aug 25, 2015 at 2.34 PM and I opened the same. I found its the defective piece cant switch on . The Dead one by purpose they shipped. The same moment i took pictures and gave request at 2.45 PM of same day and also sent email to them. They said they will process and refund the same within three days. After three days simply they are telling simplt that it has manufacturer warranty I have to find nearest Service centre. I am working in Pvt engg college, Kaniyur, its hard hard to find a pettishop that is the reason I bought via online. At where I will find the service centre and who will replace the same.If suppose I am putting few days leave under loss of pay, traveling chennai or mumbai and able to find karbon mobile service center, who will pay the money for travel and my loss of Pay?? Its very clean cheat playing the consumer who working in these kind of profession . I lost my money, my mental peace. I need to file the case against them under consumer rights in order stop the scam and save other customers like me, Pls bail me ourt Regards Tamilarasan

                  They said very clear in Buyer Protection policy that, the will refund, "Damaged, Defective one", But they simply close my Return request to contact KARBON company, ie manufacture of mobile where as I bought from SHOPCLUES. In puspoe they keep sending defective phones and cheating the customers. this is the second time i was cheated by shopclues. First time I paid and not received mobile. They showed fake POD. SO this time was booked under COD mode. They simply cheated again by supplying damaged mobile. No response for my phone calls and email. PLS ITS MY HIMBLE REQUEST. NO ONE BUY FROM SHOPCLUES. EITHER BUY FROM DIRECT SHOWROOM OR SOMEOTHER REPUTED ONLINE PORTALS.
                  more than 30 days no reply from Shopeclues.com, while I am talking over the Phone the simply replying that they are just service prodvider i have to contact the original manufacturing company ie KARBON Mobile company. I think may be I must go to CHINA.

                    Dear Sir,

                    1. Against the return of damaged product ( cookwares) against my Order No.[protected], the mails received from shopclues on 27-07-15 mentioned that amount refunded to my bank account is '0'. This was highly objectionable and I immediately responded to their mail on 28-07-15 requesting for refund of money paid to my bank account without much delay.

                    2. The damaged item received by me has been already returned by me on 17-0715 through reverse pick up (reverse pick up receipt enclosed) .

                    3. I already mentioned in my earlier mails that the product was returned with an assumption that the money paid by me toward this order shall be refunded fully and what ever 'Clues Bucks' (i.e. 100 Nos.) are being offered to me by them of their own towards receipt of damaged product will be only be at their discretion and this should not be an alternate to refund of money.

                    4. The order status in my account is showing that the refund is complete, which is not correct as the money paid while placing the order still needs to be refunded in full (i.e. Rs. 528=00) at the earliest possible.

                    5. I am repeatedly getting automated generated mails mails from shopclues about submitting my feedback against this order and after submitting my negative feedback I am receiving messages from them that the refund will be executed within 4-5 working days, but surprisingly the money has not been transferred to my account yet.

                    I therefore request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful for enabling refund of money to my bank account from which I made the payment while placing the order.

                        Placed an order for sony xperia z1 black hand set on 03/02/2015 vide order no. 36589905 by paying the full amount through net banking (20749), company supplied a hand set which was defective and returned, again one mobile delivered as replacement against new order No. 52903482 on 30/05/2015 it was worst then previous one old/used phone looks like as brought from chor bazzar.Again complaint sent to shop clues, after regular chasing and complaining through phone & E mails company have picked the phone on 22/06/2015. Now it's more than 50 days after pickup but no proper reply/communication is sent by shopclues. Customer care peoples are making fool of peoples by giving the same reply that " thank you for contacting us we have noted your concern and you will get reply/resolution in next 48 hrs. It is more than six months but I'm not able to contact any responsible man on shopclues who can reply, cutomer care people says an call back is arranged our seniors will contact you on day & time but no call from company's end. One day they state that refund is in process another day they informed that your refund will be processed when we receive your product in our ware house. This type of misleading information I'm getting from shopclues customer care in every 48 hrs but no resolution. PL look into the matter and arrange refund at the earliest.

                          I have ordered sony spekers for my car . void order no 63762761. Paid in advance along with shipping charges. Ordered on 31 jul 2015. When ordered item was In stock, Later recieved email from seller that item out of stock. How it is possible? On 3-aug-2015 complaint to customer care by email, got response that will resolve and ship in two days time. Agin on 5-aug-2015, followed up with customer care on[protected]. Again spoke to customer care executive as well as his supervisor but no resolution. Same reply that will dispach your item in 48 hours. Really need 9 days to dispatch the order?                           Order status is showing that the product is handed over to courier company blue dart void AWB :[protected] for order 63762761


                          I am following up with team since its handed over from 7th Aug-205. every time assurance is give and 48 hour time for resolution.


                          Today also called and same story repeated. I have enquire on blue dart site No is not traceable for their tracking site.


                          Also called Bluedart customer care and enquire about the same with refered AWB No


                          My concern, whether product is shipped or not ? Shopclue does not have any answer. Also they are not sharing sellers information and contact details.


                          Keeping customer clue less and fooling them.

Till date I have not received my phone from ShopClues.com website. My order number is: 58949545. I have call them multiple times and have written around 10 to 15 mails. They tell me to keep patience. I am frustrated with the service provided. One of the worst service is provided by ShopClues. From last one week, status is shown as Delivered but however, I have not received my device. Now ShopClues team tells that there is some problem at delivery end therefore, will take some time. I have been waiting from last one month.                                   As per shopclues person Mr Anuj (Mobile no [protected]) told me at the time Marchent don't have stock, when ever at our sight product available then you reorder this product we will manage you cash on delivery.
                                  Sir, I was reorder same product on 09 Aug 2015, 10:35 AM order NO 64492231 each prices 529*5+30 COD = Rs total 2675 (For 5 piece Gola Maker).
                                  Previously order no. 63909128 on 02 Aug 2015, 08:45 AM Total Amount Rs 375/-.(For 5 piece Gola Maker) i was already pay to shopclues with shipping charges.

[protected]Musical Robot With Light Kids Toy (QTY:1) [protected]Electronic Keyboard Kids Musical Piano with Mic (QTY:1) I have done transaction through my debit card. Actually money was debited from my account but order is unsuccessful. What should I do now? Please do the needful.
