To the concerned, I had ordered one weight lifting package (Protoner Weight Lifting Package 20 Kg + 3" Curl Rod) at http://www.shopclues.com/ on 29 Jul 2015, 10.48 pm vide Order No. 63567625. I was informed that the product was estimated to delivery between Thu 6 Aug and Fri 7 Aug 2015. I had happy that I could receive this order by 7th Aug 2015 and present to my friend who was celebrating his birthday in the immediate next week. On 11th Aug 2015, I checked the order at http://www.shopclues.com/ and found that the product was shipped on 30th Jul 2015 through FedEx Courier from Jalandhar, India via shipment tracking No.[protected]. I wrote to ShopClues.com ([protected]@shopcluescom.zendesk.com) on 11th Aug 2015, 6.21 pm and asked them courier the same via air as I need to present this product as a gift to my friend. The ticket number 3771394 was logged at Shopclues helpdesk to track my complaint. On 12th Aug 2015, 10.07 am, Mr. Amit (Customer Support Executive) responded apologizing for the delay and forwarded the case to the courier partner for arranging delivery on urgent basis. He said that they would track and inform me as soon as they receive any information from them. Thereafter, there were no email or call from the customer support team. On 19th Aug 2015, 7.55 pm, I again checked the courier status and found that the product had reached Bangalore on 14th Aug 2015 at 4 am and yet to be delivered to me with a comment saying “package not due for delivery”. I really don’t understand this delay. It is since 29th Jul with an estimated delivery date as 6th or 7th Aug 2015, I have not got the product which I ordered for a purpose. I seek http://www.shopclues.com/ compensates for all the effort which I had put to track the product in their website and FedEx Courier Tracking system. They need to pay the penalties for all the delay and for making me restless, impatient and pressurized by their irresponsible commitment and customer service.

I have facing very bitter experience with Shopclues.com. I have returned(Return Number:[protected] No mattress to shopclues.com on 10th July 2015. As per their approval and advice the consignment was sent to their new delhi office through Safe Express, which is their authorized courier company. Till today they are not given refund for the same.

I had ordered a product Wd Passport 1tb on 10 July Order no. 60358511. I had received a empty parcel. On received date i.e 14 July I filed a return request immediately. Now it has been a month more but I didn't received any intimation. They are just passing time by saying me to wait wait wait . Please solve the problem as soon as possible. Hi Iam nitin bhatia ordered a shirt from shopclues order no.60765081.The product supplied was completely different to what I had ordered.Now shopclues approved my return request & sent it back as they approved the return on 28/7/2105 the product reached them I also provided them the DRS of courier company.Now its almost 20 days me following up with them on phone & emails but they say they need more time. Please help me out as they are delaying it on one pretext or another.

Hi my order id is 64948018 placed on 13 august under independence sale in which consumer having minimum rs690 cart value and above upto 1000 is eligible for refund same amount but in cluesbucks and my order amount total with all orders i have placed is rs764 and order id for all is[protected]rs, .[protected] rs[protected] rs.,[protected] rs.,[protected] rs and total = 764 due to the order no. 64948018 i am not elligible for same amount refund in mode of cluesbucks all sellers except this have no issue with service zone. if he not accept payment same day i have changed my address too but i placed order on 13th august 2015 and he message me on 17th aug now i looking forward my profit is convert in loss so kindly i have request u to please fight for me for my cluesbucks and i need my cluesbucks so take strict action against shopclues for such drama that nobody want cluesbucks for creating any kind of such drama.

I ordered a Samsung 55" LED TV with the net banking payment gateway. and they delivered the product after 15 days. Next day of delivery I opened the box and took the LED out where I saw some cracked linings inside the screen. Then I plugged the power cord and switched it on which made it clear that the screen was broken. I immediately clicked the pictures of it and I called the ShopClues for the issue. They asked me to forward the pictures of the product. I did everything what they asked me. Now when I call them every time they ask me to wait for 48 hours. Today is the 10th day of delivery and they are not getting back to me or not calling me for the issue I have with them. So today I thought of bringing the issue here in consumer forum for seeking the help.

I have not received the product, But they are telling it has been delivered. I dont no to whom it has been delivered. I have not received any call or message for the delivery

I order the product on 31st/july/2015 and now 17/aug/2015. On shopclue site it say shipped and when i call customer care 2 times they told me that sir please wait we provide you product with in 2-3 days but now 17date and not get product and no email for my product status i requested them to refund before 4-5 days but not accept request in shopclue complain site. I ordered the Karbonn Mobile and product delivered on 8th Aug. On 11th Aug complaint about the defect in product and requested to replace but they suggested me to visit nearest service center. Even their support staff is totally illiterate they just copy and paste same template every time in mail communication without reading the mail.

I have ordered treadmill on 17/7/15 for weight loss. Due to some personal money reason I cancelled order on 18/7/15. This is already one month of cancellation still Shopclues did not refund me so far.I complaint more than 10 time every time they send me auto generated mail. But no specific reply ...plz help me to get my refund back

I have purchased a Power Bank with order no. 55171215 dated 04 June, 2015. The product was of very bad quality and not working. Despite many calls and assurance of refund and arranging pick up from home, no action taken till day. Shop Clues was contacted over phone thrice and emails were sent to their customer service, but no one responded to take actual action. Customer service reciprocated by sending mail in response to the mail and assured action will be taken but to no avail.

I had ordered the car vaccum cleaner but the vaccum cleaner i received is spreading the dust sucted from the car from side of the vaccum cleaner. I placed ShopClues Order: 50139551 on 9th May 2015 and returned the product as it was not in proper condition. As of today I have done several mails and contacted them n number of times but I did not receive refund till date. Whenever I call them up they say that refund has been initiated but my bank do not have any details for the same. Their customer executives are rude and no nothing how to deal with a customer.
