I ordered a Samsung 55" LED TV with the net banking payment gateway. and they delivered the product after 15 days. I ordered the Karbonn Mobile and product delivered on 8th Aug. On 11th Aug complaint about the defect in product and requested to replace but they suggested me to visit nearest service center. Even their support staff is totally illiterate they just copy and paste same template every time in mail communication without reading the mail....
