However i got the product today (7th Sept) but both product are totaly damaged. I didnt accept this types of product from shopclues, you gays are think customer is foolish.         I have ordered a product from shopclues.com on 13th august 2015 and my order id is 65014042. they delivered me wrong product and they are not taking any action despite of several mails and calls. This is a fraud site which is making money cheating people. They are criminals and doing cyber crime. It should be banned so that no other can be fooled.

          I have given the order for two cup bras and they have not delivered the item. When I complained to customer care, they asked me to raise the return request. I asked them How to return the item without delivery? They said it's procedure to return back my paid amount. As per the same I have raised. But till today no action has taken by them.

            Dear Sir, I am very disappointed/unhappy with the services provided by Shopclues. I purchased a Samsung Galaxy Smartphone Battery from Shopclues. The quality is pathetic. The battery even does not last for 12 hours. I lodge the complaint[protected] and till now I haven't got satisfactory answer. I asked for the replacement and they denied.

              Order number[protected] Order Date - 15 Aug 2015, 05:32 PM I purchased a Nokia 130 mobile on 15th August 2015 from shopclues.com. It was promised that customer will get Rs 1000 cashback in the form of cluesbucks. Image of shopclues independence day offer attached herewith. But till now, I have not got any cashback. I even made a return request, but they did not even returned my money. Due to delay, forcefully i had to start using mobile. Then i asked them to cancel the return request, and give me my cashback. But they are doing nothing, but just delaying and replying with same system generated auto e-mails. Now, i want my cashback of Rs 1000, as promised by them. I don't want any return now after so many days, as i had to use mobile because of delay. Please ask them to cancel the return request, and give me rs 1000 cashback as promised.                 I ordered a dumbbell set from shopclues.com on 31 July 2015 ( order no[protected] I made online payment through debit card, but I still not received the product. when i call shopclues customer care several times every time they send a email to me that the next 24 to 48 hours I can trace my product in courier co. website, but I can't trace the product finally on 27 Aug I received a email that they refund my payment in next 7 days, but suddenly very next day I received another email from shopclues.com that the product was delivered by courier co. then I again call customer care they also say that the product was delivered, but still I have not received the product, but they have only given assurances but not action now

                  I bought redmi note 4g handset on 6th Aug 15 from shopclues.On same day I raise complain of handset and wanted return.I mail almost 30 times and reply on every mail is they want 3 to 4 days to revert.Nothing happened yet and the defective handset is still there with me. Recevied a mail stating that you are not in a position to deliver so you will credit the money in account only 26 th SEP2015.i knew you are collecting money from clients to run your business and cheating. how you will display a product with huge discount and misleading public and taking money? this also one system of financial fraud. 2)Order no.66133109, code no 81180882 COD Received mail from you stating that the order is cancelled.but i have received the product some courier service.the courier fellow threatened me and used bad words, when explained the product was cancelled by shopclue.finally i forced to pay money.                       I have ordered Gym set 25 days back and paid by credit card, but still I Didn't Get The product yet. I hate shopclues. They have updated status as shipped by safexpress and given shipping ID. But the ID is invalid in safexpress website. That means they didn't ship the product but simply update in website.

                          Hi I have ordered 12 products worth of 1388 including shipping charges from shopclues.com during 69th Independence Day sale, it was promised that shop for Rs. 690 INR or above and get 100% cash back as Clues bucks, clue bucks will be credited to respective customer's shopclues account after 10days of all products are successfully delivered to consumer. My last product was delivered on 13-Aug-2015 and I have been following up with shopclues team on the same and i'm not greeting any response.

                              Dear Team, [Reference Order no: 65062157 From SHOPCLUES.COM On 14/08/2015 I placed an order for MI4 and this was delivered to me on 26/08/2015 I have discovered that the item has the following damage while handling. Pls see the scan images of the same in the attachment. The Sale of Goods Act 1979 makes it an implied term of the contract that goods I receive must be of satisfactory quality and for the reasons stated above they are not. As you are in breach of contract I am entitled to a refund / have the item replaced and I would request that you confirm a reasonable time deadline appropriate to the specific situation that you will do this. I also require you to confirm whether you will arrange for the [item] to be collected or that you wish me to return this and that you will reimburse me for the cost of returning the [item] and arranging adequate insurance. I look forward to hearing from you.

                                Vide Order ID:66417276 dated 26-Aug-2015, I have booked a saree having green and black colour, the same saree was shown in the e-mail dated 26-Aug-2015 shop clues have sent to me as order confirmation. It is a matter o[censored]tter dismay, we have received an orange synthetic saree in place of this . The image of sarees both ordered and delivered is attached here. With the shop clues packet in which saree was packed and delivered. It is not the matter of money but the matter of faith with shopclues.                                   I had ordered “ Lifeline Multi Home Gym 21-Exercise Total Weight 150Lb + Hand Grips (Code: 650070)” for Rs. 14144 and the one received is different from what was ordered and is worth only Rs. 12170 on the same site. Rubber nobs, screws were missing in the overall delivered cartons; Product is not fitting at all; Have informed the Shopclues team about the issue. Its been almost 7 days but no resolution so far. They had requested for the product images also, which have been shared with them. I was also shocked and amazed the way they were responding to your customers' complaint; Not able to attach the image as all the pics are more than 2 MB in size Basis my highlighted concern, I had received a call from their vendor on 1st Sept '15 at 9:37 pm; I am surprised that how can somebody call a customer so late in the evening; He was very rude and abusive on the call as if I had committed any crime by reporting an issue in the wrong / faulty product received at my end; He went to the extent and said if you (I) could see product of ~12K on shopclues site, then why did you order 14K+ product. What was the need for the same;

                                    They have deactivated my account for the reason they give that i have crossed maximum return requests...there is nowhere written in their policy that any such action can be taken...i was having 2190 rs in it...that was my pocket money..they frauded me by saying that we can't help you...i am planning to file a case against this fraudulant site...kindly look into it and make them pay my money back atleast!

I mailed the request of return probably 5 times, every time they assured me to pick the broken product with in 4-5 days but till date they have not picked up the damaged product and did not make refund.                                         I had made a purchase of products on shopclues order no 66830245. the product was on 100% off and the purchase price was Rs1/- seeing such an awesome offer i made the purchase and also processed the payment. the purchase was successful and i got a confirmation email from Shopclues. and now they are telling me its a technical problem and website is showing the merchant cannot fulfill the order. this is dishonesty from their side as it is their fault and now they are refusing to honor the order. when speaking to customer service, they are accepting it is their fault and yet they are not ready to honor the deal and now they have initiated a refund. i had to told them i don't need the refund but i want the product delivered even if it is delayed by some days...
