I placed order for a product on Aug 1st. When i was waiting for my order and did not received it after 10 days I contacted customer care at Delhivery Couriers. They told me my product has been RTOed which I was shocked to hear. I contacted ShopClues Customer Support regarding the same. Then i received a mail on Aug 12 that i will be receiving the same order in next 10 days. And then i receive a mail on Aug 18 that the order is finally cancelled and i have to reorder the same product again. As the product was COD no refund have to be initiated. So what the customer gets from their side after 22 days is: 1. No product received. 2. False promises. 3. The price of the product doubled. 4. Waste of customer time & money on various Phone calls and Emails. Finally all i want is either i receive the same order at the price at which the order was made or just lodge my request so that others can also see what kind o[censored]nethical behaviour i have faced for such a small order with SHOPCLUES.COM

    I bought an MI powerbank(5200 mAh) from Shopclues.com on May 5th 2015 for Rs. 399. Order number was: 49669949. It was delivered around 11th May 2015. I powered it for 2 hours and then connected it to my mobile; it was charging properly. Then I did not use it for roughly 2 months as I was out of town. After 2 months. when I powered it again and connected it to my phone, it didn't work. Tried on other phones, but didn't work. So, I went to the MI service center in Malad west to ask them about this issue. This is where I came to know that the power bank delivered to me was fake. I called up ShopClues customer care on August 10 and initially they said that it will be replaced. But when I didn't hear back from them, I called them up again and this time they said that the product can't be returned. They say that I should have informed them within 10 days that the product is fake. How am I supposed to know within 10 days that the product is fake? If someone buys a Levi's denims from a mall or online, does he immediately go to Levi's service center just to check whether it is fake or genuine? What kind of a insane logic is that? Now they are saying that they wont refund my money. I want my money back and I want scathing action to be taken against this e-comm retailer who are just fooling people just to get some money.

      This shopclues.com is the worst online shopping, which i have came across. I have prepaid for the product. but thye havent delivered the product. There might few delays in online shopping. but they dont even display their customer care number. Fraudulent website. Even only very few response for mail. that too only they are to convince me. They dont have any idea to deliver the product. Please do some thing to get back my money.

          I have ordered mobile bluetooth Samsung HM 1100 Bluetooth Handsfree Multipoint Headset Code: 77551536 Merch Ref: Mob-bt001 & order no.63298167 on 27th july 2015.i was delivered me on 3rd aug 2015.when i was checked it was not working properly & voice of the person not listen.i had called customer care they said me go to any samsung service center to repaire ur product then i went to servie centre.the service centre executive said its a duplicate product.again i had call cutsomer care to told that they mail me address for return the product.on dt adress.the address is i had return product through DTDC courier on 13th aug 2015 after 2-3 days my father contacted to courier person abt the delievery of the said product the courier person said it was reached on 17th aug 2015 to the said address n its rejected by them.they said me we will return ur courier charges upto rs.300.i had call customer care many times bt their answer is not satisfactory.& their customer care number charged call rate for calling.they said me we will replace your product when we get & if same product will nt available we will refund your money.i had lodged compaint to them about the defective product.when my product reached there address why they had rejected it n it was fraud.defective & duplicate product, wrong address not proper solution.& product warranty is 3 months.for above all the process 1 month is going to pass.& till date i nt get my product return as its rejected by them courier person said it will get you in 2-3 days.i want justice.i hereby attached copy of delievery box of product i didnt get any bill of the product.i have proof of mails sent by shope clues & product rejected by shopeclues from courier.

            Hi, This is regarding my product Dry iron for which I have done online payments and did not get any update after many reminder and follow up with customer care, delivery date is already delayed and customer care is saying we does not have any update as its given to courier service and they does not have information for courier service. They always says deliver will done in next 48 hours and you will received call back in next 24hrs but after many follow up with customer care, there 24hrs for call back and 48hrs for delivery not complete in month, I need urgent help because there customer care has no knowledge and did not provide details also. even they are not supporting and ready for money back.               1. order 64748880 Glass Flower Pot ( Flower Vase)-K23C-1 Code: 3772084: THe size of the item was not mentioned on the website and its picture indicated it to be of much larger size than the item delivered. Still we accepted the item. 2. order 64748877 Carah Exclusive Floral Print Double Bedsheet With Two Pillow Covers CRH-DB351 Code: 77185044: The item ordered and that delivered are different though both are bedsheets their colour and design are different. Still we accepted the item. 3. order 64748878 Jaipuri Printed Double Bed Sheet With 2 Pillow Cover(assorted design) Code: 7213502: The item ordered and that delivered are totally different. The delivered item is of extremely poor quality and is also defective. The Company refused to take back the item under some ridiculous policy stated in rejection letter as follows" We express our inability to accept the return request as the product was bought under Deal/Sunday Flea Market." No such indication was given to us when we placed the order.

                I purchased a Samsung led TV 50" on shopclues(order number[protected] as it stopped working soon after its purchase i booked a complaint and then after so much talks 20 days later bluedart person picked the item(reference number [protected]) from my house on 7th of august when i track it..it says he has been attempting to deliver it daily since past many days and the consignee refused to accpect it in delhi...and shopclues people simply tell me to wait for 48 hours ...i wud be getting nthng after the wait...no one responds and the consignee there in delhi at their warehouse continues to refuse it...thanks for the trouble and punishment all these days for shoping but please do respond now and tell your person to take the item...please do respond

                    My Sister in law purchased a Scandisk 32 GB memory card from shopclues. They send her the packet wrapping with local packing a fake memory card. The package even does not contains invoice or scandisk wrapper which would be the proof for its warranty. I m really disappointed with this kind of business from Shopclues and want a strict action against it. I want Justice.

                      I have purchased 110 kg Weight lifting Gym equipment on 07th June 2015. the order# 56223803. and i have received the product on 18-June-2015. the same day i have raised a request for refund due to damaged product and bad quality, and 20th July i have reverse pick up finally they picked up the product on 20th July 2015. and two days later i got the email saying with in four working days they will resolve everything. that was the last email from Shopcules later no response nothing. almost waited for sometimes there is no response. so started calling them and non of the executive will response properly & they will disconnect the call in between, after some days i spoke to one of the Team Leader in customer support that is last week. His name is Puneet Kumar he said he will send to concern department this issue making as priority & he told me with in 24 hours i will get resolution over email but one week got over i still dint not get any email any call from them. This shopclues company are cheating the customers. Science i bought online i don't have any bills but i can provide the credit card statement because i've done the payment through credit card.

                        I bought a multiutility vegetables and fruit nicer dicer from shopclue and found that the countainer is broken. I tried to replace the product but shop clue makes it so much difficul.the shop clue app chrashes when i tried to retrun the product. On web they dont let me log in showing invalid password after so many time resetting .when i call customer care they just put you on hold for long and then the xall5 suddenly drops. Now they say the return policy only valid for 10 days please help me

                                I have placed an order of laptop backpack in the end of july on shopclues.com and the delivery date that they mentioned was 4th of august and I did not receive my product yet. there is no response from the customer support only saying that we will resolve it but no action has been taken...it has been 20 days and no delivery of product.

                                  Hi this is pavan here, I placed a Order for sony srs-x2 wireless bluetoth speaker and the order no # 63322191. is the amount was 2020 INR. they sent me a cheap quality and a refurbished product against which i raised a complaint after a week long argument they picked the product on 11 august 2015 and return no #1879122 and now these people are telling the return product is not trackable and now having a long conversations for my refund and these people are least bothered and even their so called team lead and managers will answer the same stuff what the consultant say.. they keep on repeating the same old lines and never give the desired solution.

                                        I have ordered some items with total cart value of Rs.822 against 100% cash back offer on Independence day sale.yesterday they cancelled one product with reason as due to non courier serviceability.now it reduces my cart value to Rs.650 which I will not eligible for cash back.when order was placed, courier facility was there.I need 100 % cash back sir.
