        I ordered three product from shopclues.com 1-Order no.[protected] For my first product has been cancelled due to non availability of product however the product still showing the website in the offer front page. 2-Order no.[protected] For my second product when I called customer care and I said after 11 days gone and shipment company still showing in intransit and there is no other status there, then customer care sd order has been return due to shipment company denied for the shipment and my refund will be initiate once shipment company return this product to our warehous and it may take 7 day and after that it may 16 days to refund the money and when check website again its showing me delivered however I did't receive anything. 3-Order no.[protected] For my 3rd product after making may complaint to shopclues .com they start shipment on 28th of august and website showing delivered, Even I have made the payment of three product via my credit card and customer care raising only ticket nothing is happen

            I made an online purchase through Shopclues on 15.08.2015 for F&D t 400 x 2.1. The order no was 65285338. The order was booked through Delhivery courier on 22.08.2015 by F&D e store at Gurgaon, I received the order on 25.08.2015. The product delivered to me were only speakers without woofers and remote. Since last 4-5 days I am trying to contact with Shopclues aith all means. But they are not giving any satisfactory reply. Customer care people are also not able to find out the cause. They are just saying me to have some patience. For this, I have spent my so much valuable time and also feeling harassed and bluffed. I request you to kindly arrange to release woofers and remote for the same or to arrange the refund along with the compensation as It has been already so late and also I have spent my lot of time on it. Such online shopping sites must be closed because these are also defaming other good online shopping sites. Pl. resolve the issue.

              On 24th August I lodged the complaint. Thanks to you that i have just now received the T shirt. But it has become another complaint that I have been delivered the T shirt with wrong colour and wrong design. I fail to understand why the dealing officials are cheating the innocent customers and tarnish the image of the company as well discouraging the people to shop online. Such people should be penalised.
              I do not want to comment in this regard

                I have purchased a shoes from shopclues.com under product no. JKSXD. Product- catbird girls pink sandal BD-01 (Age 6-7 Years) SKU: 026-BD-01-PK. they have delivered same pair of shoes of left foot. Now they are not receiving call from us. Even they are claiming to be best shopping site on internet nowadays. Still they are delivering trash instead of sending the product which we have paid for. I want them to take action regarding this as early as possible otherwise i will compliant a file in consumer court for the deficiency in services.

                  Dear sir/madam I have ordered shopclues home gym from 12 august 2015 they mailed me that my order has been shipped on 14 august 2015 and shipping date is 20 august by providing me courier tracking no 43919446 of safexpress But according courier tacking no. is wrong. I have submit the complaint to shopclues but daily they have maild wait for two days your order no. is untraceable. Daily I have called to shopclues no. and spent 10 to 12 Rs. It is most unfortunate that on delivery of the same i found out that the screen guard is broken( damaged ) . It greatly disheartens me to notice such carelessness from the concerned team .                       He order no. 65400270 U provided it not showing into the website U r only saying in mail that u r product is going to delay . But when I am get my product in my hand. U r service is worst service I ever seen in online market I will gonna send this mail to consumer court . My money is deducted form my account Provide me the my money back in my account or give the my product . Reply with date of the product when I will gona get it or provide me the when I will gonna get my money back. Please don't ignored customer one day time will come that customer will ignored u form the market. Order id - 64476806 timing :-09 Aug 2015, 05:33 AM, Expected delivery date :-17/08/2015...tracking number of shipment -EV[protected]IN by India post ...I have already email to shopclues.com several times to refund my money or send my product as soon as possible but they are always answering wait 24-48 hrs . they did even call me for it, I have already paid product cost-Rs.799 and Shipping Cost : Rs.199, They are making me fool while making call at customer care of shopclues.com, This is my request with you, please penalized them and give me proper resolution for it, I will never buy any product with shopclues.com in future, This is my first times where I get frustrated with their service .I am annoyed much because I have already paid for it .                             I have placed an order of two 300 Gm Chocolate box worth of Rs 1126 from Shopclues on 19-August-2015 (order No.[protected]. They have shipped my order through Bluedart (tracking number/waybill [protected]) on 22 August 15. Shopclues and Bluedart tracking site showing that the product is already been delivered to my address on 24 August 15 and received by some Durgesh? Still I have not received any product nor I have any knowledge of who is durgesh? the Blue Dart courier company guy has simply given away my product to some random guy without checking any id proof. One of the worst experience of online shopping.I have already send a mail regarding the blunder they have just made and call twice on their landline help line number with long waiting and extra mobile charges paid.Even though they have taken two days for a reply and in the phone conversion they have again put me into a seven days time halt to wait and suffer. These seven days wait is just to get a delivery confirmation receipt from bluedart that they have delivered the product. Which was clearly mentioned in their tracking site but they are not mentioning that they has delivered this product to a wrong address and also received by god knows who. They have ruined my Raksha bandhan as I have order this expensive chocolates for my brother and my nephew. And please Shopclues don't send me another mail for any inconvenience caused by your site instead of solve this matter as soon as possible.

                              I had ordered and paid for the item "P1000 Kids Educational Tablet" on dated 11.07.2015 which was estimated to be delivered by 19th Aug 2015. On inquiry on 18th about the status Shop clues Customer care officer informed that the order was cancelled due to non-availability of the product. When checking the order status in the website on shop clues it’s showing the status as "Order handed over to courier” and today I called to shop clues customer care no. they informed me that your courier received back today due to not received your end and we will refund your amount within 3 days but when I called to Courier Company, they informed me that your consignment never received from shop clues. (Carrier Name: Red express – Surface, Tracking Number:[protected].this is fake consignment no. Shop clause team cheated me; please take necessary action against them.

I have paid for my order total 1019 with using "Independence DAY Offer" Link : http://www.shopclues.com/independence-day-offers.html My question is 1000 clue bucks will add to my account or not. Because I have used offer. You have canceled my order. why ?. You must be add 1000 clue bucks. I can purchase any other items for cancelled Rs.450. 1. "Nivia Trainer Football 5 " - Rs.450 - why cancelled ? 2. "Island Black Casual Shoe" - Rs.349 3. "Combo - Tri Fold Wallet" - Rs.220 I need 1000 clue bucks. That offer hvaing clue bucks only...                                   My order no: 63809903 date 31 Jul 2015 amount 799. when the item was received i found it was wrong product what i ordered and also i found ti wad duplicate. So i contacted shopclues CS for refund. They informed me that 300rs courier charge will be covered with refund amount. i then returned the product to shopclues with courier charging me 100rs. shopclues CS confirmed me that after checking they will refund the amount. Now they have Rejected the Refund. shopclues is fooling customer and selling wrong defective goods from they mearchents.

                                    My order number with them is : 64674658 It was blue and green Color but what i received is red and blue color instead upon its receipt i called them on 13.08.15 and raised complaint what they are saying that order is cancelled how ever i received the same from them. Ticket number with them is 3791820 every time i call then they are asking me to wait for 48 hrs i have spoken to many people sona, madhu sharma, abhishek etc firstly it take 10-15 to get thru them and also not getting us prompt reply. request you to kindly do needful.

                                      Item-LG LED TV 32" order no[protected] booking date 12 Aug-2015 Paid amount to shopclues for the product- INR 21470 I have ordered the above product to shopclues.They committed me in order that they will delivered the product between 22 to 24 Aug-2015. But till date they not delivered the product to me also they could not able to say that when they will delivered the product.whenever I talk to customer care, only they say that I forward your concern on urgent basis to our concern dept and you will get reply within 48 hours. Now I also request him to cancelled the order but they said that we could not do so, please wait some day.
