I have buy Xiomi RedMi Note 4G from shopclues.com and I got it on 27th Aug, 2015.It has charging issues. I unboxed the mobile and connected the charger to mobile but the mobile was not charging. Now the mobile is switched off because of 0% charging. I have not used it since the first day I got the mobile. I have messaged shopclues.com several times but they didn't replied for refund or replacement for the mobile. And I also visited two Xiomi Service Centre at Vashi. They said that they don't have tie up with shopclues.com and rejected to solve the charging issue. Now what should I do?

      I have ordered a mi 4i phone online on shopclues.com.order no. 65965270 they have delivered me wrong item a raincoat then i have requested them to return my cash and take their item. After around 10 days they declined my request without telling me any reason.thats why i am complainting against them. I have proof of delivered item video of opening the box.

        Product purchased from Shopclues- My return request was filed on 8th of August 2015 ( ticket number 3742610 from mail id "titli.b.[protected]@gmail.com") as delivery of the product 4 in 1 Pedicure Paddle - Cleanse, Scrub, File & Buff (Order Number:[protected] was completed on 7th of August 2015 (i.e. within 3 days from the date of delivery). The images of the defective product were sent on 13th of August 2015 (i.e. 5 days after the request for return). But from then till date the return request is under process and shopclues pays no importance to it, nor do they feel a need to give a response unless and untill I call them or sent a mail to them. I save sent a number of mails, also have called the customer support (Ph.no. [protected]) a number of times, but every time there is only 1 response from their side that request is in process. As per shopclues norms, "It takes between 1 to 3 weeks from the time a request is raised to the time the product is delivered back to us. After the product is received, it is verified against your claim. Replacement or refund is initiated after that.", but this case have crossed all limits. My request was for a refund, but since the amount involved is just Rs.55, they are not paying a attention. Then why did they they send a defective product? Is Rs.55 of no importance or has it no value? There is no reason in my side to explain why shopclues is acting in this way and not speaking clearly, since I don't think that it takes more that 1 month to process a request when they have received all requirements as per their request.

              I ordered for two items having amount of Rs. 705+499 on 15th August 2015. I paid Rs. 1099 for the same collectively to be eligible for your Independence day offer (Flat Rs.150 + 100% cluebucks). A part of order was cancelled from company side...not from my side. That was fault of company. Even after getting cancellation of one item, I was still eligible for your independence day offer because the order which was completed having value Rs. 705 (More than Rs. 690). My points are... 1. I have placed two orders for which I paid amount Rs. 1099. A part of order was cancelled by company, not by me. Which means that was company fault not my fault. Then, why should I bear loss ??? 2. Even...after cancellation of a part of order, still I was eligible for Independence Day Offer because one order which is completed having amount Rs. 705 (more than Rs. 690). And the offer was Flat Rs. 150 discount + 100% cash back. Here, 100% cash back was for every order for more than Rs. 690 (There was not mention that the total paid amount should be more than Rs. 690). And my one remaining order was for Rs. 705 but just paid amount was different due to additional discount given by company. I am repeating once again. I placed order for Rs. 1099 and a part of order cancelled by company, that was company's fault. That was not my fault. Due to company's fault, why should I bear loss for Rs. 1000 (Max. cashback) ? There was a line in advertisement (find the attachments) that "Min. cart value" (not mentioned "Min. payment amount") should be more than Rs. 690 to avail cashback. Even after cancellation of a part of order from your side, my remaining cart value stood for Rs. 705. I did not receive any cashback till the time, even I wrote this matter to company many times, but no action is taken by them. They always replied to me with "parrot- crammed lines" not with proper resolution. Please do the needful, I am totally frustrated. Thanks & Regards, Mr. Naresh Kumar Mob.                 I bought the product ( mi power bank 16000 Mah) from www.shopclues.com. When I opened the package I found the product to be NOT GENUINE and duplicate of the original product. It was delivered on 31st of July for which I received a mail for the invoice. I immediately contacted the company for replacing the product and they told me to send a mail for the same. They agreed to change my product and ever since then I am still waiting for them to pic the product. Since then I have been following up with Shopclues.com to take the product back and return my money and all they say is that they had send their courier person to pick up the package, but No One was available. I never got a call from anyone who came to pick up the package and moreover we run a Day Care at the given address, so its not possible for anyone to Not Be Available at home. I have my own personal business for which I have to frequently travel. A power bank is Very useful for me and just because of this issue I have faced problems in my business. I request you to kindly look into the matter as I have faced loss of my time and my personal business

                  I ordered a mobile back cover using shop clues and i paid for that online buy using my debit card, because there was no option for COD, i gave me office address to privide the order, they delivered to my home address, secondly when i open the product it was a flip cover and originally i ordered for back cover. i spoke to Aparna, Akriti, but the failed to give me the exact product. i asked why then they are ready to explain such a long story that they are running business through merchant and bla bla bla.. i advice them to give me the surety for the product will be replaced then they are sating the price you booked which is not possible to get you. then i advised them to process for the refund. later-on i again visited to there website again the they are advertising Rs 50 less then original which i booked and they denied to give me.                     I have bought a phone and that was defective and i replaced on 19th of Aug, and they sent a mail saying i will get the refund within 10 days and after that also i tried to reach them via mail and call but no proper response, whenever i call they say it will take 48 hours and they never reply on mails. its been a month and i have not received my money. They are wasting my time that's the reason finally I am forced to write to consumer forum. I want to put an RTI against this company. Even i have call recording as well.                         Please dont get trapped to atleast buy a new mobile phone from Shopclues.com becuase as per my experince dont be sure that you will get a new handset ! I recently ordered a “ Blackberry Bold 4 9900” from the website “ Shopclues.com” 2nd September 2015 at 12 : 10 pm. Order Number of the Product is “66932763 “ I received the order on 4th September, Friday.On 5th of Septemeber I requested for its return because I found technical defaults in the Phone.I talked to your Customer care executive and I was ask to wait for 48 hours.Again on 7th and 8th of September I called up and the same answer was given to me.On 9th September I called up Two times i.e Morning and Evening.On your site They show that your return request has been approved. Date : 9 September 2015 Time : 6:45 pm ( Evening ) I talked to Mr Somesh Pratap Singh Rathore, One of your customer care executive.According to the executive on Phoneline The Reverse pickup has been done.The behaviour of the executive on the phone was not upto the mark.He was just attempting to disarray the focus from the issue. Crux of the matter – is that the mobile sent is a defective one. The camera of the above said mobile is not working, messages in the message box are not opening and there is problem while charging this mobile. Several requests have been made to collect this faulty mobile and about Refund has been made but Everytime we are told to wait for the next 48 hours i.e. 5th September, 7th September, 8th September, 9th September (both morning and evening). And now at 12:12 am I receive a message from your side that my request has been disapproved It seems that the seller is trying to runaway from his responsibilities to deliever a proper working mobile set. If not the refund should have been made by now.

                          25 th aug i placed order[66377852] in shopclues by debitcard. They send me tracking number but whenever i track its shows invalid awb. I made complaint [4075998, 4076002, 6137149, 4137151] regard on this their customer people said wait 24hrs to 48 hrs the complaint will be solve but it never happens. Guys pls don't buy any product from shopclue they make us fool.

My money & so many calls & complaints on your customer care, there is no action taken by your side tell 48 hrs 6 time. Really its very - 2 bad experience and i suggest to higher authority to pls. Learn from snapdeal, homeshop 18 and other companies. India's greatest chutiyaa company. . .

                                      I have purchase a Samsung Galaxy Core 2 on 09 March from Shopclues.com. and I have didn't check the Order bill that time, Now my phone is not working properly then i go to Samsung Customer care they are saying please bring the proper bill with IMEI Number. Then I call Shopclues to give me proper bill for my handset .They are giving excuse that you have to complain when you purchase your mobile. I don't know that time that IMEI is important on servicing mobile. I have shoplues with his service and suggest to all my friend to not to but any Mobile phone with Shopclues.com

                                        They have deactivated my account (achiever.[protected]@gmail.com) for the reason they give that i have crossed maximum return requests...there is nowhere written in their policy that any such action can be taken...i was having 2190 rs in it...that was my pocket money..they frauded me by saying that we can't help you...i am planning to file a case against this fraudulant site...kindly look into it and make them pay my money back atleast!
