    I need the missing part(Burner) of the Gas Stove purchased. And I have communicated with Shopclues to send the Missing Part and every time they told within 48hrs your issue should be resolved. But its been weeks. Shopclues executive told that they'll send the missing part over phone so I decided to install the product. The person who came to install took Rs 500. Later shopclues told that I will have to return the whole product but I had already started using it as per their communication. I haven't got a resolution yet. Please check.       the shopclues.com already taken my product this is being approax 2 month the shopclues team is not refunding my money and their helpline associates also not responding and not taking any action releated to my refund money. i am a general customer so there is no hope instead of this consumer complaint website please help me to resolve my resolution by which i shall very greatfull to you.

        I am neetha..somewhere around in January I bought an iPhone 4s, 16gb, white colour from shopclues.order number[protected].when the phone was delivered, it was really nice ..but after a month or so there was some problem with the display..so I went to imagine store for the repair..but there they told me that the bill that was given couldn't be considered because it did not contain tin number and invoice code..so I mailed shopclues asking for a original bill..I even checked the phone's imei status..it was blocked by Apple because it was a stolen phone...so I requested for a replacement..after many days my request was initiated..then after a month or so I got another phone..I thought it was a replaced phone, but it was not..they just repaired it and sent it back..after this I was irritated..so I asked them for a refund..but no useful respond..this is why I'm am filing a complaint.i just want my money..

          I had orderd for a bq s37 smart phone, , and its almost 1 month and there is no money nor product, I called them so many times and they are always telling to wait 48 hours I am fed up I need money or. Product as fast as possible my order number is 50057195, They are telling me when the corriour arrived I did not collect, but the truth is that the product didn't even reached my home town when I tried to track the order, , it was clear that the product returned from half way, and I am calling every day and asking for refund but they are not doing it, I need my money or product

            Wrong products delivered by you. I ordered for koutons set of two Denim jeans comfort fit size mans lower 36 on 19th may I received dated on 23rd may by econ express, but it is totally different.i got jeans it is not koutons company's but it is non branded, not any label marks of koutons, not proper fittings, poor materials.if possible by you send products as per my order otherwise refund. I already sent bank details. My order no. 52612823 My return request no.1403737 dated on 23rd may 2015 This is not first time every time I got this type of problem by shopclues.

              I have ordered a item from shopclues with order ID 49011865 from shopclues on 4th may. And until today I have not received the product. But shopclues claim that the item has been shipped and also delivered on 22nd may 2015. They have generated shipment number for the order 49011865 and the tracking number is[protected] from FEDX and also i enquired with FEDX about the shipment but they are telling that the shipment has not yet been handed over to them and still it is pending for pick up. Kindly help me get a refund or the product.

                  i ORDERED AN AC STABILISER ON 3RD OF APRIL2015. WHICH WAS DELIVERED ON 12TH APRIL, BUT ALL BROKEN, I RAISED A RETURN REQUEST FOR THE SAME ON 14TH APRIL 2015, FOR WHICH I WAS TOLD TO UPLOAD MULTIPLE FOTOGRAPHS OF THE PACKING AND THE PRODUCT. I DID...THEN CAME REPLY FROM THEIR SERVICE DESK OUTSOURCED TO SOME ZENDESK, STATING THAT THE PLS SEND THE IMAGES OF THE PRODUCT...I COFIRMED THAT I HAD UPLOADED THE IMAGES..STILL THE IMAGES WERE NOT VISIBLE TO THEM...I HAD A ACCOUNT WHERE I CUD VERIFY THAT THE IMAGES WERE UPLOADED...I RECONFIRMED THAT THE IMAGES WERE UPLOADED...THEY STILL CUDN'T CHK..I BELIVE THEY DONT EVEN HAVE ACCESS TO SHOPCLUES INTERNAL SYSTEMS TO CHK..THEY HAVE JUST OFFLOADED THE SERVICE TO ZENDESK CONVENIENTLY BUT HAVEN'T GIVEN THEM ACCESS TO THEIR SYSTEMS...AFTER MANY MAILS THE PRODUCT WAS FINALLY PICKED FROM MY HOME ON 10TH MAY2015, .. 26 DAYS AFTER I POSTED THE RETURN REQUEST..THEN CAME A MAIL STATING THAT THEY WILL TAKE 10DAYS MORE TO REPALCE THE PRODUCT..HOWEVER EVEN AFTER 15 DAYS NOW THEY STILL NEED 5-7 DAYS MORE TO CORDINATE WITH THE SELLER...THESE PPL ARE RUNNING A BHANGAR SHOP I GUESS..

Order Number: 45763339 Return Number: 1226073 Product: Cookware - Set of 4 (Punya) Reason: Defective Item Action: Replace item But even after a month n more, no body is coming to pick up the product. this is a worst service i have ever seen. They are writing us a mail but again they are not fulfilling their own commitment. I expect a Quick Solution from this worst site. i have decided not to go again in this fraud site who always give more discount n defective item.

                          I had ordered a Hand Juicer with Perfect Duty vide order no 50599947 on 10 May 2015. Till date I have not received the order delivery. Despite sending reminders on the website, there is no response. The order was suppose to reach by 18 May. I has also called the call center on multiple occassion, however there is no resolution. They keep repeating the same thing to wait for 48 hours. the complaint no is 3000958 However several such 48 hours have passed and i have not got any update on the status of delivery. I am very disappointment at the pathetic level of service from ShopClues. I want immediate refund of the amount paid to you. I cannot wait for any longer.

                              Hi Sir, I placed on order with order number 50024949 on 8th of May. Whenver i call they tell me that the product is not traceable and we cannot cancel the order. Each time i call they tell me 48 hours but they never get back and they never give me a status. I need my money back and they are not even placing a refund. They tell me tat they are contacting the courier service but they are not getiing any update, how can the courier service not provide an update for nearly 2 weeks now. Shopclues promised to deliver on 16th of May and till today 21st may it is not delivered and they do not know where the product is.. I need help sir as this is very bad and worst customer service. i need my money back becasue i need to refund to my Bank account. Citibank was really superb in helping me out with this. they have given me a credit but i need to refund them. And shopclues is playing with customers. my mobile number is [protected]

                                  I purchased a laptop from shopclues on 4th May 2015 with order number 49518081. On receiving the product I contacted customer care regarding the warranty. The customer care sent me the warranty details online and the warranty of the product is already 3 month expired. Please check the details attached in the mail. I raised a refund request along with the details shared by dell customer care to me. Please note that without any the customer care rejected my request. And I again called customer care then they again took my complaint saying there is no reason to deny for the previous request. The TAT for the request is 4 days, now for how many days this YES and NO things will keep on rotating with the customer care? It is 15 days already gone I have filed a complaint and I recoreded everytime I talked to customer care. Called almost 6 times to customer care and everytime they say please sir 48 hours. I have to purchase a new laptop, and I have to give payment to credit card team with the refund. A total dis satisfaction from shopclues support. You are selling the old products to customer and saying that the buyer is protected? There is no reason to decline the request. The Dell customer care itself sent this online status to me saying that warranty is 6 months passed. I am escalating this matter to senior management and consumer court websites as well. Is this the shopclues customer care, who does not take proper buyer protection??? I am also going to put this matter on consumer court online forum and many other social media websites to tell how bad the customer care of shopclues resolves the problem and if you are buying anything you are not protected and will be sold by old products.

                                    sir i purchased MI POWERBANK 16000 mah XIAOMI from shopclues with order i.d.[protected]. they firstly sent me the duplicate product as i confirmed it with xiaomi seller and secodly it stopped working and then i returned it...i have not still got the refund even after 35days of returning the product...the seller has frauded me...i am realy disappointed with shopclues services as everytime i pick the call they either don't simply answer my call or keep on saying to give them 2days time...i have waited too long...kindly make them refund my money or i will file a case on both shopclues and seller! their services are the worst!

                                      Dear sir please go through my mails and i am sending the A T M Bank statement in that statement please see on[protected] i was received an amount of rs 26033/ against my order no 47513725 and this was canceled by Shopclues and credited the amount to the bank account .but i was placed order for both AC and voltage stabilizer (order no[protected] . such a big amount of rs 26033/ was send to the account and rs 1295/ was not credited to the account .Every time you are saying that we have send the amount please cross check the account, I am saying that 100% that amount was not send to my account if you send the amount it will shows that amount will come in to the statement .please see the statement i was taken to day ie on[protected] . i need your help and cross check your accounts and send the amount to the bank account in this connection please go through and i need favorable action in this regard
