I have placed the order of HTC DESIRE 826 mobile phone on MAY-02, 2015 & paid thru internett banking immideately
i received confirmation mail from them & on May-04, 2015 i received the email that they already shipped my product & i will receive it by May-09, 2015
today is 12th may-2015 & till today i have't received my product
they provide me the dispatch details and tracking number of ecommexpress.com, i checked it on their website and it is still at bhivandi since may-05, 2015 when i spoke to ecomexpress.com they said they can't deliver it before May-15, 2015 !?!?!?!?
then i called shopclues.com on their phone number :[protected] on May-09, 2015 evening and spoke to them for half an hour
spoke to their Floor superviser Ms.Akriti Kumari too, first they told me they already shipped out the product & therefore it is not their problem, and when i confronted them then finally she told me it will be delivered latest by Tuesday may-12, 2015
but so far today i haven't received it ?!?!?!?! it was a gift for my son's birthday on may-09 but they completely spoiled it
i want register a very strong complaint against shopclues.com for ignoring client's concerns, when & if they take order and get payment before shipment then it is absolutely their responsibility to make sure that consumer receive the product & receive it on time, instead of doing this they are simply replying us that once they shipped out the product they dont care !!!?!?!?!?!?
We are getting this checked & sorted for you. Be assured of receiving the plausible resolution from us soon.
