      i had ordered a shoe online from shopclues.com on the shoe i ordered was a shoe with lace and the product that was delivered was a shoe without lace. i returned the product almost two weeks ago even though i didnt got any replace or refund of my amount paid . the order number is 44421127

      i have been hearing such response from team shopclues since last month hope this timee it might be somewhat sincere. one more thing i dont thik i will ever be recomending shopclues.com for online shopping to anyone in future i do mean it

          From Last one month i am requesting shopclues to replace the product or refund my money. Lots of mail I have received & sent to shopclues regarding this issue. This is so ridiculous. They are saying refund amount has been credited. Where no amount has been credited to my account. After that such a worthless site no one receive the call when someone is calling. Every time after 15 to 20 minutes later the executive receive the call. Such a bad & nonsense service. Kidly look after the issue. I will recommend every one not to purchase anything from shopclues due to this worthless service towards customer. No one take 1 month time to complete a process. Such a bad experience with shopclues.com. If they cant give the proper service then kindly close the site but dnt harrase the people.

            I have ordered for a casio watch on shopclues.com with order no: 49446853 on 3rd May and have paid through my Hdfc credit card, today I have received a courier from shopclues, when I opened the same I found a stone instead of watch is this the way to do business by cheating the customers. I want my money back or the product that I have ordered. Please help.

              i have ordered bunch of 7 watches where 3 watches are delivered broken. i have reported 3 days later so they are not accepting my claim since i have not reported in 2 days. Shop clues should understand that people have many other have apart from call them and informing his broken products sent. Order no[protected]

                I have purchased a Dell laptop online with ShopClues.com and they have sent me a defective laptop which is not booting up. When I have called Dell technicain they are saying that the motherboard is not ok. So, basically shopclues.com has sent me a defective laptop which is having manufacturer's defect. I have requested for the return of the same product which shopclues.com is denying to take. Please post a complain in this regard.                   I purchased 38 qty of Cookware set an skimmer set in Sep2014 (Order No[protected] and paid (38*400=15200 + 100 shipping charge) through NEFT. I got 2 damaged fry pen, missing 3 skimmer set & 1 handle. I inform via mail to shopclues.As per advice of shopclues I returned 2 damaged fry pen by bluedart token no. given by shopclues.Shop clues credited only 300 clues buck with out taken my confirmation. actualy I lost 3 set. I purchased the set for Navratri gifting to girls. I mailed many time to customer support and megha.[protected]@shopclues.com and rashi.[protected]@shopclues, com, I mailed approx 20 times but no answer. 1 time ms. megha replied that she will do something but no any result. Before 2 months I got call from shopclues Mr. Jitender, he told that shopclues will transferred Rs. 1600 in my bank account and taken back cluebuks(300). But till today I didn't get any money from shopclues. Even there is on any responsible person to reply my mail. I suffering from sep2014. I purchased for "NAVARATRI OCATION" gifting. My 3 gifting set pending only b'coz of shopclues.

                      i bought to products from shopclues. 1. Order no.[protected]Combo of Black Trouser and White Shirt for Men 2. Order no.[protected]Sanskruti Pourni Laria Gold & Silver Plated Brass Bangles (Set of 2) The quality of the bangles is very low. Its edges were very Sharp and its its size is also diffrent from the normal Bangles. The size of trouser is different from the normal size of 34. Now i want to replace or refund these product, But the website is not responding properly. Even the Complaint departments are also not communication properly when we call them. Such a irresponsible behaviour they have. They are reacting like the don't have any contact after the sale of the product. Even they r saying that they cannot refund the product because it was purchased from sunday flea market. but they can replace it.

                          I am a shopclues user and had purchased about 8 to 10 products till date successfully. But the sad part is, all the orders which I received are, not the exact products what I had ordered; there will be defect in either colour or size. I did not received not even a single product as per my specifications while I had ordered them. We are ordering the products through online in such an enthusiasm, but shopclues is not fulfilling the needs of the users. They are cheating us and there is no professional ethics from shopclues side.

                            I had order a number of items from shop clues and have found a lot of them defective and of poor quality.So i had requested for a return and refund.After a couple of days two items are showing that the return period has expired and two other items cannot be picked up from my location. please look into this matter and do resolve it as i have already paid for these items.

                              shopclues offer orders select one product the quote price and go to checkout .In the checkout the price is varied and show large actual amount of the price quoted.How can we buy and how can put order to shopclues online shopping.Many times this defect noted, If you know what product and I will show the coupon No.How you quote the one price the offer column and show the anotherprice in the checkout order.

                                I have ordered a Colour Kit on shopclues.com on 26th of April, 2015 and made the payment on the same day. I received a email stating that the product will be delivered within 7 to 10 working days. Till today I either receive the delivery or know the status of the delivery. They are not able give me the status of the product. I have ordered the product on urgent basis and they are providing the worst customer service.                                         I have placed the order of HTC DESIRE 826 mobile phone on MAY-02, 2015 & paid thru internett banking immideately i received confirmation mail from them & on May-04, 2015 i received the email that they already shipped my product & i will receive it by May-09, 2015 today is 12th may-2015 & till today i have't received my product they provide me the dispatch details and tracking number of ecommexpress.com, i checked it on their website and it is still at bhivandi since may-05, 2015 when i spoke to ecomexpress.com they said they can't deliver it before May-15, 2015 !?!?!?!? then i called shopclues.com on their phone number :[protected] on May-09, 2015 evening and spoke to them for half an hour spoke to their Floor superviser Ms.Akriti Kumari too, first they told me they already shipped out the product & therefore it is not their problem, and when i confronted them then finally she told me it will be delivered latest by Tuesday may-12, 2015 but so far today i haven't received it ?!?!?!?! it was a gift for my son's birthday on may-09 but they completely spoiled it i want register a very strong complaint against shopclues.com for ignoring client's concerns, when & if they take order and get payment before shipment then it is absolutely their responsibility to make sure that consumer receive the product & receive it on time, instead of doing this they are simply replying us that once they shipped out the product they dont care !!!?!?!?!?!?
