sir my experience is so bad because this product visual quality is so poor and this product has no power led so we can't under stand device is ready or not after the install this product have many problem faces picture quality is so poor, laptop screen is not properly adjustable, the product has no power led have not idea the device is working or not

    I have ordered a Vogueshell powerbank of 2 port 9000mah capacity on 10 th of may..I have received the shipment today but I noticed that the powerbank is disputed and it doesn't work..I couldn't charge my phone not even for 1%...it doesn't getting charged also..I also received a 10 in 1 universal charger today, but later I came to know that 2 pins out of that doesn't work..is this kind of service you provides to your customers???I couldn't even use those products for 2 minutes..I am giving the order numbers...Vogueshell powerbank[protected]...10 in 1 charger[protected]..I wanna replace these products asap..you guys please do the necessary procedures to replace my products...and set an example that you guys not only selling the products on "WHOLESALE PRICE" but selling the new and good to use products also not the defective ones..your support is highly expected..my email id- uddipan.[protected]@gmail.com

          I have ordered Samsung 40" LED TV vide order no. 49768271. The consignment was shipped from Delhi to Agra vide Safexpress docket no. 82121631. The docket no. is wrong as it is not showing on Safexpress website till date almost one week after the goods were dispatched. Till date TV has not been delivered. I have called helpline number 3 times and also sent reminders. If I don't get a response within 24 hours with the status I will advise my bank to hold the credit card payment. Distance from Delhi to Agra is just 180km and the merchant is based in Delhi. All previous orders have come within 3-4 days.

          This is highly unprofessional. You claim that the item was quality checked before dispatch. The TV has arrived in broken condition. Looking at the breakage and the intact packaging I am pretty sure that the merchant himself is responsible for sending damaged goods. I am putting a hold on the credit card right now.

          It is now 4 days and no one has come to pick the TV. What kind of servic is this? First there is a 2 week delay in delivery and now there is 4 day delay in pickup. shopclues please improve your service. I am still waiting for the pickup and replacment.
          Why have you disapproved my pickup request after so many days?? This is really slow and unprofessional. The TV came in a wooden crate. No damage was there on the crate. If you look at the broken TV you will notice that the breakage is at the bezel. This part is always protected by the thermocol packing. So it was neither my fault or the logistics. This was the mistake of the merchant. He has sent the broken TV.

After 10 days the simply replied that the article is deliverd via ecomexpress as per the above AWB. It may be that the ecomexpress people mishandled it and delivered to wrong address without verify anything . I called shopcleus and ecomexpress courier but no response from both of the people .So far I purchased many things from shopecluese and it reaches in perfect. But now you were start delude themself.               I have placed an order at shop clues on 23rd of april and done the full payment through internet banking. The product was supposed to be delivered in 3-5 working days. BUt till now the product has not been delivered. I have been chasing them since 1st may by complaining "n" number of types in customer service desk also there is no action has been taken. No one is responding properly in customer care. Each time i call them i get new different type of xcuse from them and ask for 48 hrs of time to solve the issue. they also said that they revert call me back with updated status everytime but no one is responding over there.                 Hi, ShopClues improve you process with every respect, only advertisement is not going to help you much. I really fed up with your services. My order no: 50851943 Complain 1: Site showing me, this product available at 474005 pin code, but they cancel next day, Merchant is not able to deliver. If you not able to service, you have no right to block the money. Person can go some other better site snapdeal n flipkart etc n purchased this. Complain 2: I placed order at 12 May, 2015, I m not received my money back. Even after I sent the mail twice for the same. Complain 3: Today 18 May, 2015, I called to customer service, after fed up you auto mail responses, He again ask me to wait for next two days. What is this? You have not suppose to block the money for 8 to 10 days, use some other purposes to get benefits even without send the order. Improve your services with every respect.                   I tried to order footwear in shopclues sunday fleamarket. it went to payment site. i choosen netbanking and paid amount through indian bank. amount debited from my account but it showing as Payment for this order has failed. It might be due to insufficient funds on card, incorrect card details or some technical issue with payment gateway. You can choose another payment method and try again. i need by money back. it shows that i have to pay again.

                      I Bought 10400 MI power bank for 553 & For the first time even after a full charge, this was not even able to charge greater than 3% of my MOTO G mobile battery of 2300mAH, even though this is supposed to charge my battery 4 times. And after requesting a return for this product, i get a message saying Return rejected by merchant, I regularly buy products from shopclues & this looks like a big fraud company, selling 2nd grade or used products at new products MRP.                         I ordered online led from shopclues.com on 11 april 2015 ...for this online shoping I used my atm cum debit card and amount of Rs 38489 has been debited from my account..But after that neither I recieved my order nor my amount..i talk to shopclues care and they told that my order has not been confermed as they did not recieve payment...they told me that ur amount will b back... But till now I didnt get my amount back..many time I contact with them but my problm is not solved... Plz help me about this...

                                i had make order this product 23/04/2015 which order no[protected] is payment make by net banking thru but payment had done emvantage payment gate way also confermed about the payment but they did not retrun my product conferm or retrun my value money so i really tired to make call or do more complaint but not getting yet any resolution so i have to all readers apologize not shop at shop clue

                                  on outer box its written that all the product is in the box but when i opened it ...all i could find is 1 pillow and 5 cleaning cloth...where is cotten face towel and sania face towel? i have not paid so much money for this...kindly make them to take all i got back and refund my whole money for 4 orders...not even half the order i have got! kindly make them respond quicker!

                                    I ordered a product on 19th April 2015 and and till now i didn't receive the product (i.e 14/05/2015) Order id[protected]. They gave me tracking id as well on 21st April( Air Waybill No :[protected]. it was not showing any status. I called Shopclues more than 10 times i will be on hold more than 1 hour every time. I will get the same response that they are looking into it with high priority and they will update me in 2 days and will arrange a cal back. Till now i didn't get any cal back. I spent almost Rs 300 to just cal them. Even they lodged a ticket (ticket no-). shop clues opened a ticket- 2843054 I got really frustated with their customer service. They are just bluffing and cheating. I told them to cancel the product. They are saying they cannot cancel the product and even not able to deliver the product I spoke to their customer representatives. They will tell that they will give a cal back but they won't. when i call them back asking them to connect to person (srivastav, rachan yadav, Ahmed). They will tell that they are busy and tell us to cal back after 1 hour. If i cal them again after 1 hour they say that they are not available today. Please do needful
