Hello, I have purchased one product from Shopclues.com on 2nd of May to give as a gift to someone. The Qty I purchased was 2 but when it was delivered very late to me after several follow up it was delivered as 1. Then I called Shopclues.com about the Miss qty of 1. I asked them now one is delivered and please deliver another one. But they denied stating as per policy I have to raise a return request and return the Qty what I have received to them and then they will deliver both Qty back again. I was surprised to get this answer when its very easy to only deliver one Qty. In spite of taking one back and process all the things back again. Then I put request of replace on the site and asked them to pick the product from my house. They picked up the product and later on changed my replace request to refund the amount. Which I never requested at all because I wanted both Qty so raised as replace request on the site. Now the real story starts.I purchased 2 Qty with the total amount of Rs.3260/- and used the coupon of Rs.1000/- received from ICICI bank as privilege gift for using debit card. And paid rest of the amount through Credit Card. The coupon I used only for one time available and can’t be used again. Now the Shopclues.com refunded my money which I paid after using my coupon the total of Rs.2260/- but they didn’t refund my coupon amount and I am chasing for that since 2 weeks of time and no one is entertain my request.I said I want my all money back including my coupon amount because in this whole scenario the mistakes is from Shopclues.com they delivered wrong Qty to me that is also very late. Even I requested for Replace and not Refund they changed my request their own and refunded only the money I paid by CC of amount Rs.2260/-. I wasted my time and I didn’t receive the product on time to give gift someone. I wasted my money/coupon on the several calls.This was HELL deal for me. I need my 1000 of coupon of money back anyhow.

    I ordered a Lloyd Portable airconditionar on 25th May 2015, order id: 53751107. After lot of delay I came to know through sms that my oder has been dispatched on 1st June 2015 through safexpress courier, shipment id: 82122737 . I was advised to track the shipment through this id. To my surprise I found that the shipment id was wrong. I brought to notice immediately ticket number 3134709. I will be intimated that I will be contacted by the team soon. Till now there is no communication in this regard. The product is expected to be delivered within 4-5 days from dispatch date.         I Have buy one product on 16th april and I have delivered it on 21st April but the product was totally different than it displayed on site.for the same I have logged the refund request on 21st April.Till now I did not get my refund, Its almost 1 and half month to be completed for this process and I am frustrated with the service given by shopclues. I am continuously in touch with customer care and I got the same answer each time that I'll get my money in 6-7 days. Even in todays last mail I got the same answer(I have the complete mail trail if needed).                     Dear sir, I am Komalprakesh my order number#46832249 received a item from your shop clues 2 months before it was some damaged and i requested a complaint for exchange last month your service person came and picked your item and he said it will be delivered in 10 days againest the existing hand blender but still now we didnt get any call are any conformation e mail we called many times to your customer care but no body is giving any answer i really wexed from your service this kind of worst service from your shopclues.I kindly requesting you to please refund my money or send the new one ASAP. waiting for your call.

                      Had ordered a round stainless steel Reebok wrist watch of good quality but: instead received a square shaped inferior quality, even different belt, wrist watch.I have tried to register complaint but unable to do even through customer/support.I want a full refund of the order as the quality too looks totally doubtful.

We have registered your order 54177437 – now it’s our turn to ship it quickly to you.But after four days (Jun 2, 2015) got mail form shopclues like Sincere apologies to inform you that we are unable to fulfil your order 54177437 and therefore cancelled the same.                               I like to inform you regarding two very recent cases of online shopping, where I buyed the products from Shopclues.com and the order was pre-paid, i.e. I paid during the time of placing the order online, and I just have to collect later at the address specified. I was not even able to track one of the order, for which I had requested the tracking details multiple times(Order #[protected]. I had raised several tickets for this to the shopclues, which has been closed without acknowleding the requests(3077904, 3010919 etc) Everytime I send them any mail, they just reply some pre-generated readyate mails, however no useful information.

                                  Sir, I didn't received my Refund of Rs.169/- about after Shop Clues informed me your order # 49892401 has already been initiated on 22nd May, 2015 . They says they processed the refund and amount will be credited to my bank account (i used net banking for payment). i asked for details of refund money transactions after several reminder. I mailed shop clues, Cust Care multiple times. The CC always says i will get reply and refund amount credited within 24-48 hr . but never got details .. Details of Order order 49892401 – now it’s our turn to ship it quickly to you. Order Date: 07 May 2015, 07:49 AM Return Request Approved against the order no. 49892401 on 22nd May ticket number 3096924 Product: JMK Hosiery Track pant From Man Black With Strip.

                                        Dear Team I have ordered a NEW DESIGN HAND OPERATED 2 TON HYDRAULIC TROLLEY JACK LEO (QTY:1) via order id 45380825 on April 07th 2015 with SHOPCLUES and same is delievered to me with the damaged condition. I have raised request around 14th April 2015 for its return For around 1 Month there was no action taken by shopclues to reverse pickup the product and I have contacted with them several times but there is no positive steps taken by them. No body has contacted for the reverse pick up while as per your policy Customers are covered under buyers protection.Is this your buyers protection? After 1 month product got picked and delievred back to them on 22nd May. I am following up madly with them from last 1 and half months There is chain of mail running with heading Return requested for ShopClues order 45380825 and Others[protected] but no body cares to push the things in shopclues. Everytime promise of 48 hours. I think your team is testing with consumers patience . Please help in getting the refund . They people are making foot of customers on the name of Buyer protection . While there is noting in the name of buyer protection. I am suffering from more than 45 days . No refund is there I have also mailed to their Grievance cell at [protected]@shopclues.com and also marked mail to sanjay.[protected]@shopclues.com which seems to be their MD id but no body there also take any action.
