my order number is 54558567 dated 31 May 2015, 05:50 PM. Current status is "Order handed over to courier". I ordered on the basis of title "Pack of 3 Stylish Cotton Boxer Short" and the image shown. But i got totally different product and there is no note in the description that product could be different as shown in the image. at the same time as per the product description "Color 3 Different Colored Boxer Will Be Randomly Picked" but i got all are same and very long size like KACCHAS. i dont expect it from shopclues. but i am not able to file return request because current status is undelivered while it has been delivered on 3/06/2015. plz return it.

I have ordered OTG Cable( code:600174) on 20th may 2015 from shoclues. It was shipped on 23th may 2015 via Ecom Expree Carrier Service. My order no. is 52770479 and tracking number is[protected] but till date 6th jun 2015 I am not able to track my order. But I got a mail from shopclues that you product has been delivered at your address successfully. I have not get my product but in shopcules website showing it is delivered. My address is also changed now. My new address is now at Rampur(U.P.) Contact no. - [protected]

I order a nokia x2 full face body on 21st may, 2015 on shopclues.com worth Rs.350/-. on 23 rd May, 2015, in my shopclues account, it was shown that product is shipped and will reach in 3-5 days. On 28th May, 2015 i made complaint to them, that i have not received the product, they said the product is shipped. when i asked them about the shipping details they refused to give me, from that day until today ie.6th may i am continuously asking about the shipping details and they are refusing to tell.so i told to cancel my order and refund the money. they say that they will not cancel the order and will not give me the money. so this is a clear case of Cheating and robbery. so i want to immediately take a strong action on them. Note : To all - do not buy anything from Shopclues.com, it is completely a fraud company.

hello sir My name name is Piyush Gopani from Surat I am a merchant of shopclues company my MID number is 186634 .selling product on shopclues. my payment was release at 1st June 2015 but I have not received payment till now and i have not received payment of total 300+ order and I have received mailed from Pankaj Chamoli regarding Indemnity bond on 24th June and written that you need yo sign first Indemnity bond and than we will release you payment after deduct fine fees. also i have received payment of 50+ order but i only received correct payment of one order .rest one was all are incorrect .in some order she have charged selling fees on selling price including shipping charge and count weight per quantity of single placed order i have mailed him but still no reply i have received shopclues provide business platform for merchant without TIN number so one can sell branded & OEM and all type of product on shopclues...In shopclues policy nothing is written that one can not sell these type of product.but when shopclues need to pay to merchant that time shopclues mail and tell you are selling fake product and you have not follow shopclues rules and regulation to not give payment... shopclues is fraud and i have sell 500+ product but only received payment of 100 order so should I sign Indemnity bond with shopclues or not Shopclues cheat with me please help me I feel very bad Thank you Best Regards ATOZ Market +91 [protected]

But I m sorry to say there is no response from shop clue and neither they provided me track no nor courier address. Finally one text come from shop clue that congratulation you have received your product oh my God I m surprise and I visited all the courier services which is near my home but alas! No such product arrived then I call to customer care of shop clues very sad I dint received any positive response from them then they kept my phone call on hold half an hour after that they behave very rudely. This is very bad service provided form shop clue. Its almost to complete about one month till now I haven't got my product . So if I will not get my product till 7th June then I will differently take legal action against shop clue. I haven't got my product till date. I ordered my product on 24th may. They were saying that the product will be at your door step by 31st may. I have pre-paid for that product that's why I am worried. I tried calling their courier service . A lady always say that your product will be delivered today. But I haven't got the product. Order id is 53541029. I have mailed to shopclues also they haven't taken any step also. I need that product by 1st june. And now the product is of no use. Because I want to gift that product to someone. Please do something with this company. From 26th may that product shipped. And haven't processed further.

I purchased a Wonderchef slow Juicer worth Rs. 9, 999/- from Shopclues.com on[protected]Order ID:[protected]. They delivered me the product on[protected] at 12:00 PM. When I opened the box, I found some of the parts are damaged and I immediately filed my first complaint around 12:58PM on the same day and ask for return of the product (Return ID:[protected]See the photograph of the compliant). I also informed to the shoupclues executive over phone and they said that within 48 hrs the issue will be resolved. After 48 hrs i.e. on[protected] I again called them and also reported some other issues with the product while checking it for instance its power plug is also damaged, brush to clean the product was missing from the box and the thermocol used to protect the product was seriously damaged as it was an old item. The executive over phone said that within 48hrs they will contact me, but that never happened. After informing these issues I also checked my email, however, there was no communication from the shopclues side. Then I again called the shopclues on[protected] and asked them to send me some communication regarding my compliant, and then they said that they have already sent me the copies at my registered email, which I was not receiving. On[protected] I gave them an alternate email and I was able to see what was happening at their end. In that email they asked me to send the photographs of outer box as they require it along with the damaged part. I sent them that on the same day. Since I required the juicer immediately I purchased another from the local market and asked shopclues.com to refund my money. Also, after such a long deliberation I have lost my trust in them and now I want money refund. This purchase is under buyers’ protection scheme, so it should not be a problem for them. Since[protected], I am calling them after every 48hrs and they are saying that they are working on it. However, on their website where I filled the complaint they have mentioned that my return request has been declined. All the detailed information such as photographs, email communications, and their website updates related to my case is attached with this complaint. I have not received a single call from them and no reason why they have declined the refund request. If any further detail required, please let me know.

I am Rakesh Kumar Nayak staying at Delhi & ordered (Order no.[protected] one split AC "Voltas 155 CYA 1.2 Ton 5 Star Split Air Conditioner (QTY:1)" on 26th May'15 to deliver at my relative's address at Bhubaneswar, Odisha & got the deliver date from shop clues as 3rd Jun'15. On 31st May'15 I checked under courier tracking no. As per courier site the deliver address is New Delhi only. So, raised a ticket on shop clues for this concern & checked again next day that mentioned in courier site that I was refused to accept the courier whenever I didn't received any call. again I raised the query with Shop clues but as same as earlier the raised another ticket for this concern. I received a mail from Shop clues on 3rd Jun'15 that we are sorry due to deliver date has postpone. I checked in shop clues site again & got the information that deliver date will be 5th Jun'15 but till now not delivered any courier. So, called again today evening to shop clues, they are saying that we are raising a ticket for this also you'll get an update on this & wait for some more time. So, expecting your help to get my product ASAP.

I ordered Globalite men`s loafers groove saddle(Black-GEC0066-6), i got it today when it delivered, but its short of my foot size, i want replaced it in form of size-7. Please do the needfull as soon as possible. I first time ordered on shopclues, poduct is awsome- i very happy glad to see ur deliver product(its cheap & best) but its a small according to my foot size.

Hi I ordered one power bank on 18th may in discount offer. On 22 I revived mail its out of stock it may take 2 more days do you want to cancel order?? Why should I cancel order?? I seen on 28th may 2015 the product got shipped??? I called in customer care regarding this they told me we shipped if order will not come in your hand in 2 days it will automatically cancelled. I got my product on[protected] at the evening. I got used power bank, I was shocked how can they supply used power bank ??? I do not know how they deal in online market in this era... Please never order from Shop clue I tried even their customer care executive never ready to talk politely with customer no follow up from their side. If you order and pay then you have to bag for your product. You can check images I did not received charger pin whats use of this??? I am a professional – a product designer and due to urgent need of a laptop had ordered the laptop from Shopclues, but to my ill luck…this experience has been a never ending nightmare. It’s been 15 days – I am sitting at home with a wrong product – not able to use it and the product is ready for shipment since 27th May 2015 – but, no one has come to pick up the product. I had made the payment via credit card for 3 month EMI and I needed to return this product and get the refund asap so, that I can buy another laptop & start my work. Request you to please share an alternate number.” My Reply was : Kindly call me back on my registered mobile number [protected] or you can contact me on alternate number [protected]. I never ever got any call on 2nd/3rd of June 2015 – neither on my register mobile no. nor on the alternate no. On 4th June I spoke to Amrita in support team and she told me : “the product should have been picked up by now but, the status updated is – the shipment was not ready”. The truth is nobody ever called me from the logistic/courier side. And moreover, Amrita told me that the pickup will be done on 5th June 2015. I called up at Shopclues @ 12:45 pm on 5th June and asked as to when the pick up is gonna happen & the reply was : “ we have initiated your product pickup on 4th June & it will take 3-4 working days to get this done since the status updated is - the shipment was not ready”. I am over n over telling the team member that your logistics partner is lying and that nobody has called me for the pickup and the person is over n over robotically repeating the above statement. I have received a wrong product because of your sheer negligence and inability to work properly. The product was delivered after 8 days after QC! This is the level of your working…then the return request approval is done after 5 day of filing the request and its been 9 working days since then n there is none to pickup the product and there is such a mismanagement and discrepancy at each level. Your Support team members try to avoid transferring the call to some senior responsible person…they keep me holding the phone for as long as 18 minutes!!! Hi Team, I have not received order 52297479 which was marked as complete (It is a part of combined order[protected]. I have only received part order 53141498. Both order were shipped via different couriers. I have not received which was sent via Professional courier (Prof- BJW- SUR : GGN[protected]. I checked with professional courier and they stated it is a fake courier Tracking/consignment#. I have sent multiple emails to shopclues customer service but have not received any proper response so far. Amit was the agent who was dealing with this case. He is useless. Hello, I have purchased one product from Shopclues.com on 2nd of May to give as a gift to someone. The Qty I purchased was 2 but when it was delivered very late to me after several follow up it was delivered as 1. Then I called Shopclues.com about the Miss qty of 1. I asked them now one is delivered and please deliver another one. But they denied stating as per policy I have to raise a return request and return the Qty what I have received to them and then they will deliver both Qty back again. I was surprised to get this answer when its very easy to only deliver one Qty. In spite of taking one back and process all the things back again. Then I put request of replace on the site and asked them to pick the product from my house. They picked up the product and later on changed my replace request to refund the amount. Which I never requested at all because I wanted both Qty so raised as replace request on the site. Now the real story starts.I purchased 2 Qty with the total amount of Rs.3260/- and used the coupon of Rs.1000/- received from ICICI bank as privilege gift for using debit card. And paid rest of the amount through Credit Card. The coupon I used only for one time available and can’t be used again. Now the Shopclues.com refunded my money which I paid after using my coupon the total of Rs.2260/- but they didn’t refund my coupon amount and I am chasing for that since 2 weeks of time and no one is entertain my request.I said I want my all money back including my coupon amount because in this whole scenario the mistakes is from Shopclues.com they delivered wrong Qty to me that is also very late. Even I requested for Replace and not Refund they changed my request their own and refunded only the money I paid by CC of amount Rs.2260/-. I wasted my time and I didn’t receive the product on time to give gift someone. I wasted my money/coupon on the several calls.This was HELL deal for me. I need my 1000 of coupon of money back anyhow.
