I have purchased from shopclues as it was cheaper than other but later I realise it is hopless to go for some xyz.com for some lesser buck. My order# 46576011 which I ordered on 15th Apr 2015. and expected delivery was 23rd Apr -25th Apr Order got delyed and I got message on 20st Apr that it will be delayed choose your option 2 day you can wait or 5 days.I mentioned 2 days. and still hoping they will delivered it. Then I received a call from customer care on 20th that your product available do still intrested. I said yes please. and when I checked in evening found they have process some different item not the one I choose and that also lesser price. I called them and asked who and why this got change so they just apologies and said we will come back to you. And we will refund your money No one came back and order got dispatched. and got delivered on 27th Apr. I accept the delivery as I thought once the refund we will return it as I do not have trust on them. Since then I am trying to chase them hopless ppl and they didnot bother. I asked to refund my money on bank account but still same answer we are working on it and 5-6 day it will be refunded. Pl do not purchase they are not professional enough. Service is pathetic where flipkart and snapdeal delivered same thing in 3-4 days they take edges 10 days. And if you have to go for refund then you have to follow them up and if you lucky you will get it. Counting my luck

    I placed an order no[protected] to shop clues.com.for hair trimmer dated[protected].after 15 days of order when i not received the product i called to customer, it was informed to me that currently product is out of stock and will be delivered shortly.Almost 1 month completed but not received the product than again i called, it was told to me that it is in process.I called many times but every time they are saying will be delivered soon like that.Almost 4 months completed but not received the product.Again i called than they told that we are unable to deliver the product and your money will be refunded.I also agreed to them due long waiting. But I did not get the refund also after many days.Called again and again but saying it is in process. Almost 7 months completed now they are saying that your product has been delivered to you but I have not received the product. I informed them that i have not received the pooduct please do the needful but they are denying now. I have neither received the product nor refund. please look into the matter and please help me.       Extremely disappointed with my first order 43948723 with ShopClues for HTC desire 5266g plus. I have reported the matter to Customer support several times (I mailed around 6 times and made calls more than 15+) but despite all my pleadings I have not received any feedback from customer support giving time and time for each and every day saying wait for 48 hrs to refund the amount and pick the said product from my house, They were told me the same pick service is not available from my house when They had made the first delivery to me in the same address.

                  I received a damaged piece and i also complained 4 times and there's no response from your side. If this continues, i'll complain to higher authorities. I'm forced to take a serious action. You cannot fool around the customers. I'll make this a big issue and post on social network that shopclues is a big time cheaters! Do the needful action and replace it with good product and credit my cash back. I'm disappointed with your service. Disgusting people!

                    After waiting 20 days, shopclues delivered a wrong product.. Shame on you shopclues... you guys didn't deliver on right time but atleast deliver a right product.

                    Please find the attachment, what was delivered is wraped in plastic and what i was ordered is screenshot from Shopclues site.
                    Its been 25 days now and just formalities has been completed in form o[censored]pdates on website like Return pickup initiated but nobody comes for pickup the package and no Refund processed, i don't know why these people running these cheat shop in the name of online shopping, when they don't know how there merchants provide the send the wrong material, even they have publish there product on website with classification.

                        sir i want to express my worry against shopclues. online shopping...my three order no.46889081 and 46950649 and one more 48012213...which is simultaneously ordered on 18/04/15, 19/04/15 and 26/0415... which is sent by aramex courier is not delivered to me... not able to trace shipment details from that courier... upon that i have sent no. of emails to concerned firms. but not get any authentic reply... more over my another order no. 46890415 which was cancelled by the shop clues ius still not refunded my money... so i want to lodge complaint against shopclues... kindly help me to get my hard earned money and product... thanks from pandi raja port blair A&N islands

                          Sir, I have given order number 48543917 of wrong product trough Shopclues.com & payment made to shopclues.com immediately at the time of giving order on dated 27/04/15(evening). Next day i was realised that i have chosen wrong product & i have cancelled immediately my order on 28/04/15 morning. I have also received a confirmation email that my refund for Rs 25, 589/- has been approved & the same will be credited in my credit card account within 30/04/15. But till today i have not received my refund whenever i am talking with customer care they generate one more mail that they are processing the refund to their higher authority & will be refunded in my account within 48 hour.                                     I had ordered product on shopclues.com on 24/04/2015 order no 47851199. Even after 10 days my order wasn't shipped and they canceled it. All my occasion has been spoiled by shopclues.com.I want compensation for my order and also to make an example to other online companies who sells fake products online which are actually not available and keep customers money for 17 days with them without giving any interest and spoils customers precious occasions.

                                        Hi, I have ordered Onida A/c from Shopclues on 19th April, 2015 having order no. 47198859 and it was mentioned in their website that it will delivered in 5 working days but till date product has not been received. When i contacted customer care for the 1st time i have been told stock is not available and I will be intimated in 2 working days when it will be delivered. I appreciate the customer service guy has raised the concern but for only receiving auto-generated mail that they will revert within 72 hrs. When again I had contacted customer care then Mr. Naeem who was on call said your order is ready to dispatch but he was not sure when it will be dispatched. When i told him to cancel the order he said he can't cancel as shipment is ready to dispatch but at the same time he said product is not available. I am unable to understand when the product is not available why order can't be cancelled. Is it that Shopclues give salary to their employee with the interest received from the money collected from the customers????
