    I didnt recived my Refund about after return process . They says they processed the refund and amount will be credited to my bank account (i used netbanking for payment). But when i mailed them my account statement they says contact my bank and so i asked for details of transactions . i mailed shopclues, emvantage and called CustCare multiple times. The CC always says i will get reply within 24-48hr . but never got details ..       I order V-Guard Vg-400 Stabilizer (QTY:1) on 23 May 2015 order no 53106833 paid amount Rs 1369, after complaining for shipment issues in this site shopclues.com arrange the shipment with Safe express courier with tracking number 82122420 but safe express replied me mention this is not a valid tracking number. This is serious issue shopclues.com cheated me that they shipped the product but actual they do not do that. I already complain for that ticket no 3076755 and 3092977 but already 10 days passed no initiative was taken from shoplcues and my money was also not refunded. Please provide me the refund or arrange the shipment as soon as possible with valid tracking number. Akosha team please help my Mobile number was [protected].
      Again same way fake tracking number 82122889 and 82122890 is given for order no 54149481 and 54178935 from shopclues.com. The tracking number is of Safe express but as per safe express there is no such tracking number. Please akosha team please help me Rs 1369*3= 4107 is cheated by shopclues.

          Order No. 48384999 Blue Star AC It's almost reaching 1 MONTH & one fortnight {1.5 MONTHS} & the issue is not solved till date. 1. I called the customer care at several times & wrote mails, but all in vain no response. Instead, I see that the my request has been closed by the company taking unilateral decision & without any justification. I haven't received a single call from Shopclues to inquire into the matter or to update me of anything. But the same has been shown as resolved by the customer. What a great style to cheat. 2. I call to the customer care of Shopclues & they said as the Parcel reached me in complete packing & the same is in standard warranty, so you solve the issue under warranty. Here I would like to question you on two issues, Firstly, if you send only an outer body in the parcel & send the same to me, & say you don't hold any liability. Can you? More when the courier boy delivers the same to me, I asked him to show me the product, but he refuses & said that they are only liable to deliver the product, they will not be liable for any damage to the product & further he says he will not open the packet, & ask me to accept the packet or not. I have already submitted the pics that the product is damaged & defective both. The front panel is damaged. The PCB is defective & non functional at all. Concluding, I received a dumy Air Conditioner infact. To the second point, do I purchase an old product, a big No. I have purchased a brand new one, but the same is not working so it's my right to get it replaced or to get the same returned, but I'm deprived of all. Further, how can you close my complain without even a single conversation with me & more terming as resolved with the customer. More I called the Blue Star Customer Care, but they are saying that they can't help as the faulty part {PCB} has to come from the dealer only. And they add that the given AC is not even registered by the dealer for warranty. A big mess... Roaming door to door for the last 1.5 months & the seller shopclues is not even responding... Kindly look into the issue, I'm facing a lot of problems in this scorching heat, kindly expedite & get my air conditioner to work/returned/replaced without any further delay.             Sir, My self Gaurav Narendra Achaliya from nashik (maharashtra). I have purchased puma cat runner by shopclues on 4th may 2015. My shopclues order number is 49638533. This product delivered to me on 9th may 2015. I have ordered 9 number. But i recieved one footware left of 8 & another right of 9. I have complaint this issue many times via mail & telephonic conversation to shopclues customer care from the date of recieved product to till now. You can check it. I was done all process for return file request this product as per shopclues return policy. & i have provide my bank account detail & statement for refund as per conversation but i still do not get back any revert from shopclues. Please solve my issue. On 19th may 2015 in the morning as per conversation by shopclues customer support one courier agency ECOM EXPRESS PRIVATE LIMITED has been done by reversed pick up process of that wrong size puma shoes. Which is delivered by shopclues to me. I have recieved one reciept by courier agency. The docket number is[protected]. Please i want my money.

              The above order is not delivered till date despite 22 days have been passed. Customer care also not in a position to tell the updates. The person sitting in the CC speaks that we are the mediator of the merchant fully depends on them and do not have any ware house. This would not the reply from Shop Clues dealing the customer ONLINE and it is shameful too on your part that you receive the full amount in advance and not delivering the order in commit time. The things are repeatedly going on with me and I am on the conclusion to viral this issue warning the friends and public not to deal Shop Clues as they are ONLINE cheaters. What the situation I am facing that I have made the full and final payment and begging for the order delivery. I think if you have little guts you will feel and do the need the needful immediately.

                07 th May 2015 I ordered Laurels watch Order number :49927409 they updated Courier PROFSNL-OKL. The tracking number for this shipment is GGN4251932. To track this package goto http://www.tpcindia.com, & updated as 25 May courier dispatched and next day 26 may 15 courier delivered, i am in Madurai ( Tamil nadu) what a fake updated by shopclue, Till i have not received the material /wath, While i checked with local professional courier they told courier AWB number wrong seems one digit missed, I booked shopclues about this issue, in every call they conveying as required 48 hrs time to rectifive the problem and every complaint they replaied mail as PRODUCT DELVIERD, Very poor service in Shopclues, daily i am contacting shopclues helpdesk till not find any possible solution currently i stopped purchase in shopclues . regds KannanRaj PH :[protected]

                          I had ordered a Desktop on 21st May 2015. Till date I have not received the order delivery. Despite sending reminders on the website, there is no response. The order was suppose to reach by 27th May. I has also called the call center on multiple occasion, however there is no resolution. They keep repeating the same thing to wait for 48 hours. However several such 48 hours have passed and i have not got any update on the status of delivery. I am very disappointment at the pathetic level of service from ShopClues. I want immediate refund of the amount paid to you. I cannot wait for any longer.

                            I ordered a Lunch Box from Shop clues website on 13-may-2015. I was supposed to receive it by 22-may-2015. but till now i.e., 29-may-2015 I didn't receive it. but on 27-may-2015 I received an E-mail stating that the order is delivered and received by the customer. I called the customer care on[protected] for the order. They told that they will send it within 48 hrs, but didn't get that even by 25th-may. Again I called them on 25th may and asked to cancel my order and return the money. They told that the complaint is raised and will get you money with in 48 hrs. but no response after that. Again on 27th I received an E-mail stating that the order is delivered and received by the customer. I asked abt the same and informed that I didn't receive the order. Finally I didn't receive the order till date(29th-may-15). It really useless to shop from Shop clues. And the Telephone number is also not a toll free number. When even I call I've been charged for that.

                              I have purchased a Gift certificate on 13-May-2015 at around 8PM. The purchase value was 10Rs for 100Rs gift certificate. I tried redeem the gift coupon but of no use. It is giving error message "Gift certificate cannot be applied. The Gift Certificate code is either invalid or has been used. If you think this an error, please contact ShopClues Customer Service at Customer Support". Contacted Customer care by Mail/Call.. numerous times but to no avail the issue persist. Irony is I spent more money on call than actual price of the gift coupon. No matter how many times I call, standard response I get "We will get back to you in 24/48 hrs". I feel it is a big scam as many people like me would have fallen for it and since it is just 10Rs they might have forgotten... but I am not going to leave it until I get what I deserve. Please check the screenshot for error message.

They are not able to replace it and i got email that they can refund, they send me neft detail link . When i open that link i found nothing where i submit details. I send my neft details through email. they don't respond it and when i call them, they regert my request what ido? I placed my order 1 month ago.

                                        I am order a product on 7th may 2015 my order no. Is 50007289 placed by debit card and it is shipped 13th may 2015 by aramex courier tracking Number is [protected] also delay in dispatch it is dispatched from gurgaon to Asansol 15th may 2015 shipment received in Kolkata and till 24th may I am not received my package while Kolkata to Asansol destination is 200 km on 27th may I am received a e-mail from shopclues and said that your package is delivered but I'm not received any package when I am contact shopclues it says relax your package is sent your door step soon courier is delivered the package in Kolkata but my location is Asansol please help me please contact shopclues for delivered my package or refund my amount in my debit card
