I recently purchase an item from Shopclues.com on the website product description page it's clearly mentioned that this product is used for CHECKING THE TYRE PRESSURE GUAGE and it's not working as per the description because it's not showing the proper reading of Tyre pressure and also it's made with cheap plastic I book this product for checking the Tyre Pressure not for just playing with the KEY CHAIN TOY. I contact with the shopclues.com customer care but they refuse the request for return or replace. please stop this online frauds and try to ban these type of cheater and frauds online websites.

Disgusting service & bad experience with ShopClues.com If you don't have products in stock then why do you take orders.. I shop online quite often, but shopping with ShopClues is my worst experience.. I will post comments everywhere about not to shop with ShopClues as they are worst, disgusting, useless website.. I am very well connected with online media, newprint media... One bad article will definitely damage your image a lot.. I will not cancel my order & I cannot wait further.. You have taken money from me & I want immediately delivery or else I will be forced to take serious action & I remind you not underestimate me..

        I want to post a complaint against Shopclues.com for not delivering the product. It was the first time when I purchased any product from Shopclues.com and I had a terrible experience. I made the purchase on 7th May, but I haven’t received any product as of today. I have made the payment for that product already but haven’t received anything. The service of the company is damn poor. I have tried calling their customer care center several times but they always ask me to wait for next 48 hours. I feel the company has devised their own timings, which have not yet completed. I would advise people who have seen this post not to buy any product from shopclues.com.           Dear Sir, Mam, Please note i ordered for "Tata Swach Smart Water Purifier ( Green) " Code 130426, Water purifier ( Fuse/ Cartage) capacity of 3000 Liters But yesterday evening ( i.e 26th May 2015) at approx 2030 Hrs it has been delivered . But when main packing was opened it shows box containing lower range product with fuse /cartage capacity of only 1500 liters. Presently i am forced to drink unpurified water because of this. as i can not use the product, although i paid in full Please note it is a matter of great irresponsibility from your part. Please respond me immediately what step you are taking. Thanks

            My account on email id [protected]@gmail.com is suddenly disabled without any prior information. I contacted customer care but there is no proper response from them. My money of around 900 cluesbucks are in that account. Atleast shopclues is not transfering that amount to my bank account. When i try to login, i am seeing 'Your account is disabled. Please contact store administration' message.
            Same problem with my account.

              Dear Sir, I Miss Bobita Das have ordered for a double bedsheet from shopclues on 30/04/15. I got the material on 15/05/15, I found that the product is completely different from the description that they provided, So I immediately requested for refund. Each I gave them a call if they are sending any courier service to pick up the material, everyday they say the same thing within 48 hours a courier person will surely reach my place. Neither they sending anybody to pick it up, nor refunding the amount. Finally I have to take your help, where there will be sure justification. Please help me out.                 I purched a wrist watch on 15th may 2015 amd the expected date of delivery was on 21 may 2015. But i received it on 25th may . I received a used product. The packaging was completely damaged. I didn't even get the warrenty card. Except the ShopClues bill. When i call the customer care they say they will call back or resolve the problem within 48 hours but today is 27th and i still did not get my problem resolved

                  As per shopclues added, we have order Jonnie walker original T-shirt, which is not original second in added two T-shirt One is brown and one is back. but we have received only one selected back colour T-Shirt. Order code 73673158 Today I have received the T-shirt and found single deliver the material. Request to clarified the my problem or get us procedure to return the material.

                        Hello Team, I WOULD LIKE TO TELL YOU THAT HOW FRAUD THIS SHOPCLUES MARKET. THIS IS JUST MAKING CUSTOMERS AS FOOLS BY SENDING DEALS MAILS AND MAKING US TO BUY AFTER BUYING CANCELLING OUR ORDERS WITHOUT INTIMATION. I PURCHASED ONE WALL CLOCK FROM SHOPCLUES WHEN THE DEAL IS AVAILABLE I PAYED THE AMOUNT AND WATING FOR MY ORDER BUT MEAN TIME I RECEIVED MAILS FROM SHOPCLUES ASKING ME SOME TIME FOR DELIVERY OF PRODUCT DUE TO UNAVILABILITY AND I REPLAYED THEM THAT I WILL WAIT TILL THE STOCK IS UP. BUT AFTER THIS REPLAY FROM MY SIDE AFTER FEW HOURS I RECEIVED A MAIL SAYING THAT ORDER IS CANCLED DUE TO WRONG PRODUCT INFORMATION.( FOR REFRENCE REFER ATTACHMENT). HERE I WOULD LIKE TO SAY THAT WITHOUT MY NOTICE HOW CAN THEY CANCEL MY ORDER AND I WASTED MY TIME FOR BOOKING AND ALL, NOW THEY ARE SAYING THAT WE ARE REFUNDING YOUR AMOUNT. THEY DONT WANT TO SELL THAT PRODUCT FOR THAT DEAL PRICE AND AFTER PLACING ORDERS FROM CUSTOMERS THEY ARE SIMPLY CANCELING THEM WITHOUT NOTICE TO THE CUSTOMERS THIS IS NOT AT ALL RIGHT, IF THEY DONT WANT TO SELL FOR THAT DEALS WHY THEY HAVE KEPT IT ON THE SITE AND WHY TO DISTURB THE PUBLIC WITH MAILS TO BUY THEM.                             Order No : 42386901 Return Request No : 1088907 Order date : 16 Mar 2015 Return Request Date : 23 Mar 2015 I purchased a Original Nokia BL-4J battery from shopclues.com but the product wasvery far from original NOKIA product. Currently I am using the original one, so I can see the difference. Even the company packaging is fake. The battery is of 1200 mAh, same printed in the battery, but the packet says 1020 mAh. I have highlighted in the attached pic. I called customer care 5/6 times, each time they said they will resolve this by 48 hours, but the package was never picked up and the money was not refunded. every time they say the status they got from the courier is "The shipment was not ready", But I packed it as per their instruction on 23 rd march, 2015 and the package is still at my home in the same condition. Please help me to get the money refunded.

                              Sir, the details of the BIll are Rs. 169/- for the product and Rs. 19/- as shipping charges which come out to be Rs.188/- as total amount. Then why are you charging Rs. 192/- (Rs. Four extra is being charged on what ground). Pl. Reply at the earliest. regards

                                  I have ordered a symphone air cooler on 9th may 2015 but till today they have not delivered. Schedule date of delivery was 19th may 2015. I called them several times regarding this issue but they are not able to deliver after 6 days. I don't want to wait more because I ordered this cooler for this summer not for next year. I have given them a last dead line date of delivery if they cannot deliver between tomorrow I will like to cancel my order. I need your attention to cancel order.

I ordered for koutons set of two Denim jeans comfort fit size mans lower 32 on 19th may I received dated on 25th may by econ express, but it is totally different.i got jeans it is not koutons company's but it is non branded, not any label marks of koutons, not proper fittings, poor materials.if possible by you send products as per my order otherwise refund. And I have communicated with Shopclues to send the Missing Part and every time they told within 48hrs your issue should be resolved. But its been weeks. Shopclues executive told that they'll send the missing part over phone so I decided to install the product. The person who came to install took Rs 500. Later shopclues told that I will have to return the whole product but I had already started using it as per their communication. I haven't got a resolution yet. Please check.
