Dear sir,
I have perched new 32"' LED TV on 04/01/2015(order no[protected] but manufacturing defective product received. Screen is half blank and not Visible.i Have raised the complained regarding the refund/replacement however i am not getting any Response of shop clues. I Visited 3 time to LG service center of Mundra.They told me that is resale product it is already Used product and not agree to repair and replace. That say me contact to shop clues.Sir I have file the return request from a long time Ago and from last 1.5 month i am follow Process but till yet i did not get any resolution regard this.
One year manufacturing Warranty this product and waist 2 month already.

Please do the needful as soon as possible.

    Dear sir, I have ordered a micromax android one phone from WWW.SHOPCLUES.COM a online retail company gurgaon based (contact no.[protected] email [protected]@shopclues.com, [protected]@shopclues .com) via order no.37618979 on dated 11/02/2015 at 11.00am and paid the money by netbanking of Rs.5449/- on the same time through YES BANK, MATHURA (Saving a/c no. [protected] IFSC CODE- YESB0000072), due to some reason I cancelled the order on same date at about 3.00pm. I have contact their customercare executive several times and send numbers of email for refund of my said amount but every time they make false promises on phone and send false emails that the money will be refunded wihtin 2-3 days but nothing has been done so far.please sir look into my problem and get my refund back. I will be higly obliged to you . thanking you. So, Please refund my amount in same account no.       I really got disappointed. I did not expect this product from shopclues. When I was trying to open the product, I got some pieces from the box. I really got shocked. Three corner places are got broken. Please make a better product as much as possible. Note: I have already sent a return request.

        Dear Sir/Madam, This is for your information that I have regular customer and I have already buy more than 15 product and never make any complain. In this order no. 35412557, I have made order on 27 Jan 2015 and it will be delivered on 07.02.2015 after 10 days but I never mind or blame on you because I have trust on SHOPCLUE . On 07.02.2015, I am not available in the town and product has been received by my neighbour. I come to home on 10.02.2015. As soon as I open the parcel I come to know that I have order two qty but only one qty is received. I have immediately make complain about the missing the product. I am shocking to hear from you that you have rejected my complain because I have raise the complain late by one day. Instead of rejecting the complaint you have to check with courier and confirm the weight of the courier and punished the bloody vendor who are making fool to your customer.           Sir,
          As I had booked one gift from Shop Clues via order no 37639733 on dated 11Feb 2015. I got 2-3 message that it will delivered on 14 Feb 15.

          But today when I have checked on line it shows Undelivered due to - ADDRESS DOES NOT MATCH.

          I had booked another material on same date Order no 37639735 and that delivered by Blue Dart docket no. [protected] on same address on 16 Feb 15.

          It means message shown in RED EXPRESS is wrong.

          Pls. do the needful to arrange to deliver my material on below mentioned address.

            The products offered by them are fake. I ordered a power bank from their website, the product is not company's real product. order : 37643793 my complaint for return Your request (#2132160) There is not an option tin their website to return the product. And the service provided is also very bad.

                  On 4th Feb, 2015 I ordered a FUSION X5 WRIST watch. I received that product on 12th Feb, 2015. But the watch is defective.                       I have placed one order to ShopClues.com ( 6th feb -2015 ) and after 10 days they are unable to deliver the item not cancel my order for refund, , and the irresponsible customer care they do not know how to cancel or respond to my Orders[protected], , every time i called they need 48hrs to solve, , but end of the day you will get nothing, , , i have raised 3 tickets but no respond yet.. (( Ticket number 2132637, ticket number 2114464, ticket number[protected] This is the biggest mistake i have chosen this FAKE ONLINE SHOPPING SITE for one small deal ... Requested to ShopClues.com please refund my money back with in 48 hrs, , its being more than 10 days over i have not received anything .. PLEASE LEARN FROM OTHERS ONLINE SHOPPING SITE HOW TO DEAL WITH CUSTOMER .. DO NOT GIVE FAKE ITEMS AND COMMITMENTS TO THE CUSTOMERS >>

                          Sir, i booked samsung galaxy core 2 (black) on 12 feb, 2015. with no.37682987 paying amount through my credit card.while iam booking the item the item is in stock.suddently i received a message stating that the item is out of stock when even it is available we will send. please let me know hoew much time it will take you to send the phone other wise let me inform the fact so that i will canclel the order and purchase from other online sites. my sona birthday is on 20th feb, 2015 actually i want to give a gift of phone to him on that day. please try to send the item on or befor givenday or else kindly intimate immedetely so tha t i prefer other method of purchase. thanking you G. srinivas

                              I had lodged a return request on 2 November against order number 24375923 and it was duly registered. on 10 November 2014 a reverse pick up was initiated by ECOM EXPRESS Kanpur but when Replacement as Requested NOR refund was received for 1-2 months I intensified the communication. Vide email dated 31 Dec 2014 and Jan 8, 2015 shopclues acknowledged that reverse pick is complete as per their latest update. Then they started sending emails that reverse pick up initiated. and mentioned the name of courier company assigned for reverse pick up that I had never heard not did any company as mentioned by them ever visited me. Last I wrote them an email seeking following information: 1. The reverse pick up was done by ECOM EXPRESS on 10 November 2014 as per scan of their acknowledgement on SHOPCLUES printout sent to you a number of times. 2. Before its pick up or otherwise you never communicated as to which courier partner was assigned to pick up the product - so - how was I supposed to know whether to handover the product to ECOM EXPRESS or not? 3. In any case during last three months no other reverse pick up effort was ever there. The courier company you have mentioned as deputed by you for reverse pick up, has never been known to us here ( Most of your deliveries come through RED EXPRESS COURIER or ECOM EXPRESS as far as KANPUR city is concerned. 4. As it is not my fault that I handed over the product to ECOM EXPRESS in good faith, may I know what effort you have made to communicate with ECOM EXPRESS - NEW DELHI about whereabouts of the product. 5. In the meanwhile as a customer, I am silent victim and seek some positive solution from your side for redressal of my issue.Hoping for some positive response. BUT they still replied the same day that they did not arrange pick up through ECOM EXPRESS - giving no reply to my complaints. I seek redressal of my complaint.

                                Sir/madam I purchased a 2600 mah portable charger from shopclues.com. I received my charger on time. After getting my charger i charged it for 4 hours and then i charged my phone (my phone have 2000mah battery). While charging portable charger stopped charging after charging my phone 25% which means that charger have a 400-500mah battery. I thought that charger was not charged completely so i again kept the charger on charge for 5 or more hour. Then i charged my friends phone, but this time also charger was able to charge 400 mah of battery. After this i requested a return on shopclues but since 4 days they gave no reply which means that they are refusing my return request and after requesting for return i also did not received any confirmation mail on my email id. Please tell sholclues seller to replace my charger as fast as possible. Thanks in advance.

                                  Ref : order id 37028545 I had oreder a reebok backpack on shopclues.com On receiving the product I was shocked to see that is was a fake product of third grade quality. Something else was shown on the website and something else was delivered. Contacting shopclues was of no help as they told me the the product is proper and there would not be return. Please help me fight with these cheats and get my money back.

                                    i had placed order for Cordless iron from shopclues on october 2014. on november, 2014 i received a message from them stating that the item i ordered was not available and that they were looking for alternate items and that a further delay of delivery was imminent. Till then no action had been done by the company. i have lost all the order details because of the rebooting of my PC. Please help

                                      This mail was written by me on 12 January 2015 to Shopclues who had arranged for RMA even though correct item was shipped.

                                      "Dear Sir/Mam, Order ID: 31384276 Product Description: Usha Heat Convector Room Heater FH812T Wish to inform that customer had ordered the following item and he is now claiming that this is not the item which he ordered. I had supplied the correct item as per the order and the same is being returned. The customer has also attached the pictures of the product. Kindly check as the product is been marked as RTO. Who will be responsible if the product is manhandled and not in proper condition as it is electronic item. I request you not to accept RTO for the above product as I have received the same order and supplied the same and now customer is claiming that he ordered different item.
                                      Regards, Vishal+91 [protected]+[protected]-25298822".

                                      However, Shopclues arranged for the RTO and I received the product in Damage State. I had warned them not to accept the RTO as I had supplied the order which I had received.

                                      Shopclues is so lame that they did not even repack the order which they took return from the customer. They were so irresponsible that they had managed to send the RTO with the same packing I had done to the customer and because of the same the RTO product got damaged.
                                      And now when I am asking for product payment there is no response from Shopclues.

                                      They had asked to supply the product which I did as per order received in merchant panel, and beyond that even after rejecting the RMA authorisation they made me accept the RTO. Later on 14 Jan 2015, they sent me the following mail "Jan 14 12:20 Dear Merchant, Issue has been wrongly approved by our side. We will reverse the RMA charges kindly keep the product. Regards Manna Roy" and on billing cycle of 14 Feb 2015 they have debited my account for Rs. 2, 921.82/- for no fault of mine.

                                      I shipped the correct product, then I was made to accept the return of product which I had received in Damaged State. On top of that they have debited my account for Rs. 2, 921.82/- including Fulfilment fee. I have written mail more than 6 times and the people are mum on the above issue. Whenever, I send mail they send they will respond in 48 hours, but there is no response.

                                      I am unable to add photos as file size is more than 2 MB.

                                        I have problem with shopclues, they are not delivering my product and making excuses and returning the products to the origin, with fake shipping details. Here are some orders which have taken a very long time and not getting delivered. Order no. 36967604 Order no. 37059439 Order no. 37294909 Also they cancelled my one order no. 37731727 without my consent and providing refund but my money is stuck for a long time. If they cannot deliver product to a specific location or don't have the product in Stock then they should not accept the order. Because of that money is stuck and we have to suffer a lot. Please take proper actions against them.
