    i have placed the order, payment has been made, now after a weeks time due to increase in price, u guys says we cannot complete the order, this is a normal p[ractice at shop clues order no 39213765.. product is avl on the website with your same vendor, it is ok with me i[censored] even deliver after a weeks time, as this a gift to my freind and for which i have already committed to him. ihope u will consider the same asap and complete the order

      I had ordered two rompers for my baby.the product delivered to me was not the same that was there on their websight.Even the size was too small . I called them several times, the no. Mentioned on the delivered package was always switched off. Then I called them so many timed on the customer care no. But it was never recieved. They have a policy of not taking stuff back after ten days but I called them so many times nobody recieved the no. To take the complaint . some how I managed to find their email I'd.and since then I have all the mails with me. This is the second time I'm writing to u. They had sent a mail to me saying that u courier us the product back n we'll refund the money. Its more than a month now.they have the product n my money both with them n they are not even replying to my mails properly. Plz help me.

        on 6/2/15 i complained about 2 items---time was about 4 p.m---immediately afterwards i got a call from phone no.[protected]----the caller introduced himself as Mr.Gupta from SHOP CLUES---he asked some information to refund the money.he cleverly manipulated the things & took out about rs 8000/- from my a/c with icici[1496+1500+5000=7996/-] i am sure there r some people from shop clue, icici...who r helping swindlers this is third time i am writting to u--- police has been informed

            This is my order no: 32892865. Ordered on :[protected] It's been more than a month since I had ordered the products on shopclues.com. But, still I haven't received the products. The date of delivery varies at the shipping partner India post and shop clues. Shop clues shows that the order got delivered on 27th of January sometimes and 6th February sometimes. India Post shows that order got delivered on 19th January. But, I haven't received the order on these dates. I had raised a complaint at India post 4 weeks back for the proof of delivery and even shop clues customer support told me that POD will be sent in a week time. But, its been more than 5 weeks now since they promised on that but, no proof is sent till now. I had complained on this issue many times, every time I complain customer support calls me and asks whether the product got delivered or not, I tell them no, they reply okay, and nothing fruitful happens later. I even wrote in the complaint that I will take this issue to consumer forum but, they are not at all bothered.

                Dear Sir Please refer trailing mail wherein I have made payment of Rs. 28, 398/- (order no.[protected] for a LED TV on 20.02.2015 but was told that item is not available and refund would take another 10 days. It means shopclues have blocked my funds for 15 days for its own fault. Why the co. book the order if it do not have the merchandise. This gives very bad impression to the customer. Why should customer suffer. 1. I request you to please release my funds immediately. 2. In case I wish to place other order for LED can I use these funds in transit?                   I am highly disappointed as I booked a laptop Dell Inspiron 7348 on 4th Feb 2015 by order No. 36691165 worth Rs. 65198 ( sixty five thousands one hundred ninety eight ) through credit card, but soon next day I cancelled this order on next day 5th Feb 2015 after finding lots of complaints about product qualities. However they cancelled it very politely and assured for refund process within 72 hours but after lots of requests each and every time I found the similar reply...my all efforts are in vein now as already 21 days passed and no refund process even, Bank has already deducted interest so a great loss but still NO REFUND, in India is there any forum who can raise my complain and take a very firm action against shop clues as I am ready to file a legal action at any cost to save my innocent country men from these online shoppers...

                    I have order nokia power bank 6000mah usb universal portable charger on[protected] But after deliver found that this product was not made by nokia its chines product...nokia care also tell about that the products has no model no and product ID even no any legal document provided by shopclues regarding the product was sell by him to me its a fake product... There for kindly take a complain againts this and help to get the original product of nokia from service provider

                            Order ID 33729553 Return ID 828333 Item 4 Tier Metal Shoe Rack Amount Rs.737 I bought the above Item on 18 JAN 2015. The delivered item was damaged. I filed a claim, your Staff said that the amount would be refunded after they have received the product. After about 2weeks you arranged a pickup. According to the courier tracking of the return it says that the package has been delivered back to you. Its been 2 weeks and you have not processed and initiated my refund. Please Provide your assistance in this issue.

                              I had ordered (order no:[protected] a Stylish N Trendy Premium Cotton Kurti in yellow color (ref: check attached pic1&2). When I requested a return on Saturday i.e 21st Feb 2015 that I got a wrong color kurti, they cancelled my request (#[protected]ref: check attached pic3). Also on the page I didn't found any options for size which should have been available for buying such products. Please have a look into this matter.

                                I, Shivam Taneja resident of BE-133 hari nagar, New delhi had placed an order of an Dell 1Tb external hard disk on 1st November 2014 at 7:58 pm. The item when received was found to be an older model although the pictures/images at the website were of New model. Considering the fact that a different product has been delivered I initiated a request for the refund. The customer service was not at all co-operative despite of numerous request and calls. However, as per the customer service the refund request has been processed on 12th january 2015 but I haven't got any refund till now. I have also send them my credit card statement through mail still I haven't got any response till now

I will check it out each and every process of the order process it shows the order status was as like pre dispatching initiated, pre inspection, despatch ready for shipping and now it was updated order cancellation initiated also received mail and sms as a refund will be returned within 2-3 working days.i won't accept the cancellation. I want only product not an amount refund or if only refund means refund that the product current market price. I have all updation against my order in a softcopy format received from seller as a e mail and sms. The merchant also confirmed the order and didn't take any steps to cancellation within 24 hours.                                     Dear Sir/Madam,
                                    i ordered right product and amount was paid at the time of order completion and also it will stock in the hands of merchant as per My order No: 38323695/ Order Date: 17 Feb 2015, 07:00 AM
                                    I will check it out each and every process of the order process it shows the order status was as like pre dispatching initiated, pre inspection, despatch ready for shipping and now it was updated as order is cancelled with my permission, also received mail and sms as a refund will be returned within 2-3 working days. i won't accept the cancellation.
                                    I want only product not an amount refund or if only refund means refund that the product current market price.
                                    I have all updation against my order in a softcopy format received from seller as a e mail and SMS.
                                    The merchant also confirmed the order and didn't take any steps to cancellation within 24 hours, This order was cancelled while ready for Shipment of goods.
                                    I Need Only Product or Current Market Price as per Show Room and Not an refund what i paid, if seller is only refund the amount means i want current market price as per product show room list price.

                                      38337057 THIS IS MY ORDER NUMBER 38337057…I HAD ORDERED PENDRIVE OF RS 1206 RS..IN THAT I HAD ADDED MY MONEY OF CLUES BUCKS OF RS 1104..AND OTHER CASH ON DELIVER OF RS 104….                                         I placed a order of samsung battery Order Id[protected] on 28 jan at 9:40 pm. Btt due to some Personel Reasons I requested their customer support to cancell my order..they said while we recievng our product returning wthn 4-5 working days ur payment is refund back to my paying account. They suggesting me to refuse the courier partner.. I Did the same & the order is returned back to their warehouse. Btt aftr tht they dont return my amount to my account.. Their customer support dont proprly response it from last 5-7 dayyys...
