They said " we made payment" but, it is not credited in our ac. They told that nagative balance like that.
They are trying to cheat us.. Don't sell with shopclues

      Ordered and paid for 2 sets of shoes evo tek . recd only one set . Repeated complaints yield no result

      Now shopclues is asking for photograph of original packing which is idiotic. after 3 weeks now . ONLY after tearing open the original packing does one come to know that the product is not inside . Is it not ridiculous that shopclues is asking for the same now .
      Also shopclues should know that their couriers do not allow opening the packing before receipt . and also that i have placed so many online orders in the last 5 years but not had such a ridiculous service till now

        Return requested for ShopClues order 31959711I reeceived the order on 8th Jan and I initiated return request on 12th Jan only (with timeline) as the product was not upto mark. I have ordered total 5 set of curtain in this order (total 15 pieces).
        I received reply on 16th Jan that shopclue is not ready to accept the return(even it mentioned that user can return product if not like). 16th was the last day as per their policy. I was on holiday and could not check mail at that time.

        Anyways, I checked my mails on 19th jan and decided to keep all 5 sets but When I opened all, my husband noticed that there was some kind of marks in one set so I wrote to shopclues again on 20th Jan that I am ready to keep 4 sets but cannot take 1 set as it is faulty as well.Then I got reply that the time has been over to initiate the return now.I requested them but they are not ready.

        Curtain material is very thin and they have told that they have mentioned all the things regarding product on their website. I am asking them where is this mentioned?? I am still ready to keep 4 sets(12 curtains), just requested to take return of 1 only.

        I am very dissatisfied with shopclue return policy and that's the reason I use to think more than 100 times to shop from shopclue and recommend shopclue to anyone. Earlier I was fan of shopclue but highly dissatisfy now.

          I forgot my password and I tried so many times to recover but it says that we have sent you the password to your email id. But if I check that and I go accordingly also again and again it's getting redirected to the same place to (login account)(forgot password)(Email Id to recover) after checking the mail again come to the same place then put all stuffs once again. Really getting irritated with your password recovery procedure.I would appreciate if some one from team could personally put up a mail telling my present password. Thank you.

I have already raised a complaint with them but still i am they are unable to resolve my complaint even after escalating to the senior level.                       I received the product after regular followup. I spent almost Rs. 100 by calling the call centre and now for raising complaint and to followup the complaint i have spent almost Rs.150. I have not received any call from them. Every time i call, they will ask 48hrs to resolve my complaint. but sill unresolved. Hence, i required compensation for this harassment. Kindly do the needful

                        I had placed an order (order No.[protected] for the purchase of an Inverter (SU-Kam brand), costing Rs. 12025.00 on the 8th of January 2015. This order was shipped via ARAMEX on 10.01.2015, bearing tracking No.[protected]. The parcel reached me on 13.01.2015 in a damaged condition. The damage became visible only after the parcel was opened by me. I immediately send off an email, within 10 minutes, reporting the same, to the Shopclues customer support email address. Here is the copy of this message: (IgnatiusFrancis, Jan 13 03:08 PM: I received the parcel just 10 minutes ago. On opening the parcel, I see that the inverter has a big dent mark on its side, which looks like a heavy impact and there could be internal damage. Therefore I did not attempt to power up the unit. Also, I like to inform you that I have had a VERY BAD experience with ARAMEX, just a few days ago, while receiving a shipment from AMAZON India. ARAMEX staff was very rude, insolent and to even though I raised a complaint to the very top management of ARAMEX, the action looked very complacent. I also witnessed (just now) the guy who unloaded this (Inverter) unit from the truck rear. He literally rolled out it on to the road from the truck, which was about 2 feet in height from the ground. I need URGENT action on this issue.                             Hi, I have bought Samsung 2600 power bank in shopclues website, but in the web they are showing original product but they delivered the Used power bank with duplicate cable. Really this is second time am facing different issues with Shopclues.com.                                     Don’t you understand what I am saying? You guys keep on replying the same drafted emails irrespective of my concerns. The brand which you have displayed on the website is not the one which I received. “You displayed “Aire” brand but we received “Mei SHENG POiPOURRj” brand which is no where mentioned in the web page while purchase is made. Don’t give replies. Take your product back and Just refund my money. This is completely a fraud kind of business which is not a healthy way to do this kind of business.
