I had booked an Set of 2 Polo Club Watch (Black) on the name of naresh naresh with the mail id of [protected]@gmail.com .The product Code: 3788518 on 04 Mar 2015, 02:00 PM with an order details of Order Detail: 40379109.An amount of 418 rupees including transport charges has been transfered from my account to the site through Billdesk Netbanking (Netbanking options for Billdesk) .the screen shot proof has been attached .its been over 3 days and i had registered complaint twice but i didn;t got any response.

I Unfortunately Ordered a Blackberry curve from Shopclues order no 35442257on 27th January and the received the Product on 6th Feb.A part was missing from the component hence filed a return request which was not collected till i have to keep on calling Shopclues multiple number of times.Eventually the day came when shopclues finally send out the courier guy to take the product from doorstep on 26th Feb.Now shopclues says they have shipped the product to the merchant "City_traders" who will ship the product to shop and from their it will reach me, probably.Ironically Shopclues warehouse and Merchant location are both in New Delhi..Wonder how many days it takes to ship a package from Delhi to Delhi.Its been over a month with this issue include numerous calls to them where i was put on HOLD and wasted my time to listen to the same answer again and again.None of the customer representatives were helpful including one of the Manager named Aditya who didn't took care of my issue.Today, i am NOT even sure if i will even receive the Product from Shopclues or NOT and even if i receive it, not sure About the quality standards of it.Not sure what exactly do they mean by Buyers protection. I guess to test the patience of customer.I have been a customer to them like many other since long and i feel ashamed of doing business with such a unprofessional bunch of wastes.I have never ever in my 10 years of online experience came across such a teamwork of NOT helping a customer.Consider this mail as a warning to all the consumers who are doing business with Shopclues, hope you DO NOT come across the same situation as i am in now.

I ordered mi power bank . It was delivered on time but its not working properly since day 1. My power bank consist of 20800mah but unfortunatly i was unable charge even one cellular mobile . As 20800mah is a very high power but it is not appropiate .there is a fault in a battery Please replace the product Himanshu jain [protected]

I have placed an order for "Home Gym Products" 2 weeks ago and I successfully made the its payment online via my debit card. They rejected my order after 2 days but now its going to be the second week and I didn't receive the refund of my money I paid for it. Shopclues.com is cheating the customers. i buyied dymatazie 6lb mass gainer from shopclues not only its duplicate but also leaves a green colour thing when mixed with water i'm trully disappointed with this site and will not suggest this site to anyone and in future never buy products from here

Sir, Once again I got disppointed by shopclues.com. this time oredered paragon 8828 slickers from shopclues. When i received the product i tried to wear them but it doesnt fit my foot, these were very tight. I purchased the Xiaomi Mi Power Bank 10400mAh OEM via shopclues.com hoping its original one, but it turned out to be a Fake product. Problems faced by me. I recharged the Powerbank initially for 8 hours hope it is fully charged, but when i try to charge my phone it cannot be charged more than 15%, I placed a return request immediately on the next day of receiving the product. But there is no progress from Shopclues.com. I feel they are cheating customers by providing fake products. Also the way they packed and sent the product was too poor.

I have placed an order for 3 shorts online for waist size 36. While placing the order they claimed that if I find any discrepancy in size, they will take return of product and refund the money. I got completely different size shorts - 28 & 30. I sent them pictures depicting wrong size. Without obtaining complete information, they just refused saying that they have sent the right product. They are actually cheating the online customers.

i am a regular customer of shopclues from more then 2 years now and i have purchased countless times from shopclues and once only i was delivered a wrong sized jeans for which after many complaints and calls i was refunded but from last week they are sending wrong/fake products to customers i ordered a set of 3 led bulbs of 5watt each third time as i was pretty much satisfied with the bulbs i got 2 times before but this time i received bulbs which were very small in size and their brightness was even less then 3 watt led bulb, they were useless for me and can only be used as night bulbs and when i requested for a return or refund i was sent a mail that the seller says the product is ok and fine and matter is closed i called customer care and requested again for which i have not received any reply till now. on passed sunday i checked the Sunday flea market and ordered a pair of convex mirrors for my car and now on Thursday i received a pair of small cheap simple mirrors which women use to check their makeup so from last week they are sendin fake/wrong and useless products to customers. i have even uploaded the pics of boxes of led bulbs to show the size difference and a pic of mirrors which shows they are not convex at all. the order no. of the led bulbs is 39628517 and for convex mirrors it is 39876195.

An order was placed for obtaining "Stylish Pendulum wall clock Plaza 22 " as per order no 39598023. Material received in time. However after opening the packet it has been found the clock supplied by you is not as per order it may be Plaza 30 or 25 or some other model as it is not able to confirm the same in web site.. Order placed only for a particular model and not for any other model as per your choice. Changing of model without the consent of the customer is not is fare manner.

On 8th Feb 2015 I ordered 10 items and received 6 items by 21st Feb 2015. But the remaining 4 items with order numbers 37275905, 37275899, 37275893, 37275947 are yet to be delivered. But in Shopclues website the items are marked as delivered. Everyday I had send email to shopclues but till now there is no action from shopclues. In reply to my email shopclue is providing weblink on how to return the product, whereas I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY OF THE ITEMS.

Hi, My order no 39095037 for a flexible mobile back cover on 22 feb 2015 was for a printed Rajasthani print. I received a 3d disco dancing boys cover, which is highly unsuitable for me . I contacted the customer support immediately and was assured that it would be exchanged and to upload images, which I did. I received an email from a Mr Supratim also. Today I see that the complaint has been closed without any intimation to me. The customer support person upon calling, told me that the item delivered is absolutely ok, hence the complaint is closed. There were 5 to 6 options of designs available and even if any other shown on the option list was sent to me I would make do . But a set of dancing boys..? This is indeed offloading a product design which is not selling onto unsuspecting customers and amounts to cheating and violating trust a customer places upon your website while shopping online. I wish you take up the matter and provide me with a decent looking cover or refund the amount in cash or shopclues points. please provide me an answer else for a small sum, I will lose trust on your website. Item was totally different as they shown in the site. Website maintenance and product serving to customer also too bad. Dear customer don't buy any product in shopclues site all are local platform product. Don't waste your time and money buying product in this site. I request you validate selling product and selling person properly.
