Hi,
My order no 39095037 for a flexible mobile back cover on 22 feb 2015 was for a printed Rajasthani print.
I received a 3d disco dancing boys cover, which is highly unsuitable for me .
I contacted the customer support immediately and was assured that it would be exchanged and to upload images, which I did.
I received an email from a Mr Supratim also.
Today I see that the complaint has been closed without any intimation to me.
The customer support person upon calling, told me that the item delivered is absolutely ok, hence the complaint is closed.
There were 5 to 6 options of designs available and even if any other shown on the option list was sent to me I would make do . But a set of dancing boys..?
This is indeed offloading a product design which is not selling onto unsuspecting customers and amounts to cheating and violating trust a customer places upon your website while shopping online.
I wish you take up the matter and provide me with a decent looking cover or refund the amount in cash or shopclues points.
please provide me an answer else for a small sum, I will lose trust on your website.

Just now I have recieved a call from a Mr Deepak ph no. [protected] who told me that you will refund the amount to me. Since I had paid it through credit card he said it will be credited to my credit card account.
Earlier too flIpkart Amazon myntra have credited back the amount to my credit card.
The person asked me for my credit card no, I told him pl credit in shopclues aC in points, I'll shop later, he said not possible, so I gave him my credit card no. Then he wanted cvv no, which I refused to give and he said then the amount can't be refunded its ur issue.
I don't think for returning or crediting amount to my credit card aC any cvv no is required. I too am a bank employee. Kindly immediately check up on this person, whether he is an employee and does not know his job well, or he is a fraudster.
Please take immediate action.
