Hi, Shopclue.com rder no 36627173 dated 03 Feb 2015 fro item AQUAFRESH GRAND PLUS RO+UV+UF+MINERALS (WITH FREE PRE-FILTER) Code: 72763244 was delivered by E com docket no[protected] on 10 Feb 2015 in damage condition, without any outer packing and without the free attachment of pre-filter worth rs 850. In this regard, shopclue.com was informed with return request nos. 36627173, 36627173. But no reverse pick up or refund process is arranged by Shopclue.com but all requests are closed without solution. Even after speaking to the customer care executive no solution was provided but I was asked repeatedly to send image of outer packing, where my compliant in itself says that product was not at all packed in any outer box, A RO system in as is box was delivered against my order on in damage condition without free item. Requesting to please get my refund for the product and a compensation for the agony and inconvenience due to not resolving my return request and delivering defective/damage item. The name written on the socks is Jokkey whereas the original Socks have a spelling as Jockey. The packet contains the right spelling as Jockey. This clearly indicates that it is duplicate good.         Hi team, This is yogaraj. I need a right action for my damaged product. Product ID is 26810281. I purchased one computer motherboard from shopclues.com on 16th November 2014. But i noticed that product was damaged. Then i return the product to the respective address. But still i didn't get my money. Product amount is Rs:3329/- ( 3149+180 ).. I already called shopclues customer support many times but they told to wait for few days. Now it takes 3 months more. I am worried about that. shopclues takes 3 months but still i didn't get my money. I already send the damaged product to the merchant and also talk to him. The merchant got the damaged product. I don't know why shopclues didn't send my money. I have attached my all the snapshots to this complaint. I have also the recorded voice when i spoke to the customer support and merchant. If you want the recorded voice means i will sent it to you. Please need a favor for me. I am very upset because of shopclues.com. I hope you will get back my money soon.

            i had booked for induction stove with free kadai... when i recieved the the product i was shocked to see the product damaged and the quality of the product was very poor. i booked a return pickup for the product but i havent heard anything about the return pickup from shopclues... i also bought a set of 7 watches... the product in the pic is different from theproduct recieved... watches are like road side picked cheap watches and sold to customer at higher cost... this is cheating... is shop clues is real customer oriented company or a cheater company..??? i am expecting someone from shopclues to get in touch with me ...

                  its shop clues responsibility to reverse pick because we have no time to go there .
                  this is all the matter .
                  they didn't any reply after my 2nd headset query please provide reverse pick up and refund my amount as soon as it is.

                    I Ordered the TV in Shop Clues, They Delivered it after 15 Day While am using the Product Under warranty I faced complaint so I informed to shop clues Regarding the Complaint and I send the product on November 2014 to Shop Clues Address then I Make lots of Phone Calls Regarding the Product and I Did lots of Mails to Shop Clues but they did not Respond Properly Regarding the Product Refund.

                    Its Around More than 3 Months Passed, Every Two days I had call them for the Status but every time they are telling that we will call back you and update you within 48 hours but I did not get any Improved Update From Shop Clues until.

                    Ticket number 1347496 - This is the First Ticket Number which they Given its already 50 Conversation Passed then they Given New ticket number 2072639. Its already 4 Conversation Passed.

                      I had lodged a return request on 2 November against order number 24375923 and it was duly registered. on 10 November 2014 a reverse pick up was initiated by ECOM EXPRESS Kanpur but when Replacement as Requested NOR refund was received for 1-2 months I intensified the communication. Vide email dated 31 Dec 2014 and Jan 8, 2015 shopclues acknowledged that reverse pick is complete as er their latest update. Then they started sending emails that reverse pick up initiated. and mentioned the name of courier company assigned for reverse pick up that I had never heard not did any company as mentioned by them ever visited me. Last I wrote them an email seeking following information: 1. The reverse pick up was done by ECOM EXPRESS on 10 November 2014 as per scan of their acknowledgement on SHOPCLUES printout sent to you a number of times. 2. Before its pick up or otherwise you never communicated as to which courier partner was assigned to pick up the product - so - how was I supposed to know whether to handover the product to ECOM EXPRESS or not? 3. In any case during last three months no other reverse pick up effort was ever there. The courier company you have mentioned as deputed by you for reverse pick up, has never been known to us here ( Most of your deliveries come through RED EXPRESS COURIER or ECOM EXPRESS as far as KANPUR city is concerned. 4. As it is not my fault that I handed over the product to ECOM EXPRESS in good faith, may I know what effort you have made to communicate with ECOM EXPRESS - NEW DELHI about whereabouts of the product. 5. In the meanwhile as a customer, I am silent victim and seek some positive solution from your side for redressal of my issue.Hoping for some positive response. BUT they still replied the same day that they did not arrange pick up through ECOM EXPRESS - giving no reply to my complaints. I seek redressal of my complaint.

                              sir i called their customer care after recieving the product and told them the product's weight was too less and it had a seal but the weight was less and i doubted that i didn't get the product body inside product's box...their executive asked me to open the seal and check out...as doubted i have not got the hard disk body inside ...just a wire and user manual...i have not paid 3800rs for this empty box...kindly make them to refund my money back and take it back! i need a quick solution in this regard...i paid with with pocket and its gone...i need my money asap!
