I had made an advance payment on 4th Nov for a vitamin drink for Rs.450. Delivery date was 12th Nov 2014. Shop Clues kept on delaying it. They have also written multiple times that money will be refunded. Howver, it has not happened. As it stands now, I have spent a phone bill at least Rs. 200 chasing these guys for a refund of Rs. 450. Order No. 25768229 Imagine the inconvinience and frustration your in capable customer care department causes

      Hi, I have purchased weight product on Feb 1st 2015 and the same was cancelled on Feb 2nd 2015 but yet not received my money. This is my order id : 36295641. I have contact your customer they are not properly responding to my queries and not saying truth. Initially they said will refund within 2 days, after 2 days they said 5 days, after 5 days said 7 days and again contacted them, they said to wait for 1 weeks. This is the way of doing service to customer, how can i purchase in your site again and what i suggest to friends about your service. I cant wait too long need my money back early.

        Ref: Shopclues.com Order Id: 31326847 and Ticket No: 1758901 My Order No: 31326847 dt. 26/12/2014 has been delivered to somewhere in Guwahati on 03/01/2015, whereas it was to be delivered in West Bengal. I reported the issue to Shopclues on 03/01/2015 with the screenshot of the tracking page of the courier company and my complaints was logged with ticket no: 1758901. After that I have contacted Shopclues so many times both through email and phone, but still I did not get any resolution from their end, neither they shared POD with me. Hoping to draw the attention of the Higher Authority of Shopclues and getting some help from them to get the refund for the order.
        On 14-Feb-2015, Shopclues Support team informed me through email that the shipment is going back to them and requested me to wait till they receive it. But I don't know how long I will have to wait for this. I even don't know if the shipment is going back to Shopclues by walking on foot, because its travelling since December, 2014.

            Dear Sir, We have paid Rs.519/- thrugh net banking towards order placed for 3 shoes pair of classic loaffers shoes on 27/01/2015 to Shopclues.com - Buy Online @ ShopClues‎ but till date we have not received the delivery of such paid order . we have already contacted through mails and all time replied by shop clue that caused delayed delivery . but till date no delivery received us since 15 days apssed. Is it a clear cheating with customer.                     Dear sir, I have ordered for Pack of 3 Sporty Watches on dated[protected]. My order No. is #33337959. After receiving the product I found that out of three watches, one watch polo club watch is in damaged condition. Its crystal was not attached to the watch and separately found in the box. its crown was also not attached to the watch and found loose in the box. I have sent the photo proof of the damaged product and continuously perusing the case. Initially they agreed to replace but now they are not replacing the product and not responding to may emails.                       Sir, My self, jay suthar, i ordered a 2600 mah. Power bank from shopclues.com. they sent me a power bank on which samsung is written and 2600 mah is also printed but that is not the original samsung. There is also a usb cable included in that but that is not working. When i charged the power bank for 4 hours and then i charged my phone with power bank but the power bank charged my phone upto 25% and then stopped charging. I thought that power bank is not completely charged so i charged it again for 5 hours but again it charged my phon only 25% (my phone have a 2100 mah battery). After this i also tried to charge my friend's phone with it but the results were same. Then i posted a replace on shopclues but i was not able to post. Every time after posting request app showed that '' your request have been posted and your request no. Is .. (They showed no request no.) And also i did not received any e mail on my account.                             The delivery date has passed and still not received the product.. I have been following up with shopclues customer care. Every time they say, wait for 24 hrs, we will get back to you. but I never got any response from them. If they will not sort it out within 2 days i will file a FIR against them.

                            I received a wrong product and I have given a complaint and I haven't received any response from shop clues and your executives are always busy !! Is it it fraud or what as I am getting a feeling that you have no interest in my issue !

                              I ordered a reebok Sunglasses on 3rd Feb 2015 and order no. 36619767 and after a day they cancelled my order without any prior reason.
                              The product was in stock and when I called up the shopclues they said the merchant cancelled the order due to insufficient stock.
                              In fact, I double checked the same online but, the stock was very much available. The shopcules are cheating the customer by putting misleading advertisement. Request you to register a case and do the needful to resolve my issue by delivery the product ordered.

                                I have a complaint against online shopping portal shopclues.com.

                                As per trail mail i have ordered one JBL Headphone and 2 sony 10000MAH power bank. After receiving both the product i found that both the products are duplicate they look like the orignal product but actually they are fully duplicate in quality.
                                When i know the issue i go to shopclues.com site and try to update the return procedure but it was impossibly because of their photo upload process.
                                And after number o[censored]nsuccessful attempts o[censored]pdate the return process i contact to customer care and they told me that as per their policy they will not process return as it cross 10 days.

                                I am just fade up with these big names as they are doing fraud very easily and in a very big platform.
                                Please raise this issue .

                                  sir i ordered a harddisk with order no.[protected] and after 2 days they cancelled my order without any prior reason...the product is in stock right now...when i called shopclues they say the merchant cancelled the order due to insufficient stock...i ask you why the product is still in stock then...i paid 3516rs for this order ...kindly make them to either sed my order within the respective time or refund my money with in a day!

                                    i had been sopping SAHARA INDUCTION COOKER at shop clues confirmation order no[protected]. on DATED-27-NOV 2014. When i found product. this product was DEFECTIVE recently i informed customer care.C .care tell me Return request for your order 27867885 for Sahara induction cooker has been received on dated-3-DEC-20147& Return request approved dated-8-DEC-2014. C.care informed me my team will receive defective product your's home. After some days i call C.care he tell me AREA PIN- 323307 is not provided my service . So please You send DEFECTIVE PRODUCT & given address.I had send def. product by DTDC COURIER&CARGO LTD. on dated- 13-DEC-2014 When reached d.product Shopclues team refused to receive this product after some days D.product return at my home. Then i contact shopclues care team about this matter they are not solve my problem & producing the confusion .I had spend allready Rs-998.0 ON PRODUCT + 460.0 ON COURIER +approx 150.0 ON PHONE . All details i given to shopclues team. I did not return product only shopclues pay my payment & courier charges. When i contact customer care . Customer care take very very long time & becomes spend extra west money. i have given all suitable proof but shopclues team changing each statement.
                                    shopclues team is cheat me only not taking suitable action only doing Time pass.

                                        On 17.02.2015 I was trying to order AdyBird Lace Up Brown Men&#039;s Shoes, 2 pcs . I placed the order and paid the money but was shocked because the order was not confirmed by the site . Then I immediately checked bank

                                        During transaction, the amount (698.00) got deducted from my account but it did not book.paid RS 698.00 through Net Banking from icici bank.
