I Purchase one laptop cooling pad from shopclues.com at 19/May/2014. It is more then one month i didn't receive my order.
After calling them again and again i didn't receive any good response from them.
Hate this type of service.

Unki taraf se jawab aane me 10 days lage, unho ne kaha ke servies center me javo, Mene product use nahi kiya to me knyu servies karvavu? Phir bhi mene servies kaRvayi phir bhI problem solve nahi huva. Unki website ki policy he ki product defective ho to unhe product Return lena hi padta he. MeRa product Defective he.           I have purchased 2 bed sheets from shopclues.in. Yeah the deal price attracted me to buy it. But they seem to have shipped it some wrong address or not even shiooed at all. I placed the order on : 26 May 2014, 06:44 PM Order Number : 14293867 When I got the shipment tracking number, I found the destination mentioned as Ahamedabad where as the shipment address is supposed to be to Kerala. I have tried to contact them via mail so many times but only reply I got was Checking and following up with the request. Last day I got an email saying that the product is delivered to me where as nothing came to my place. And today its been 24 days since I purchased the bedsheets without an clues about the delivery. I am not sure whether they takes any care of my complaint but still trying coz its not just about the money, its about irresponsibility and cheeting.

            I have ordered Tablet PC with Order #13852903. I got a product, which is completely different than the description and not worth of money which I paid for. I have made a complaint against this to shopclues support. Its almost one month. just they are spending time by saying that, they are contacting merchant to replace with the right product. After sometime they blocked my E-mail Id by not giving any option to complaint against your product any more.They will not give their phone numbers to contact. The E-mail ID to complaint against your product will also not help you. This is an Final appeal to ShopClues, Don't try to cheat customers . Be honest and do honest business. AbdulKhadhar

                    Dear Sir, This has reference to the online order no. 13065253 for the microwave oven issued to the SHOP CLUES. The microwave was ordered on18th April and supposed to be delivered by the merchant by 25th April. However, the consignment was received in damaged condition almost after a month of the order on 16th May 2014. The image of the damaged microwave was sent to the shopclues immediately for return and refund of the maoney in my credit card. Instead of taking any action for pick up of the consignment, they have forwarded the bill to my card issuing bank for the payment. I have contacted customer care of SHOP CLUES several times, but could not see any action but the assurances. After several reminders by e-mail and phone calls to their CUSTOMER CARE I could not see any action from their end for return of the good or refund of the money. After taking the issue to Mr. Pawan and Ms. Meenakshi of Shop clues Customer care over phone they have initiated the pick up for return of the damaged oven only on 2nd June. One courier person visited my house and returned back with the comments that he could not pick up due to big size. Again I talked to shop clues Customer care they assigned the pick up job to Blue Dart. Blue Dart company neither make any phone calls or visited my house for the pick up but reported to Shop Clues that the product is not Ready. But the product was properly packed with label fixed. Again the matter was taken to Shop Clues and they initiated the pick up. Unfortunately, a courier person visited my house but he did not pick up due to big size of the consignment as he did not have any prior information about the product to be picked up. Again, after reporting Shop Clues assigned the prick up job to Blue Dart. I received a ph call from Blue Dart yesterday and informed that you should bring a car as the volume of the consignment can not be carried in a scooter/bike. But till today they have not made any ph call or attempted pick up. Kindly take necessary action immediately for resolving the issue. Or else I will not be left with any option but to initiate a case in the consumer Court.                       I ordered a Portable Car Vacuum Cleaner (Order Number:[protected] from shopclues.com on 30th May 2014. I received a non-functional product on 3rd June 2014. I registered a complain on their website and asked for refund on the same day. But, I haven't heard anything from till day. They promised to reply in 2 working days but it is 7 working days now and still no reply. This is second experience I had with shopclues.com. The say that returns are 10 days hassle free and customers are completely protected. But, I dont see that yet.

                      Dear Shopclues,

                      Your people replied asking for video and a detailed explanation. I already mentioned that the product DOES NOT work at all. I replied to that email very same day (11th June) but haven't heard anything after that. Also, you guys are making fake email chain included in that email because I didn't receive any of those previous mentioned emails. Your activities are becoming more suspicious now.

                      It seems you do not want to refund the money. Let me know whether you want to refund or not? If not, I would surely go to consumer court and make sure you guys are appropriately penalised for your wrong doings.

                        Ordered a belt, What i received was, not atall what it looked like in the pic they showed on the website... Was packed in a local polythene bag, and dirty discarded box. Raised complaint immediately, but no response till now... instead am getting mails like... "Hope you enjoying your item", , , please provide feedback... And when I gave a feedback, with negative rating, the feedback form only started showing error. Please be aware of ordering anything on their website, because, they show something else, and sell something else. They have bunch of fraud vendors too.

                            Pretty blunt... the person... askes me to visit, a website... www.bankingdivision.com

                            and enter my card details, including my atm pin etc... when I refused to do the same, he says, sorry, then we cannot send you the refund.

                            How Can I enter my card details, on a website which is very new, no confirmation if its genuine website...

                              My order number is :13441639 on shopclues.com. I bought a Recliner Chair and paid the amount using my credit card on 1st may 2014. I checked with my area PIN code before place my order. They told my area under their service and I place my order. Product came to my district. The courier guys asked me to come and get it to a place 20 KMs away from my home. I told them, please bring it to my home as I unable to come (by the way, I paid 499 as shipping charge). Next day they updated the tracking status as 'RECEIVER SHIFTED FROM GIVEN ADDRESS'. And they returned the product back to it's origin. I called shopclues.com customer service and asked them, they told me that once the product came to origin we would return your money back. It happened 10th may of 2014. Till now the product isn't get back it's origin and my money as well. I'm so depressed. I have called shopclues.com customer many times, they are not responding well enough. PACKAGE CAME TO MY DISTRICT IN AROUND 8 DAYS AND RETURNING TO IT'S ORIGIN FOR MORE THAN A MONTH ! My first experience with shopcles.com become the worst. I'm suggesting my friends not to buy from shopclues.com to protect themself.

                                Sir I order philips extreme vision h4 bulbs from shopclues on 23rd may. My order no is 14083283 I made payment by debit card. After 5 days product was not shipped I got a mail saying the product is not available I agreed to wait. Then after enquiry for my product I called shopclues many times. They always said will reply in 48 hours. Then on 30 may my order was transfer to other merchant but after that also my order was not shipped. They changed my order from 14083283 to 14690452 and the product got shipped on 7th june when I saw details they send me crystal vision bulbs instead of extreme vision. I don't want crystal vision bulb and without any notice they shipped completly diffrent product which I don't want at all. I call them they said extreme vision was not available so they send me crystal vision bulb upon asking them why didnt they ask me first they said nothing. I wasted my time by trusting them I felt cheated. They had told me not to accept the product or else they cant do anything. I request you sir to please look into this matter and help me for refund of my money as soon as possible

                                  product is the first mistake and you are blame me for the delay.
                                  Moreover, on CD boxes and on CDs you have stocked as Smart Series(cost
                                  of this product Rs-599) stickers and every where you said it is Smart
                                  Series. But inside CD contents are only Test Series(cost of this is
                                  Rs-243). This is simply cheating the customers. Just I lost few hundred
                                  rupees. It is not matter for me. I would like to do the following
                                  things, like me other customers/people should not be cheated like this. I
                                  am basically a Software Engineer. I know power of Internet and Social
                                  Media like facebook, twitter, and in product reviews. Let me see how
                                  much, I can spread this issue in the Internet. Here I am also attaching
                                  photo of the product i have received. Friends, please tell your
                                  relatives, friends and whoever it is about this ShopClues cheaters.

                                    i bought this 3 burner automatic gas from shopclues.com on 16 may with order number 13846068 ...but what i got was entirely different from the one i have seen on their site so i asked for replacement but the replacement product is also the same one as sent earlier, i have sent images also to show them differences and sent the real image as well showing that this is what i want
                                    and now they not even answering me ... i want refund now
                                    attached images .. first one is the one shown on their site
                                    the others are of what i got second time .. major differences are the burners design i bought this stove just mainly of the stylish burners and then the burners arent aligned in the center f hole... and the plain glass vs the designer they sent me ..
                                    i dont want to negotiate now .., just want refund

                                      I am Ishan Bhandari. I ordered sports shoes from shopclues.com(Order No.[protected]. The product I received was damaged and was not looking genuine. I returned the product and demanded refund. I shipped the product via blue dart and it costed me Rs. 600. I was informed that the shipping amount would be refunded as soon as the product reaches them. But till now the amount has not been refunded.

                                      Thank you very much. My shipping money was refunded yesterday. They took a lot of time but they refunded the money. When I posted my complaint, they started to work. Thank you.

                                      Shopclues called me the day i wrote this complain. They said they would transfer the amount of Rs. 600 in my clues bucks. But they have not done it yet. Please help.

                                        On the 16th of May I had Order[protected] Order no.) a product for my car (Chevrolet Cruze Steel Front Show Grill (OEM Replacement) Imported Code: 1349148), & paid Rs.4, 499, using my bank, i.e NEFT, from www.ShopClues.com. According to them the Estimated Delivery date was between Tue 27 May and Thu 29 May 2014 & the tracking number is[protected]. Now, on the 26th May 2014, I had received a missed call from an unknown number, so i called bk. Some person picked up the call & said that it was a Courier Company & wanted to know my Address & the nearest landmark so I gave him the same & he told me that he would do the Delivery in the evening. But still today there has been no delivery. And when I checked the shipping status, the courier company updated that they could locate the address & even I had not responded to their call. So i called up Shopclues & informed the same & they asked me to wait for another 24-48 hrs & the product would be surely delivered. After waiting for 48 hrs when I had not received my product again I called Shopclues & even mailed them about not have received the product, they said I'm due to receive today i.e 31st May 2014. Again, the same thing thing happened there was no delivery. Now this time when i called, I demanded to speak to a Supervisor but they would not put me through. I told them to cancel my order & simply said they cannot refund my money back & then hung up. I'm totally clueless what I'm supposed to do. They have taken my money I have not received my product, & the customer support does not help. I request you to help me to stop such irresponsible & illegal practice & help me recover my product or money. I have attached the documents to support my complaint.
