I have placed an online order #12582829 with Shopclues.com on 2nd Apr 2014. This order consisted of 3 items and hence 3 sub-orders were generated i.e. 12582831, 12582833 & 12582835. All the payment was done via credit card.
All the 3 orders were supposed to be delivered at below address.

Order 12582831 & 12582835 were delivered on 6th and 7th Apr 2014 respectively. However, the remaining one #12582833 is untraceable till now. Shop clues status says that it has been dispatched via Blue Dart and way bill number is [protected]. But this way bill number does not exist and Blue dart has also confirmed this.
Now, inspite of sending multiple reminders to Shopclues via email there is no positive response from their side.
I want my money back with severe penalty imposed on these type of defaulters.
