    I have placed an online order #12582829 with Shopclues.com on 2nd Apr 2014. This order consisted of 3 items and hence 3 sub-orders were generated i.e. 12582831, 12582833 & 12582835. All the payment was done via credit card. All the 3 orders were supposed to be delivered at below address. Rishit Jain c/o Arun Jain, House no 12, First Floor, Road No 5, CH Area (North), Jamshedpur, Jharkhand 831001 India Order 12582831 & 12582835 were delivered on 6th and 7th Apr 2014 respectively. However, the remaining one #12582833 is untraceable till now. Shop clues status says that it has been dispatched via Blue Dart and way bill number is [protected]. But this way bill number does not exist and Blue dart has also confirmed this. Now, inspite of sending multiple reminders to Shopclues via email there is no positive response from their side.     Problem is that there is no escalation procedure defined in shop clues. And any such complaints are unnoticed by their senior management. I am not sure that this is by purpose or something else.

    I believe that some senior person from shop clues should look into this matter urgently now.

      even after reading my complaint?
      the doormats emitting too dirty smell from it and quite wet hence even i have thrown it out in dustbin,

      received door mats are quite wet and coming too bad smell from it!

        I am facing a problem with ShopClues.com. i have ordered Lenovo A269i Cover on 2nd April 2014 and my order no. is #12602533 but they have sent me the wrong(may be duplicate) product in which my phone is not at all getting adjusted. So i request the Team to do the needful please.

            I ordered a Micromax A210 canvas 4 flip cover on www.shopclues.com with order no. #12361439.
            They delivered me on 31st of March, 2014. I raised a return request on the very same day of
            the delivery of the product as the product is defective(not fitted well with my phone, It produces a gap between phone and back cover near the camera section) and also the delivered product was not same (the picture shown in their website) with the product I have ordered. The return request #246023 is still pending till date.
            I have put the return request with the proper picture of deffective section, but they replied me that I need to send them a proper video. Then I sent the video link after uploading the video on skydrive.com, now they are saying their system is not supported to view the video.I dont know whether they are delaying return process without any proper reason.Moreover, They dont have any toll free number of Customer support, I have spent more than Rs50 for contacting Customer support by phone std call as they are not responding by email properly.

            I shopped online regularly and this is the worst online shopping company I came across. Are they duping the consumers openly?? These cheaters and those associated with it should be booked
            and penalized.

              Refund not done by shopclues.com after sending fake/faulty/low quality products of the following orders with order numbers :[protected] ; 12276761 ; 12277593 ; 12277717. They are imposters. Take actions against them. Whenever I contact them they say the process is on. But the process never ends! Whereas snapdeal.com gives refund within 3days. www.shopclues.com is probably the worst online shopping website.

                i am a regular customer of shopclues from almost a year now and i ordered from this site many times and evreytime i got the product as shown and on time but this time i ordered a aa battery charger and 4 aa batteries order no. 12285567 and like always i paid for them in advance through net banking, after 5 days i received the aa batteries only and a email was sent to me that the charger is not available and i will have to wait few days more and now after almost 11 days the order for the charger is showing cancelled and they have not refunded my money or sent me anything and after calling the customer care almost everyday from last 4 days they are saying that they wont take the batteries back as they are delivered on time and are well and the amount for the charger will be refunded as soon as possible. without the charger the batteries are useless for me and as shopclues is not taking them back or delivering me the charger i have lost my money completely. i am regular buyer from this site but now i have lost my faith i still have almost 4 items in my shopping cart on the site but i dont feel like ordering them as am not sure if i will get them or not after paying for them in advance..

                  I had Placed an Online Purchase Order with Shop Clues.com on 1st April' 2014.
                  The Money was given in Advance as the Order Did not have Cash on Delivery Service.

                  From Day 1, when the Tracking Number for Blue Dart Courier was given the Tracking Number was
                  Not Applicable or Found on Blue Dart Website !!

                  However the Company Website & also the Customer Care Number Now Proclaims, the Order to be Shipped But Lost in Transit & Hence they have No Control over the Shipment.

                  They also Claim, they Can't Refund the Money, as the Shipment has left from their premises but could have Got Lost in Transit & hence consider it has Money Lost ???

                  This is a Case of Clear Customer Cheating, Money Looting.

                  Want My Money Refunded & also Strict Penalty against the Organization for Cheating.

                    An item with order #11624471 was delivered to me on 6th of March. I raised a return request on the very same day of the delivery of the product as the product delivered was not the product I ordered. The return request #225507 is still pending till date. No intimation or acknowledgement has been initiated from their side regarding the matter. I shopped online regularly and this is the worst online shopping company I came across. Are they duping the consumers openly?? These cheaters and those associated with it should be booked and penalized.

                      I placed an order with Shop Clues during the last week of Feb'14. The product that I received was damaged. I sent pictures of the damaged product as requested by Shop Clues. I asked for a replacement initially but they did not respond. So I had to get that product from a local store. I have been asking Shop Clues for a refund and take the damaged product from me. There has been no action taken yet. It is more than a month now. Customer service is pathetic. I asked for a supervisor. They said the supervisor is busy and he will call me later which never happened. The last agent to whom I spoke is Kuldeep and his manager's name he gave was Randvir. Not sure if these are even the real names he gave. Either ways a pathetic company about whom I failed to read enough reviews online before making the purchase. Request you to please help me with this concern.

                      Request you to help talk to one of the managers from this Shop clues company and get my money back and ask them to take this damaged product back please. 11551405 is the order number for the damaged product. 722918 is the complaint number for this which was sent to my email by the last agent I spoke with.

                        I ordered a samsung galaxy y plus flip cover on www.shopclues.com with order no. 12276761. They delivered me a totally substandard product. Even the product doesn't have any manufacturing date or MRP printed on its packet. The front cover is really soft which is probably made of paper & cotton mostly. No model name is written on the flip cover as it is in their website. The flip cover is so light that it gets open with a little air flow in the room. It cannot be used as a flip cover as it is not enough to protect the screen.

                          This is to aware and to bring notice to all online shopping guys, that please do not trust on SHOPLCLUES, stop shopping from this site My 7 colleagues around me, including me, are facing problems with shopping from this site. 1) Product ordered form this site are defective and damaged 2) Some products sold by them are duplicate 3) They do not deliver the order on time. Sometime( eg. in my case, they came to know that product cant be delivered at my location after month) 4) For prepaid ordered which is incomplete due to fact that they cant delivered, refund is still pending even from past 3 months 5) No CCE can to answer correctly of the issue if any reported, they will just make you fool that they will arrange a call back shortly but you can wait decades for there call back. 6) Shameless people do not afraid even you threatened them to go in consumer court or consumer forum for unresolved issue even delayed from months.

                            Refund process against the order (complain number[protected] started in 13-Feb-2013 is still pending till date. They are making fool that there is a glitch at there payment gateway and they have started the refund process but everytime I talk on phone or on mail, they just repeat the same thing that refund will take 7-9 days more. I cant understand why there is a delay, and now these days they have stopped to reply on mail, and even there customer care representative replied that he has no idea about what is going on with the issue and no answer about how much more time it will take, any time you mail or call, they will repeat the same line that "Refund process has been started, and refund will reflect in your account in 7-9 days", which the story from past 2 month. I am sick of it, and these shameless people have no guts to refund the money. They are just lying again and again.

                              We have placed the following orders with Shopclues.com:Order # 11256149 & 11256151 on 16 Feb 2014.But we have not received the shipment till date.
                              1.To my emails and telephonic complaints on a daily basis, Shopclues.com continue to state that both the orders had been shipped by BLUEDART and got delivered to RICHER.
                              2.We had challenged their contention and clarified that NO SUCH person is with us and BLUEDART might have delivered the shipments to an unconnected address.
                              3.We have requested to arrange for a spot visit to the shipping address (by BLUEDART)for the proof of delivery to the RIGHT address.
                              4.In this process we have sent 28 emails and made 6 calls to SHOPCLUES (TOTALLY 128 MINUTES TALK TIME).But SHOPCLUES evades all and not interested in addressing the issue.
                              5.The act is illegal and we are planning to lodge a complaint with Cybercrime cell of Tamilnadu prior to approaching Consumer Court Of Coimbatore-Tamilnadu., for a FULL REFUND AND COMPENSATION.
                              With this We submit the same for your perusal and follow up.

                                i had purchase one wrist watch from your shopclues. i had already received
                                on 22 March 2014. My purchase Nos is 12022929.
                                this watch's glass was not completed fit with watch.
                                Sir, this was manufacturing defective. now i was give request for the
                                watch replace . but i was not submit my request due to mail was not and
                                message display on screen 10 days is completed. But 10days not completed
                                on till today i.e 26.03.2014. As per your teams & condition after within
                                10 days of your receiving delivery . so we had received on 22march 2014 ten
                                days completed on dtd 2.April.2014.
                                So, please replace same watch on top priority.

                                  My Order no : 12366645, and Ordered date : 27/03/2014. I paid full payment for that product but you still didn't dispatched upto now, you updated the product status lastly at 28/03/2014 as "YOUR PRODUCT READY FOR DISPATCH" and merchant name was "MAK CENTER - DELHI". sitll you didn't update the status of my product, and also you did not dispatch my product. It takes 5 days after order confirmed but still even product not dispatched, what the hell are you doing.

                                  This is not toll free number.We are to waste at least 30-40 minutes just to hear the Customer service Executive repeatedly assure to ESCALATE the complaint (a machine might do this properly).Sheer waste of time and money.Best way is to address cyber crime cell/consumer court.

                                    I have ordered a LAURELS ORIGINAL watch on www.shopclues.com with order no. 11979257. Accidentally the watch fell from my hand & its glass was broken. So I went to a watch shop & told the shopowner that it is a costly watch & handle it with care while changing the glass. When the shopowner opened the backcase to change the glass we discovered that the machine is a local Chinese machine instead of original machine. He said it is a fake watch. Earlier Shopclues sent me some fake Reebok, Lotto watches. So again they did the same thing but somehow they have probably generated a fake warranty card to make me fool. I have attached associated pictures of the watch, packet, warranty card.

                                      I ordered a samsung galaxy y plus flip cover on www.shopclues.com with order no. 12276761. They delivered me a totally substandard product. Even the product doesn't have any manufacturing date or MRP printed on its packet. The front cover is really soft which is probably made of paper & cotton mostly. It cannot be used as a flip cover as it is not enough to protect the screen.

                                        I ordered a lotto watch with order no.12277717 on shopclues.com. The lotto watch they sent is not a real one I think. There is engraved Lotto logo neither on the belt nor on the lock. The product is under 6 months manufacturer's warranty. But there is no warranty card with the watch. On the backside of watch it is stated as model no. ' LTB-201 ' & on the invoice as ' white dial watch' but in the back of the box written model no. ' LTB-101 ' & ' Classic (BLACK)! So this must be a fake watch.
