        Hi, My order no is 17216093 . i orfdered it on 22 july, 2014 but the courier tracking no Z28256086 given to me is IN Transit from 19 jul, 2014. I contacted the DTDC delhi headquarters and came to know that this shipment doesnt belongs to me( how can it be as it was delivered on 19 jul). i cantacted 15 times in last ten days but again and again they are saying we will respond you in 48 hrs. 48 hrs are not fininshig from last 10-12 days.Now i dont want the product please refund my Amount. please look into the matter seriously.

          I am Arjun Mandal.I ordered 12 Kg Fitness Extreme Adjustable Rubber Dumbbells from Shopclues.com with an amount of Rs 930. My Order ID is 17585057 and my pin code is 733134. I paid this amount through SBI net banking on 30.07.2014. On 01.08.2014 they informed me that they cancelled my order due to my non-serviceable area of their courier partner. They assured me to refund my rupees back on my account. But they did not refund my rupees till today that is 04.08.2014. So I am very much afraid regarding my rupees. So, please do immediate action.

            I have paid Rs.1149/- thro net banking for purchase of above mobile, vide Order No.16014993, Mob No.[protected], but sorry to inform you that you have send me only one charger, manual book, service centre list, warranty card, Invoice only and there was no any mobile handset, headphone, and the packed is received in sealed condition.

            In this connection, I wish to inform you that after payment in full, you have sent me the charger only. It is not a good practice, and it is fully fraud with me.

            As such, I now request your good selves to kindly arrange to send me the complete set as early as possible.

When I received it and tried to connect with my laptop it was not working, I tried to connect with different things like my desktop PC, Led TV but results are same.                           This is sumit Pandey, I bought an acer laptop from shopclues (ORDER No.[protected] on 17th July 2014 amounting to Rs.33, 418.00.After some days on calling to the costumer care executive(chargable talking), I was informed that the product that i bought(which was listed in the website) was not available to the merchant. I was shocked to know as to why the product was listed on the website if its not available.The executive asked me if he could find an alternative seller.As i was in emergency to buy the laptop I had to cancel the order and apply for refund.Two days passed by, but no refund reflected to my account.Calling to costumer care, they are mentioning that it is the company's policy to refund the amount within 15 days.But my amount would be refunded within 2 days.Since the date is 28th july 2014. 11 days have passed.I am here with no laptop, which was very important to buy as well as no money, so i could not buy my laptop anywhere else.I just want to say that The amount is Rs.34, 418.00. Understand this, Its more than my monthly salary.Such a big amount is with you since 11 days and u are going on making excuses to delay the refund amount.Sometimes i do fear, getting the news of some of the fraud company's taking the money and eloping away.You have your reputation.Company's like Flipkart, amazon and ebay refund the money within a day after application.One time i was refunded within seconds of filing the application from them. Please do justice to the situation.My belief on you is at stake and also my hard earned money.

Till now the product didnt get shipped, and when i tried to contact them through mail, no response for my 4 mails and when i called them 2 to 3 times their support number the response was very poor(they are saying they dont have any details of this and they didnt even care for my money when i asked to cancel the order and return money).                                 Dear Sir, I bought a power bank from Shopclues.com on 04 Jul 2014, 09:31 AM Item Order no.16087413, OEM Samsung Universal 9000 mAh USB Extended Battery Pack ( Black or white) for Rs.875, which got delivered in poor packaging and in defective condition. on 6th Jul 2014 ( afternoon) . Soon i Lodge complaint with online support for refund in bank. this is their msg on 6th july"Your request has been logged with ticket number 923916, please use the same email for further communication. We try our best to get back to you within 2 working days." I packed the item with complete packing video and pics and as pr their rules.Then the pick-up service picked the default item : http://track.delhivery.com/p/[protected] tracking shows product delivered to them on 19 july 2014. After all these there is no mail no phones from shopclues.com as well as their site shows "Return Complete" .I got this mail : "Your request (#923916) has been solved.                                   Dear Sir I have placed a order Of sunglasses with shopclues order number No .16764841 dated 14 July at 1:44 Pm, I had specially & clearly mentioned in my order that I don't want Black colour sunglasses but Shopclues person overlooked my special comment and send me the black colour sunglasses . If you require the picture and my special comment Order then I can send you the same also for your ready reference. After receiving the courier I came to know that the quality of the Sunglasses is very poor and also having the scratch marks on the Glasses, looks like used one . if they I had lodged the complaint immediately with shop clues person but they said that we cant do any thing and said your problem is solved we cant refund your amount and after that blocked my email id . Even they wrote in his website that this Sun glass is imported I asked him to provide the Tin number and IEC Code but they are not providing the same. Sir I am amazed that thousand of compalints are against shopclues then also how come they are still in the market why government is not taking any action against these fraud sites . I request you please involve in this matter and instruct those person to refund my full amount INR 209 .00 and take back his scrap . Hoping for your soonest and favorable action at earliest. Due to sudden financial need i had canceled it . So that amount should come back to my account . After 10 days also the money has not credited . They are not serious of returning customer money, after I placed a mail, the customer care became active, daily I'm also calling to customer are, they are coming with reply that there is a technical problem .What shot of technical glitch which is not getting shot out, even we are technical educated we know what is technical issues . But till today my money has not credited . I have attached the screenshot of my purchase . Thanks Manas

                                      Its almost 2 weeks, since I had canceled the order . any further delay will be charged as late payment to the credit card. Who will bear this late payment .

                                      After the complain shopclue.com take this case seriously and formally canceled the Order . After 2 weeks they have made cancellation on their system . Now again it will take another 2 weeks to get y money to my CC account .

                                      There is no reason blocking the cancelation for 2 weeks, the reply always came from support that technical reason . If there is a technical reason whic has stopped their work form 14 days . That's not true . But in this2 weeks they are not stopped to do business

                                      its a purposeful harassment to the customers. And blocking money for so many days with out any fair reason .

                                      Where as Snapdeal, credit the account with in 2- 5 days, and they are using the same payment gateway PAY U .

                                        Today I got a mesg that the item order No.53219427 has been delivered through Aramex. It is regret to inform you that I have not yet received the parcel. On tracking their shipment No.[protected] it is seen that the item delivered at Kochi, Kerala on 02.06.15 6.16 PM. I am staying at Karunagappally, Kollam, Kerala. How can they deliver the item at Kochi? They might have delivered the item to a wrong addressee. Pl look in to the matter and do the needful to deliver the item to me.
