I have purchase a Mobile BlackBerry Z10 (Black) on[protected]. vide order No.14017013, the said product is delivered to me on[protected]. after received the said product, I have started the same, but microphone is not working. whatever i say in any call listener is not able to hear my voice. so please change the product immediately, I have mail on[protected], but till-today no any reply by your site. so please return the same and refund in my Bank Account, immediately. I have also sending the product image by email to-day. My Product is pick-up by your courier on[protected] and the same was delivered to you on[protected], but till to-day I have not received refund of the same, as amount of Rs.15499/-. Only refund, as I have purchase mobile online. I have paid the amount of the product one month before, and the said amount is large. Please refund the said amount urgently, in my bank account. I have contact your customer case on 02/07/2014, 05/07/2014, 08/07/2014, 10/07/2014 and again 11/07/2014, only one reply please wait 1 to 2 days, but still the refund is not received. So please refund the same immediately, otherwise I lodge the complaint in Consumer Court, regarding this issue. PLEASE HELP ME. (MOST URGENT)
