I Ordered Micromax X253 Black Mobile for Rs.1, 322 from shopclues.com with following details.

I haven't received the order yet.

It was dispatched on June 28, 2014 through DTDC Courier with Tracking No. Z19809819. While tracking on DTDC website it is showing that "IN TRANSIT" at location "DELHI APEX, DELHI" the status was not updated after Sun, Jun, 29, 2014.
I contacted DTDC regarding this they were unable to locate my shipment. But shopclues.com changed the order status as complete without any proof. And lodged a complaint by calling[protected] on the following dates

The person who were at shopclues end repeatedly saying that "Sorry for your inconvenience we will get back to you in 48 hours with the update" in all my conversations.But no reply i received from them till now.
On my last conversation @ 17 Jul 2014 19:19:07 i spoke to the person named Vaibhav (Said by him may be duplicate name) on Phone [protected] he also repeated "Sorry for your inconvenience we will get back to you in 48 hours with the update" which was shopclues slogan to fool customers but i was continuously asking for immediate solution he came down to 24 hours slogan. Moreover i asked him if you want 24 hrs more the persons who were handled my three conversion on

I was not compromised on his talk he himself disconnected the call without proper reply.
I don't have any hope on receiving my money/product.
I am requesting all please don't purchase anything from shopclues.com.
No adequate knowledge for customer service executives.
Overall money minded fraud website.
Please don't buy anything from Shopclues.com.
