I have ordered a set of bath towels which contain 3 nos. with maroon colour in shopclues.I received a parcel on 21st of July 2014. the product narrated outside the parcel was the same as i ordered. but when I opened it was a night gown of maroon colour. Hi, I had purchased CDMA mobile from shoplcues on[protected], but I got a faulty handset so they said me that either they would refund it or would provide a replacement. Ordered a mobile Sony Xperia C from Shopclues.com. The product was delivered but the invoice was not sent even though the order number was given and verified by the vendor. The touch pad of the phone seems to have some problem now and without bill unable to claim manufacturer's warranty. The Bill has to be given by the vendor for any purchase made....

I have two main complaints for shopclues

1stly amount deduction - 500 ( memory card which i had cancelled at that time only . Money deducted from my account, they are not listening )
