I had purchaged two E Gitanjali 10 GM 24KT 995 Purity Laxmi Gold Coin BIS Hallmarked . Costing 28780 each .So total cost is 56570 INR . Due to sudden financial need i had canceled it . So that amount should come back to my account . After 10 days also the money has not credited . They are not serious of returning customer money, after I placed a mail, the customer care became active, daily I'm also calling to customer are, they are coming with reply that there is a technical problem .What shot of technical glitch which is not getting shot out, even we are technical educated we know what is technical issues . But till today my money has not credited . I have attached the screenshot of my purchase . Thanks Manas

Its almost 2 weeks, since I had canceled the order . any further delay will be charged as late payment to the credit card. Who will bear this late payment .

After the complain shopclue.com take this case seriously and formally canceled the Order . After 2 weeks they have made cancellation on their system . Now again it will take another 2 weeks to get y money to my CC account .

There is no reason blocking the cancelation for 2 weeks, the reply always came from support that technical reason . If there is a technical reason whic has stopped their work form 14 days . That's not true . But in this2 weeks they are not stopped to do business

its a purposeful harassment to the customers. And blocking money for so many days with out any fair reason .

Where as Snapdeal, credit the account with in 2- 5 days, and they are using the same payment gateway PAY U .

But they had shown that the above product delivered at the mentioned address on 22 July 2014. When i saw this I shocked since i did not get my product. They show me wrong information on their website where i have a account.     i'm not received my product but shopclues show me its delivered.

    Today I got a mesg that the item order No.53219427 has been delivered through Aramex. It is regret to inform you that I have not yet received the parcel. On tracking their shipment No.[protected] it is seen that the item delivered at Kochi, Kerala on 02.06.15 6.16 PM. I am staying at Karunagappally, Kollam, Kerala. How can they deliver the item at Kochi? They might have delivered the item to a wrong addressee. Pl look in to the matter and do the needful to deliver the item to me.

      Shopclues sends the point expiry intimation mail after the expiry date which happened to me twice. There is no proper mail delivery of the complain raised. Return requests are not processed and they stick to the word that 'It is the policy...', even if we intimate them via repeated calls they still say 'It is the policy' I wonder why the customer should followup with the return request after the request is made via online. It is better to rely on Flipkart than to rely on Shopclues.

        In the website shopclues said that 80% discount they are giving the bose earphones.

        I have ordered Bose earphones from shopclues. They have sent a cheap quality fake headphone.
        When i called and ask to refund the money, they say it is 100 % genuine and they will not return. All the customers are having the similar experience with shopclues.com

            Hi, I had purchased CDMA mobile from shoplcues on[protected], but I got a faulty handset so they said me that either they would refund it or would provide a replacement. So they provided a refund on 4th July but its still two weeks and up and I haven't got any refund in my bank account and they had clearly says that if you had paid by Debit card it will reflect it in 7 - 9 Days.                 Ordered a mobile Sony Xperia C from Shopclues.com. The product was delivered but the invoice was not sent even though the order number was given and verified by the vendor. The touch pad of the phone seems to have some problem now and without bill unable to claim manufacturer's warranty. The Bill has to be given by the vendor for any purchase made.

                      The customer care says i have received the same as i have ordered, but i saw the page http://www.shopclues.com/reebok-classic-sunglasses.html which clearly says Reebok sunglasses not a duplicate one, also most of the reviews you would find there would go with my complaint its just they are not raising this issue this is cheating from ShopClues and/or Little Paris-the seller to rob the consumer's hard-earned money. The customer care hardly cares what the consumer gets or paid for...

                          1stly amount deduction - 500 ( memory card which i had cancelled at that time only . Money deducted from my account, they are not listening )

                          2nd - i had ordered 8 gb pendrive . They have sent me broken earphones of sony ( i had not cheaked the order and sent it as a gift to my 8 year old cousin in punjab .. Now he has sent me snaps against it .. First time i had ordered . Thats why been made fool

Shopclues is not responding my phone call & mails. Other stores like flipkart, lenskart etc used to refund within 2 days but its already 5 days gone but there is no clearance for refunding the amount from shopclues.

                            Sir Pls do the needful to get my amount refunded to my account.

                              I Ordered Micromax X253 Black Mobile for Rs.1, 322 from shopclues.com with following details. Order Date : 26 Jun 2014, 01:02 PM Order No : 15707183 I haven't received the order yet. (I'm updating this status as on[protected]:00 PM) It was dispatched on June 28, 2014 through DTDC Courier with Tracking No. Z19809819. While tracking on DTDC website it is showing that "IN TRANSIT" at location "DELHI APEX, DELHI" the status was not updated after Sun, Jun, 29, 2014. I contacted DTDC regarding this they were unable to locate my shipment. But shopclues.com changed the order status as complete without any proof. And lodged a complaint by calling[protected] on the following dates 07 Jul 2014 08:37:18 10 Jul 2014 18:32:08 14 Jul 2014 19:09:12 17 Jul 2014 19:19:07 The person who were at shopclues end repeatedly saying that "Sorry for your inconvenience we will get back to you in 48 hours with the update" in all my conversations.But no reply i received from them till now. On my last conversation @ 17 Jul 2014 19:19:07 i spoke to the person named Vaibhav (Said by him may be duplicate name) on Phone [protected] he also repeated "Sorry for your inconvenience we will get back to you in 48 hours with the update" which was shopclues slogan to fool customers but i was continuously asking for immediate solution he came down to 24 hours slogan. Moreover i asked him if you want 24 hrs more the persons who were handled my three conversion on 07 Jul 2014 08:37:18 10 Jul 2014 18:32:08 14 Jul 2014 19:09:12 not done anything on my complaint?/They are useless? He said that those persons was useless. I was not compromised on his talk he himself disconnected the call without proper reply. I don't have any hope on receiving my money/product. I am requesting all please don't purchase anything from shopclues.com. No adequate knowledge for customer service executives. Overall money minded fraud website. Please don't buy anything from Shopclues.com.

                              Now Vaibhav also turned to useless guy as he was exhausted his 24 hours timeline. Thank you Vaibhav for false commitment on 17th July 2014. Be noticed of your name. Anybody want to buy from shopclues.com please observe this reply from shopclues.com. Now they have changed their slogans from 24/48 hours to indefinite. "The timely updates will be shared on your registered contact details" this means i will get this refund may be in 1 year/2 years or may not be getting.

                              So i strongly request all to don't buy anything from shopclues.com.

                              Be hassle free try some other website.

                                      Hi my name is Ankur vasoya, I have purchased one Samsung 40H5100 40 Inches Full HD Slim LED
                                      Television (QTY:1) on 13 oct 2014 by shopclues.com (order number :[protected] but i received a
                                      mail after some day that shipment is delay and requested to cancel the order
                                      hence I have canceled order on 23 oct 21014 but I didn’t receive my money up to
                                      till date (29/10/14) I have contacted shopclue customer care but not given
                                      proper answer.
                                      Order number[protected] i was ordered Bluetooth head set on 18-Oct-2014 by paying money before order becoz there was no COD available for this product i was waited till 28 oct but still i have not received order then i cancelled the order from my account.
                                      i was got the message on my mobile that your order is cancelled and your money will be refunded as per rule and detailed regarding refund has been sent to your registered emial ID, but i contentiously checking my mail but i didnt received any mail till on today
                                      so kindly look into the matter and refund my money as early as possible

                                      I got the mail stating the order is ready to dispactch but later they sent me that they will refund the amount.
                                      Its 15 days no and they are not replying anything, not even replying to my mails.

                                      Shop Clues — on srious mass fake product

                                      i have brought ON SERIOUS MASS from shop clues and it taste like mixing wheat flour with water, , the product contains almost 90% wheat.so kindly take any action against the seller for cheating people.

                                      They are not response and didn't send anything

                                      I order trimmer . they said march 10 it will delivered. but still i didn't get that. they just mailed unavailablity due to delay that's it. doesn't tel when will be delivered. if i called customer care also not responsed.

                                        I am place order ( No 15900025 &[protected] on 29.06.2014 . They shipped on 30th & 1st Jul 2014 by DotZot courier service (ref[protected] & [protected] . They told order will reach 5 working day .I contact shopclues.com ( Ticket no 912197, 932557) but they not response my request I also contact Dot Zot by their website they called me no[protected] &[protected] two times but they also not told proper delivery date. Please help me
