Hi, I had purchased RayBan glasses from shopclues.com on 26th June, upon receiving the order the glass was not fitter properly and the glasses were not of RayBan, they were duplicate. I ordered for a door adjustable pushup bar via Shopclues.com, As per them its adjustable door bar and delivered in two day through courier.
Paid the mony via credit card.

The size of the door bar is not enough and its not adjustable to my door and i called immediately to report this and replace my order,
Customer support told me we cant replace order.. As per policy if there is any defect then we can replace...
