I am place order ( No 15900025 &[protected] on 29.06.2014 . They shipped on 30th & 1st Jul 2014 by DotZot courier service (ref[protected] & [protected] . They told order will reach 5 working day .I contact shopclues.com ( Ticket no 912197, 932557) but they not response my request I also contact Dot Zot by their website they called me no[protected] &[protected] two times but they also not told proper delivery date. Please help me

    Msbi[protected]igw7662080 transfer to[protected].00.) but i not receive any order number in 3 days. Company send my mail (Yor have an order in incomplete/failed state waiting for you-3 days ago). What happend my order. Please check my payment orders. I contact company customer number, but no response.

      I have purchase a Mobile BlackBerry Z10 (Black) on[protected]. vide order No.14017013, the said product is delivered to me on[protected]. after received the said product, I have started the same, but microphone is not working. whatever i say in any call listener is not able to hear my voice. so please change the product immediately, I have mail on[protected], but till-today no any reply by your site. so please return the same and refund in my Bank Account, immediately. I have also sending the product image by email to-day. My Product is pick-up by your courier on[protected] and the same was delivered to you on[protected], but till to-day I have not received refund of the same, as amount of Rs.15499/-. Only refund, as I have purchase mobile online. I have paid the amount of the product one month before, and the said amount is large. Please refund the said amount urgently, in my bank account. I have contact your customer case on 02/07/2014, 05/07/2014, 08/07/2014, 10/07/2014 and again 11/07/2014, only one reply please wait 1 to 2 days, but still the refund is not received. So please refund the same immediately, otherwise I lodge the complaint in Consumer Court, regarding this issue. PLEASE HELP ME. (MOST URGENT)

            I made credit card purchase for a samsung grand mobile worth 17599, on 21st june, they ahve debited amount from my account and delivered the product in wrong address( silugiri assam) i am in tamilo andu, when i contacted no reply from website, i made complaint nad asked for refund but also no reply from them, now i have contacted my bank, if i would ahve done in netbanking, that sol my money ig gone, please dont buy in shopclues.com, order no = 15412829

              Hi, I had purchased RayBan glasses from shopclues.com on 26th June, upon receiving the order the glass was not fitter properly and the glasses were not of RayBan, they were duplicate. So I requested return with asking for refunding my amount. They had picked up my courier and I had mail from them conforming that they received the shipment on 3rd or 4th July. I am continuously asking them for refund but they are not responding and not paying my refund as well. My Order no is 15724039

                  I have ordered for two units of HP Scanners vide Order No[protected] and paid by debit card to avail discount. I received 1 unit instead of two. I approached Shopclues about the same, they registered my case. three days passed by i did not receive any updates from them. I called back at the customer care. I requested them to have conference with the merchant, the local courier partner to resolve the issue.They asked me to wait for 48 hours for resolution of the issue on their part and asked me to send the snapshot of the product. I sent the snapshot, I waited for more four days. No phone or updates were received from their side. I again called them, this time they asked me to upload the invoice copy and asked me to wait for another 48 hours. Seeing the irresponsible attitude of Shopclues I my self contacted the courier Blue Dart head office and lodged the complain about the missing unit.I received an email from the regional head office stating that they had received only one unit of the product which they delivered and asked me to contact shopclues for the issue I talked to Mr Sanchit Sharma the senior executive of Shopclues and requested him to look upon the matter and also asked him few questions like why they delayed the matter for three months without sharing any updates about their so called inquiry.When i was the main part of the inquiry why i was not kept in the loop. I asked him how can such a big company be so irresponsible to abandon the matter for such a long time without any resolution. He could not reply to any of my questions.He assured me that he shall look into the matter and inform me and share the proceeding within 3 days. I waited for more three days.No calls and updates from shop clues's side.I called the customer care and asked them to make me talk to Mr Sanchit Sharma. They made me to wait till half an hour over the phone and then terminated the call by telling that he shall contact me by the end of the day. But Mr Sanchit Sharma never called back. Till today I have made round about 7 calls to Shop clues to talk to Mr Sanchit Sharma. But all in vain after waiting 15-20 mins over the phone the customer care personal used to terminate the call by telling he shall contact you by the end of the day. Moreover I called shopclues every 4 -5 days interval each time in this 3 and a half months phase each time they asked to wait for 24 to 48 hours.Each time I was made to wait for atleast half an hour over the phone. Today 3 and a half months have passed and still my matter is not solved.I lost money over telephone bills and top of this I was mentally harassed by making me to wait for half an hour on every occasions of my call.Finally they had mailed me stating that the merchant has shipped two units and they have completed their service and thus the case should be closed. They have concluded without my concern.

                    I ordered a mobile phone from shopclues.com and it was not delivered to me. When I received an email for delivery confirmation on 07/02 I contacted both shopclues.com and the courier company. In courier company's website it was showing delivered to a person(Bibhuti Das) I don't know. I called shopclues.com multiple times and explained it was not delivered tome. Nothing has happened in last 10 days and now I am afraid it might be a scam or something like that.

                      Shopclues a really fraud and cheater, never buy anything because they sell fake and local products. I ordered the product more than 6 months ago but shopclues delievred defective product. I placed a refund request for the same but I never got any fair response to the issue and neither they had resolved them. Its being more than 6 months that I had placed a refund request for my order no 10413183 from more than 6 months but since then I have been contacting them and sending emails to them, everytime I just got a response we would refund your money soon and sometime got the mail that we have already refunded the money but never got the refund amount.                         I am unable to track my shipment.I have ordered the shipment on 8th jun2014 and the shipment was shipped on 9thjun2014 but I am unable to track my shipment.Shopclues has provided one shipment tracking id but that shipment tracking id was unable to track.I have checked withDotzot courier services, they are not having that shipment itself with them, raised many complaints but very poor response from shopclues team.

                          I’m purchased mobile handset (Model HTC desire S) from Shoclues.Com as order #8371989., after receiving my product I found defect in battery. For this I companied to Shoclues but they sent used battery to as replacement. After this I’m again complaint regarding used battery but they asked image for same so on 12th Dec 2013 I send images but till now any resolution not given by Shopclues. Now due to this battery my handset got damaged and not working fine.
