      Sir, I received the Frendz Induction Cooktop with Free Kadhai from www.shopclues.com on July 01, 2014 and damaged product received also not received warranty card with bill. Induction cooktop switch off automatically within two to three mins due to overheat. If I switch ON after three mins again switch off within thirty seconds. So im not able to use the induction also the ceramic plate was damaged. I raised the complaint to Shopclues customer support for refunding the amount Rupees 999 but they are not responding for my E-mail. I don’t know to whom I have to send the E-mail.           I ordered for a door adjustable pushup bar via Shopclues.com, As per them its adjustable door bar and delivered in two day through courier.
          Paid the mony via credit card.

          The size of the door bar is not enough and its not adjustable to my door and i called immediately to report this and replace my order,
          Customer support told me we cant replace order.. As per policy if there is any defect then we can replace the order.

          Product is adjustable to door bar and its not fit for standard door. He keep on saying same dialogue for 30 minutes and i lost faith in this purschas,
          i used to buy product through online from many websites, but first time i used shopclue...

            order id 14756741, I paid them 25 days back. They sent me order shipped message 23 days back with fake tracking id. In last 23 days their tracking id was never traceable on courier website & always showed that such tracking id does not exists. I contacted customer support numerous times but never received any satisfactory response. Till date I am contacting their customer support repeatedly but still their attitude is that we don’t care, do whatever you can do. I don’t know what to do now, these people seems to be really a big gang of fraudsters & someone should take action against them.

              The worst ever service received from Shop Clues. I have ordered for an original Samsung Note 2 Flip COver Black cover on 24th of June. The consignment was received today through DTDC. First the cover received was not original, It was from very local made and worth not even of 100bugs. Secondly, It was white in color when I ordered for a black one Third, I received the same in a opened cover instead of a sealed cover. Fourth, It was looking so much dirty that no one will say its an new one. It looks older than atleast a year.

                B E W A R E...This merchant is selling fake ON Serious Mass. I was Feeling damn sleepy after eating this. After few weeks I realized that Serious mass provides a huge scoop with it but I was provided with small 30grm scoop. God knows what did I eat...Never buy from Shopclue as they do not verify their merchants and any Tom dick or harry can sell any crap. I will case against this merchant as well as Shopclue. Such an irresponsible act from Shopclue. Merchant - Health comes first Product- On Serious Mass 12lb Strawaberry Flavour.

                  i have ordered for a kent water purifier through shopclues and also the amount has been deducted from my card. After waiting for 5 days i am getting a call from the customer care that the product is not available and the order is getting cancelled and the money will be credited back to my account. Here is a serious concern.
                  1, why the website upload rates of the items which are not available?
                  2. After deducting the amount how can you cancel the order? When its 100% prepaid then under any circumstances you're suppose to get me the product i have ordered online.
                  3. My money is stuck with your purchase for over 5 days, what about the interests i am being charged against my credit card?.
                  4. I don't think it will be wrong to say that you people take money from different people by showing fraud offers and use this money in earning interests from the bank.

                  wHATEVER IS THE CASE.I WANT MY ORDER TO BE IN PLACE AND SHOULD BE DELIVERED TO ME AS COMMITTED.

                    Hi, Order number 15045889 . I have placed order on 13th June 2014 and still it is not delivered . Even customer care is not able to provide me status of the order/update . I think I should wait for 5-10 years for same . Once the product gets expire then only they use to dispatch or deliver the product. I would suggest not to buy any product as Shop clues services are worst in country . They have many seller who use to sell duplicate product . I think some agency/company/gov come forward and should visit their seller store and product to check product quality . If found guilty then should ban shopclues website and its seller.

                    Received same response for last mail also .. Even you have scheduled a callback from your manager and I didn't get any call .. I have all recording of all call . I can't trust on shopclues.com and fake customer server center .
                    It seems, they are not interested to deliver the product . Whenever we post some issue on this website they just reply to that we are looking into that and after that they will not reply or look at the comments .

                    I have posted issue on 30th June and according to shopclue fake customer service, it is resolved ( to show other user on this website ), but still I have not received the product and they are not able to update me with status of order . After doing follow up more then 6-7 times, finally I have decided to file a case against these people and file mental harassment also as it is effecting my daily life . I do have much work to do other then follow up with fake customer care .

                    I ordered a product on 8th December 2014. After taking ages the Shop clues people mentioned that they could not delivery the product as its not within delivery area. They requested me to take the refund of the money and reorder the product. On 16th December 2014 they refunded me the money.
                    After re-ordering the product on different serviceable address on 16th December 2014 I reordered the product. After taking ages they mentioned me that the product is out of stock with the merchant and they are looking for a different merchant, they finally agreed to deliver the product on 26th December 2014 and the product was to be delivered by 2nd January 2015. As the product was not delivered I enquired them and they mentioned me to have patience and they would track the product shipped. Again on 7th January they tracked and now they are mentioning me that the product is lost by the courier and are requesting me to take the refund of the money.
                    I don;'t need the money I need the product.
                    I feel they are fake people and running scams.I have all the proof of their mails.

                      I have purchase a samsung 9000maH power bank from shopclues.com and they send me a product in terrible condition terrible packaging and that too was faulty and after so many attempts and when i send them a full video of the product they agreed to accept the return of the product when i asked them for pick-up they denied and asked me to ship the product and when i asked them for providing the return address they send me too addresses to confuse me and then i asked them again to give me one address but no reply then i send the product on one address but when i deliver the product they have refused to accept it. my order id is 14988397 also they have send me some irresponsible mail find them in attachment

                          Hi ShopClues fraud team, I have purchased Multi Home GYM-Lifeline product worth of rupees 13500/- from shop clues 1 month ago. They have send the unassembled machine at our home, from which important parts are missing, whose complain is already been registered with fraud customer service of this fraud online website. The **bloody hell managers** are never available nor any escalation level is there in so called e-commerce website. No matter how much irritated the customer is due to this loss of his/her previous money. I haven't got the missing part yet, though without my consent the customer support team has sent my request to reverse order. I request please read this mail carefully and somebody share this post as many times as you can and help me in stopping these fraudlent websites which claims you to help.

                            I had received the item from the Shopclues on 12th June 2014 the ordered (BAJAJ Ceiling FAN) from Blue Dart.Tracking no is- [protected].

                            I had checked the item and found the FINS (BLADES) are missing. I have lodge the complaint in Shopclues customer care on 13th June 2014. From that day I am continuously following the same with Customer care with
                            the same reply that "within 48 hrs the complaint will be resolved"

                            After 20th they have not bothered to inform me the current status of my complaint.

                              Dear sir, I had ordered a sunglass from shopclues.com website price of 349 but they gave me a very heavy key locket free with this sunglass and the small box in which sunglass secure from damage they sent me these two item together in this small box. Just think about that there is no safty and protection of sunglass. it is so sensitive. They did'nt think that heavy key locket can damage sunglass barely.                                 I had ordered an iPhone 4s case from Shop Clues. The color ordered was black and blue combination and received is green and blue on 16 june 2014. I have lodged a complaint and also sent the pictures of wring peice. Shop clues is not responding to my mails and aslo I am calling since last 4 days every day. The answer received is that we will look in to the matter in 24 hours. I think Mr. Sanjay Sethi's 24 hours are equal to 30 days or so and hence he is giving these instructions to his team for making the customers irritate. One of the worst companies in customer care. One of the worst companies with worst vendor base. Please let me know how can I file a complaint against this company and take my money back.

                                  I have ordered a product a Pigeon Non Stick Tadka Pan from shopclues.com vide Order No. 15360141 dated 19.06.2014 but instead of the said Item they have delivered Pigeon Hard Anodized Tadka Pan on 23.06.2014 and when I asked for the return of the same they informed that they have forwarded the matter to the concerned seller (Shree Ganapati Sales Corporation, Jaipur) but the seller is not available hence it will take time. My concern is that earlier also I have made the purchase of Nokia Lumia 520 Mobile Phone from shopclues.com vide Order No. 12287545 dated 24.03.2014 and have requested for providing the proper Tax Invoice but they have not provided the same and when I asked them they replied the same as above that seller is not available and till date also they have not provided the Tax Invoice. So much irresponsible Customer Service shopclues.com is having, ruthless. Hence I request you to please help me in this regard as I want the refund of money / return of item immediately without any further delay otherwise they (shopclues.com) will never take the matter seriously.                                     sir, i had brought headphones Beats Studio Lamborghini Hi-Def Headphones from ShopClues.com website and the box it is mentioned that it includes travelling case, 2 AAA batteries, airlines adapter, bluetooth, mic with wires. This website said it 100% original and they on sale so they selling 5999/- product on 672/- . and when i received the headphones it only one connecting wire and even the quality is not ok.when i complaint to them they saying it original and they are not ready to explain why i did not receive the product which were shown on the box. thanking you, bhawana puri [protected]@gmail.com

                                    I have ordered Jockey Socks- Set of 3 with order number 37810051 on www.shopclues.com. Shockingly, I have received JOKKEY with an original packing of JOCKEY. My feedback submitted wasn't even shown on the reviews list.

                                    Also Nike set of 3 ankle socks (QTY:2) with order number 37811039 was not a genuine product.

                                        Hi I got fooled by ShopClues people when i bought pack of 4 Polo tshirts, thiniking they are POLO brand as they mentioned the same in the description, to my shock thy turned out to be some local brand by name TSX and the quality was pathetic, i am brand consious and will not be able to use them. when i complained to them and asked for refund they rejected saying that they are not concerned with the quality. This is cheating from SHopclues... my money time and effort are all wasted because of this stupid company ... i dont want others to fall into this prey and dont encourage such companies to dupe customers... Please help me in taking action against them... i ordered other products as well and would like to cancel them because i dont want to do business for them... and they are saying it is not possible since the product is shipped.Thanks and Regards, Praveen Syamala.
