I have ordered a combo o[censored]stin Polo Club 1 Black gents + 1 White Watch ladies on shopclues.com with order no.12277593 But I have received the products found that the dial of ladies watch is broken. Also they sent Bosco polo club white watch instead o[censored]stin polo club white watch! The quality of leather is really poor. The product comes with 6 months manufacturer warranty. But they have not sent any warranty card. In addition the watch boxes dont contain any or Manufacturing date. The products must be fake.

    I have ordered a Nokia mobile on SHOPCLUES.COM on 13/01/2013 (order id[protected] on the name of my father in law (SagarMal Hiran) for his birthday gift, but they could not made availed it to me. First they made me fool that there is a delay and product might take a time to reach but at last it could not be reached to me. Finally when I asked them for refund of my prepaid amount for the same, they are continuously making me fool that there is some glitch at their payment gateway and asked my bank account details after my continuous and hard follow up. Even till date I could not get the refund yet. I am continuously following for my refund on Mail as well on telephonic conversation, and they again and again making the delay and saying that it will take 7 to 9 days each time when I follow up. I have already threatened them that the matter i will raise on the consumer court and in media but they are shameless and not making the refund with each and every time false and fake reason like glitch or fault at their payment gateway. They could have transferred the refund into my bank account, details of which are already provided to them 15 days ago. They are just making me fool. I doubt that actually they want to make refund or not. Please look into the matter and help to get my refund back.

    On mail dated 15/03/2014, you have said that my account details were forwarded to your accounts team and refund will be settled and reflected in my bank account within a week which means it should have been settled latest by 22/03/2014. Then what the hell you are saying that it will further need further 2 weeks to settle.
    I cant understand what is going on there. You are making me fool from last 75days. If you cant do business properly then why are you standing in the market.
    I am warning you, refund my payment in 2 days.

      I placed my 1st online order with ShopClues on 26-Feb for Nokia Bluetooth BH-217 (with all accessories) Order no: 11561267. I've confirmed via email before buying & shipment about accessories in the box along with the bluetooth device & I was advised they will be included. I paid full advance (Rs. 528/- Deal amount). They do a Quality check before dispatching. I received delivery on 3-Mar'14 & when I opened package I found accessories which were committed they were missing like Car Cradle, Carrying Clip etc hence I instantly notified their Call centre & also emailed. Then they requested me to send pics which I did. They arrange to re-ship it back to them & agreed the parts were missing. Even on the Nokia box it is mentioned "includes Car Cradle & carrying Clip". Their merchant then changed the logs on his website that this now wont be part of Std package. However I showed their staff, it was mentioned earlier, after they were convinced they gave me below options. I was then given an option of Refund / Re-shipment. I preferred re-shipment since that was all, what I needed. They created a new number this time. Order No: 11957418, dtd 12-Mar'14. They doing quality check on 14-Mar'14. The only reason why it has to be re-shipped was to ensure that this time all the missing accessories are delivered. I received its shipment on 18-Mar'14 & opened it with a LIVE VIDEO recording to capture everything (http://youtu.be/j0V5WqwcNng). To my upset, this time again the same set of accessories were missing, it seems they have sent the same parcel which was sent earlier. On the Nokia box it is clearly mentioned "includes Car Cradle & carrying Clip" but still it wasn't found. It clearly seems either their Quality Check Dept' OR the merchant has tampered / opened the box & removed the accessories. I instantly notified their call centre, followed by an email for the same. Trust me, I was very upset since I've developed lots of hopes & desire for my product. Why shouldn't I? Also I identified that their merchant is selling this product with all accessories as a different heading at a premium price of Rs. 750/- (I booked it @ Rs. 528/-) hence he may be reluctant to deliver the accessories to me. All this while, its me who kept calling their service center, sending them emails, but they never entertained. I told their call centre staff - Gaurav Pahuja & Mr. Jaswinder very clearly that I expect "only want my complete order to be dispatched to me. & do not prefer any refund" since that's was useless now, I've wasted lots of time, energy etc in highlighting in 1st place etc etc. I've also now lost similar deals available on online/retail stores near my location. They can't simply refund my amount & run away from your responsibilities." Trust me there were more than 10 phone calls & 10 emails I have send to express my expectation. Still they ignored & this morning, 27-Mar'14, they emailed they have initiated my refund, which means they simply want to run away from their responsibilities by supporting these cheating merchants (Shri SidhiVinayak Online Store & Shri Shyam Telecom). When I contacted their call centre they said "Merchant isn't having this in stock right now" My question to them was, if it wasn't in stock then Why did they accept my deal in 1st place? What check their Quality Check Dept did on 28-Feb before dispatching? If merchant wasn't having it in stock they why did they re-ship (They have arranged for re-shipment it means they wud have confirmed the availablity)? What check their Quality Check Dept did for the 2nd time on 14-Mar before dispatching? To all these questions, I got only one answer, via email & also via phone from their Support Staff - "Gaurav Pahuja", "Sir - I accept our mistake & we are sorry since its our mistake for all these 3 instances" I do not know their merchant, I only know Shopclues since it seems to be an authentic company & I've paid them hence I'm liable to ask them about my product in full. It should be their responsibilty to get it from any merchant & deliver my product to me in full. Its more than a month now &; they are not concerned for the mental stress which I've gone thru. There merchants are misleading clients by pasting inappropriate product features on their website & ShopClues is supporting them. They want to sell it at premium rates but doesnt want to fulfil the order taken at lower rate. Despite having it in stock they are not dispatching it & initiated my refund which i never wanted. Above all they say they have BUYERS PROTECTIONS so that merchants do not cheat customers. I would say they do not mean it, if they mean so they would have helped me in getting my deal. I have wasted more than a month for this. Lots of time, energy & money has been wasted in making phone calls & emails to them. Mental stress has developed.       Pathetic Customer Service staff.. Uneducted... Unpadh-gawaar (Cluebucks not credited... )

      My order no. 46342373 was canceled on 13-Apr'15 (within 1 hour of placing the order) however the refund is still not credited into my account. I patiently waited for few days & still it was not credited hence I emailed them last week enquiring about the same, but they sent standard replies "Inconvenience regretted, the same will be credited into your Acct soon etc"

      Everyday, I receive marketing emails from them & then I visit their site to make the purchase; however unable to purchase since refund isn't given to my account. Now for those who are not aware, just to inform you CLUEBUCKS is their own rewarding pattern, which if required they can credit instantly (real-time) unlike transferring money back to credit card acc' which takes longer. I missed so many deals, because most of them are deal for the day which expires on the same day if not availed. I beleive if I've cluebucks in my acc' then why should I pay from my pocket. Cluebucks is again my right since they were in return to my cancelled transaction as a refund.

      Due to delays from their end, i missed deals. I called their customer-service team & spoke to the most un-educated agent "Reyazuddin" @ 4.18pm on 20-Apr'15 - who doesn't understand English. He failed to understand my query & kept on giving standard responses hence I've to ask for floor supervisor, with a hope that he will be better than this. After long hold, the call was transferred to some NAIEM AHMED. He said the same thing, there was a technical error in our systems hence cluebucks were not transfreed; wait for another 2-3 days & the same will be done..." I said cluebucks is your internal rewarding / refunding systems which doesnt rely on 3rd party, they should be able to credit on the same day itself, I'm missing deals from last few days due to this delay from their end. Even today i wish to buy couple of products http://www.shopclues.com/boston-bugs-polo-t-shirt-8-color-option.html & http://www.shopclues.com/designer-double-bed-sheet-with-2-pillow-covers.html & wish to pay 40 Cluebucks in each of the deal, but he said he can't do anything in the same.

      I asked him the name of guys who answered my phone before to him, but he denied giving his name saying it is confidential information. Being a floor supervisor NAIEM should know i wasn't asking for anyone's phone number or Address, i just wanted to clarify on operators name so that I can mentioned it in my complaint.

      Then I asked NAIEM for escalation matrix, email address for complaints / grevience dept's but again have any concrete information on the same. He kept on saying send email on same email from where u get marketing emails everyday.

      I fail to understand how come this sort of guys with least customer service knowledge becomes FLOOR SUPERVISORS @ Shopclues?

      I was already annoyed by this time. This is the same company who delayed Cluebucks credit in past for me, sold inferior quality complaints, gave pathetic customer service in the past for me - just check my account for number of returned products & complaints lodged. hence I paused buying from shopclues for a while however then thought now these guys would have improved hence re-started shoping with them a month back, but experience was not different.

      I don't think Shopclues deserve to be a Ecommerce website untill they come up with a good products & customer service dept'. I'm not going to except this sort of poor customer service & loss due to delay in executing the refund. I'll write a complaint to other consumer forums too.

        http://www.shopclues.com/gnc-100-whey-protein-2.0-lbs.html I ordered GNC 100% Whey Protein 2.0 lbs. The item is not original. The original packaging is broken on the right side completely. On the top it is manually sealed and not factory sealed. On the package it is printed chocolate and they just put the sticker on it saying vanilla. The inside bag is also not factory sealed and powder is coming out of it. This is scam and not original. Emailed/called customer support multiple times.           I purchased 1 Monster Beats Solo HD Headphone.
          On Site it is written that it's original cost is INR 2499 and here it is on the offer of 86% off means rs. 339 only.
          It is written that this is the brand by Dr. dre but when I got this product by courier and saw inside it was completely duplicate.
          I asked Shop clues to get the product back but they are saying that whatever I got is what they commited on site.

          This company is just a duplicate selling company.

            I have ordered a Reebok Unisex wrist watch on www.shopclues.com with order no. 12161611. In the Shopclues Android App 24months warranty is written against the product. But shopclues sent me a 6 months warranty card! So I have attached associated pictures of the watch, packet, warranty card. Is the product is fake? Or warranty card fake?

              I Really Disappoint with This site. I Paid one product the cost is 1990. But they are automatically changed the Low cost product to My account. The product amount is only 1500. I contacted CS team but no reply from shop clues. and then I contacted Higher officials they also Not respond my complaint. Now i am lose near 500 R.S.

                Hi, my order no is: 11419347 and my return id : 217141 (created on 25 Feb 2014, 10:46 AM) I recieved a counterifiet fake product (whey protein supplement) from shopclues more than one month back and created a return request for it.after hundreds of phone calls and the proofs i sent they agreed and asked me to return the product.I then got a mail that my refund has been initiated and my return request on their website was completed.But I DID NOT get any money back. they have cloesed the return request also and got the product back also.Now everytime i call them they tell me they will look into the issue. But they are not refunding my RS 6500 even after taking back the fake product and completeing the refund request.Could you please help. and also could anyone tell me how I can approach consumer court for the matter.                   Ordered a Mobile Case. Order No.[protected]. I have paid 200 Rs. in advance using my Net banking. After even 6 days of purchase product not delivered. and after 6 days i had put up an email to customer support and a refund request was generated. Most horrible thing: Still website shows product is available for purchase though it is not.

                    Hello, I had purchased an Air Cooler(Order No.[protected] from ShopClues.com, which i received after a big time follow up and almost a battle of around 18 days. Despite of all the efforts the seller has sent a defective product without even doing a basic testing and the team is not ready to understand the concern. They are forcing me to return the order and wait for replacement, which will take up my whole month. The customer care is just fooling me around without understanding the issue. This is totally irresponsible behavior and a pathetic service. This is casing me utter harassment and stress.                       Hi, I ordered a Blackberry 8250 from shopclues and order no. is 12205299. They shipped me a second hand phone on which new outer body is installed. Its camera is broken and keypad has colour fade over its keys and it seems that it is used set. Now pls help me to get it replaced or get my refund.

                        Sir / Madam I would like to inform you that the merchant/dealer as well as shopclues website has cheated me by providing fake and not worthy goods. I m mentioning the points 1) The product which i ordered is " Beats by Dr. Dre Monster Headphones " whose original price mentioned in your website is Rs 11990 after providing a discount of 95 % it is priced at Rs 590. But the product i received was a duplicate or fake one which can be obtained for a price tag of Rs 50. My claim for the above point will be that how can a online website support a merchant to sell a fake or duplicate product and spoil the brand name as well as cheat the consumer. To strengthen my claim i would like to mention that all the products bought from shopclues are original ( which appears as scroll message in your website). 2) The second claim would be the warranty. as per the website the product is covered under manufactures warranty for 6 months. I would like to know which manufacture will provide a warranty for the fake or duplicate product.by providing false description of the product and cheating the consumers hard earned money. 3) The product obtained doesn't have a serial no or bar code. which are very necessary for a warranty claim or to check whether the product is genuine or not which was not available in my case. the first would be to get a compensation from the merchant for the trouble and mental agony and the second would be against the website for allowing such merchants to sell the fake and duplicate product on the online and misguiding and misleading the consumers. i would also like to add up at the last that when i claimed for the refund of the money by stating all the reasons with valid explanation there was only one response from their side that the product ordered is the same as specified in the site.

                          Hi, I Ordered Power Bank Order no- #11942863 on 11 march 2014 for which I got a mail that it has been shipped on 13 March 2014 (Order tracking number :- [protected]) . Its been 10 days but i have not received my order neither I am able to track it...i have already log a complaint for the same, but there is no action taken from shopclues ..                             I ordered a product on shopclues.com with order no.11967053. They cancelled the order due to non-availability on 19th march. They assured that I will get the refund in form of clues bucks within 48 hours. They are not giving my money till now. I want it urgently.

                                  I had purchased a mobile pouch worth about Rs 1300/- via order no, 10436497 in January this year. While purchasing the product i had specifically mentioned that i want a black pouch and no other colour will suffice. To my utter shock even after being so specific in my request i was sent a pink coloured pouch. I contacted the websites customer care but they were of no help and denied my request for a refund. The website boasts of buyer protection programme but it seems i am not entitled to the same. Its been more than two months, I have been constantly trying to speak to the organizations superiors about the same but am being not allowed to do even that. I have tried every possible alternative to contact them and make them understand their fault but no one seems to care. Kindly help me in this matter.For no fault of mine i am being forced to keep an unwanted/unordered product and pay for the same.

                                      Hi, I had placed an order for "Full Body Pain Stress Relief Hand Feet Thighs Back Shoulder Hips Head Massager" from shopclues.com on 16th Jan 2014.The amount paid was Rs. 1, 296 through credit card. On 23 Jan 2014 I got an email communication from the website that the order cannot be fulfilled due to non-availability and a refund will be initiated for amount of 1213 rupees. Since Then there has been a series of emails and phone-calls that I have made to shopclues.com, every response i get from them was to ask for 48hrs and the amount will be credited back to my credit card account. Its been 2 months and i keep on getting the same reply without any action. This is totally unprofessional behaviour. I am attaching the details of the communication with the website and till date this refund has not been settled
