I had ordered an item from Shopclues online website. Order Number: 13025375 Product: Ray Ban Wayfarer Sunglasses with Case & Clean up cloth (Imported) It was mentioned in the product description that "If you are not fully satisfied with the product, we take returns- NO condition applies, and will offer you full refund. Item price+shipping charges.Your satisfaction is GUARANTEED". I read the product description and ordered for the product. Upon the delivery I found the product is not matching my expectation and I was not at all satisfied with the product and hence I requested for return. The Return Number was: 274385. But the shopclues website is not providing the refund to me stating that the merchant had shipped the same product which I ordered for. I do understand the return policy of the shopclues and the merchant had sent me the exact product which I had ordered. But the issue is that I ordered the product reading the product description, and it stated the above mentioned lines that shopclues will take returns with no condition applied on it. And that to written in capital letters. Hence I demand the return and refund of the product.

      They refunded money for the wheels with castor which I got fitted in my cooler from the Maharaja Whiteline company. The amount of Rs. 750/- was refunded in my account.

        I purchased online laptop cum food tray which was delivered to me.The cost of the product was Rs738/-. I made payment as cash on delivery. The product is not properly fitting the seat of the car. The matter was reported on phone with request to either get the product back or provide the product which fist the seat properly. The color of the product is also varying as per the demand a grey color product was ordered but a black color product has been delivered.           bought this product which is for doing chin ups and on the product its mentioned that it can take upto 300lbs weight whereas i m just 160lbs and i just lifted one leg and it cant take my weight..it just bent from one side

              Dear Online users,

              Please do not buy anything from shopclues.com because they are trying to fool innocent peoples by taking their money and not delivering the products because they actually do not have products.
              Here is my case:
              I have ordered micromax canvas a1 phone from shopclues.com on 18th feb 2015 with order no 38395983.
              Order was confirmed and i received confirmation mail and sms also for my order, Now the problem started when i didn&#039;t got my product even after 15 days, i called to shopclues then they replied that we do not have stock for your order, i was shocked by this statement and told to shopclues executive that why you have taken order when you do not have the stock and told him to cancel my order and refund my money.
              So the cancellation request was processed by shopclues.com but i did not received my money back, then i have again called and also sent several mails also but till today (18-Mar 2015) i have not got my refund.
              Almost 1 month passed but no resolution by shopclues.com
              So this is my advice to all online shoppers to avoid shopclues.com because you will never get the product and get only harassment by big cheaters shopclues.com

                Its a gr8 fraudulent courier service...i had ordered for imported soup bowls from shopclues.com...it was broken and i had returned the product and waited for nearly 20 days but when called and asked the respected company they said we had received a wrong parcel holding a saree in it...how bakhwas...when i tried that courier service boy's number it was not reachable...very poor even a lady called me and asked for the pick up of the product on date...i thought it was a genuine service...its all poor and extremely worst...please guys before ordering ur products online see to a maximum extent to call that particular companies customer care number and enquire about the availability of the product first and specially mention them not to send it through DELHIVERY courier service...even if they say they will take the responsibility then pls don't go for placing that orders...thats the only chance we have...                       Don't buy any product from shopclues, they are the number 1 cheating e-commerce site in India. I have been using ShopClues for long time and have bought products for 2 lakhs from them until I faced this issue happened last week. My friends gifted me "Gift Certificate" of Three Thousand (3 coupons each Thousand Rupees) from Shopclues on Aug 2013. I have not used and waiting for good product, on 11-Apr-14 I recieved a e-mail saying I have used all the 3 coupons and I was shocked since I haven't used it. I called them around 5 to 6 times and explained all these things and they were saying I have shared coupon with my friends, which i never did. Finally i was able to get the details of the person who they claim have used my coupon. I tried calling him and it says "Number Not In Use", i called them back and spoke with Floor Manager, he was so arrogant and not giving proper answers. He says we have already given you the mobile number and it is your problem to track him. I asked him to cancel the order he has placed and was not getting any from response. From 11-Apr-14 till now i have made around 15 Calls to them and till now i have got my coupon back. Please cancel the Order Id: 12848691 placed by the person stolen my gift certificate code. I suspect, some one who has Shopclues internal access has stolen all the coupon code not used for long time and they have created dummy id to buy products.                         few days before i purchased a Bluetooth Headset(Bluetooth Handsfree) Restore E-100 from shopclues.com.my order number is 12874689.i recieved the product.after recieving i tried to connect with my mobiles.but it didnt connect.i ordered this produt because thay have said that the product is compatible with all amartphones in products description.believung that i purchased it.but it didnt get paired with any of the mobile.so i filed a return request on shopclues.com.but their customer support didnt respond me soon.they tok one week to respond me.they said that they cannot take the product now.so i wish to file a complaint on that website.

                          Hi, Yesterday i received the shipment. I observed that :- 1> Item looks old. 2> Scratch on the screen 3> Battery was not in a cover as charger was. Last year as well i received a broken Ganesha idol and Laughing Buddha shipment was misplaced. I thought by this time Shopclue will improve their quality but not. Since i was not in home, my relative received the shipment else i would have checked the mobile by inserting 3 sim cards and all the functionality. Doesnt matter if he has to stand at my door step for 30mins in this hot summer. Altogether i am not satisfied with the service. And from now onwards i will not recommend Shopclue shopping to my any relative.

                            hi I am rishi pandey I have to complaint against a site www.shopclues.com as i order a gym set on 14th apirl 2014 in that they have shown Body Maxx 20 Kg Weight Lifting Package + 3 Ft Bar + Dumbbells Rods + Gifts but when i receive my courier from them via blue dart courier services i didint found 3 ft bar and gifts as per my order and when i inform about this they did not take any action against this and whenever i call to there costumer care they never give proper reply i am very disappointed i have call them many times send mail many times. I have one more problem regarding a second order with shopclues.com i order 12 curtains from them but when they send me the order it was totally of very very very low grade quality I am not at all satisfied with that when i call regarding this issue to shopclues.com they again did not give me a proper reply. and i have fad up with them please help me regarding this issue i will be very grateful.                                   Fake & fraud company, shopclues have disabled or deactivated my account without informing me and my order 12616103 which i had placed was cancelled, I called them 10-15 times regarding this issue and for activating my account again as it is having 50 clues bucks plus 14 clues buck which i will get for refund. Now 2-3 weeks has been passed and they are not activating my account again. When ever i call them they say that request have been forwarded and the query will be solved within 24-48 hours, But NO use, till now my account is not activated. So i request all the online buyers not to shop on shopclues as shopclues is Fake & Fraud company...Its better to buy from roadside and not from shopclues, At list the road side sellers may solve our queries and issue but not this shopclues. FAKE AND FRAUD company...

                                  till now my problem is not solve. I thought after complaining here shopclues might solve my problem. But i was wrong, this site`s support team is useless and shameless. After giving them worst words on phone also they are not solving the problem. Now i only want to tell shopclues to leave the business and go to HELL.
                                  Shopclues is a fake and fraud company. They offers & all the discount they show is fake. and even the product is not delivery at time and because of they delay they themselves cancelled the product. Even the refund of that money is getting delayed. Iam waiting for since 10 day, but still i did not get my refund.

                                    After 4 days of order my order status was showing "order cancelled" without any cancellation request from my side.
                                    On enquiring with customer care the reply was "there is pricing error hence order cancelled".
                                    I was cheated from Shopclues.com.
                                    If there was pricing error from merchant side, doesn't Shopclues.com has the authority for Cross-check at the same moment, when the Product was put on display.
                                    On talking to Meenakshi Singh(Floor Manager, +91-[protected]) the reply was insatisfactory, neither she was able to address the issue properly and disconnected the phone without even listening properly the issue.
                                    Is this the Consumer Satisfaction that Shopclues claims about.
                                    This is a shear case of Forgery from your side.
                                    A highly reputed website like shopclues .com is doing this kind of Forgery, this was never ever expected.
                                    I have paid the money, also paid the interest on Credit card, waited for 5 long days and now you say you can't deliver it. What type of irresponsible behaviour was that from your end.
                                    I need the product anyhow, I can't bear inconvenience in any regards. Be it the pricing error, merchant problem or any damn thing I need the product.
