Hi, My name is Anuj Shrivastava. I have ordered a product from shopclues on "12 Mar 2014, 02:05 PM " Order number : 11956891 which amounts to 44k and for a normal man this is a huge amount. This order was delivered to me on 19 Mar 2014 and was found to be defective. I raised the concerned to shopclues 100 times by means of phone email and then they finally agreed that the product was actually defective and would refund my amount. But instead of this they have against sent the same product to me on "29 May 2014" . This time I have not asked for any replacement instead I have asked for refund. They have promised me over phone "Yes we will refund the amount as this is second time the product is defective." Moreover, while making the delivery at my end, these people dint even bothered to call me and dropped the cell phone at the reception . And said that "As you have accepted the delivery we will not refund the amount". I have also asked them 100 times to have the conversation on my email id : [protected]@gmail.com, then these people says "Yes Sir, we have mailed you at this email id only" . But I do not receive any mail unless and until I call them more two or three times the same. Pathetic consumer cell, who promise to resolve the problem with 48 hrs which take around 1 week for just an information with no resolution. It has been 3 months and no resolution is provided. You can also find the trailing mails of conversation wherein, I have asked them for information, I have asked them for refund and no replacement. Now again the same scenario is repeated, I have been delivered a phone which do no work and again its been a week they I am following up with them and they don't even bother to call up and inform me . I feel a sense of mental harassment by this behavior of their's. With the hope that I will get some help from you, I am writing this email. Hi,

Shopclues have not yet considered my complain and is doing nothing to resolve my concern.
They are given me a defective product and now instead of refunding my money they are saying to repair the phone.

I have paid 44k not for a defective product. So I just need my money back.
Its almost 4 months and they are so lenient and doing nothing to resolve the consumer problems.

Please do not compel me to take any legal action against you people.

          I Ordered (Order ID :[protected] a Mobile phone worth 15000 from shopclues website on 6th May and got delivery on 13th May. When i opened the small brown carton found the seal on the Blackberry box was broken and they sold me a second hand phone. Following are the damages found on the handset: 1. Back flip cover had lots of scratches 2. Paint was chipped off. 3. No seat on Box and No blackberry barcode or sticker. then i called them to replace the phone they replied it will take 6-7 days to see if merchant is ready to replace it or not. then they finally agree. On 26th may i received a sms from shopclues we have arranged a pick of your phone from same address and person will come from NOx services a courier company and handover handset and its accessories, Bill and invoice. as they said i did the same but when i was handed over him the blackberry box i asked him to check everything and he (JITENDER) did in front of me. i took the receipt from Jitender. Now shopclue is saying we have not received the phone. Box you have sent is empty. How can it possible I packed it and while handed over to Jitender (courier guy) he checked it. They have found that the courier company has messed up and they are investigating the CASE which can take another 1 month. Shopclues have the money and the phone. I don’t have anything lost 15000 rupees as well

            I ordered a skull candy ink’d 2 earbuds(order id #[protected] from their site. All I got is a 3rd grade duplicate crap instead of the original one. When i requested for a return and refund(compliant id #297061 ), they said they shipped the same product which i ordered. Ya, like i'm blind and can't differentiate between what i ordered and what i got.. I never had such experience when shopping online. I should’ve checked its reviews before buying. Their entire business is a big fraud. They are not even posting my reviews there...All reviews there are tailored and written by them! Nice way to do business!! Never ever buy anything from their site! Attached pictures of what they showed on site and what they shipped

              Be away from Shopclues they are cheat and unworthy of trusting. There is no buyer protection at all. On Shopclues.com ordered "John Philip 100% Cotton 3/4th-Pack of 3" from vendor sky shopee india ( order number[protected]listed in the site, first order out of 3 had 2 were small size which was returned back and asked for refund. Shopclues customer service sent the order by mistake the replacement and when asked to stop they asked me to refuse to accept. However the delivery happened when I was not in town. Contacted again to take it back, shopclues refused to take it back saying it was my mistake that i accepted the delivery. The 2nd order also had same problem where sizes were small than ordered 36, sent mail with photo graph and also spoke to customer service. They refused to refund or replace saying the product delivered is what has been ordered. Tried telling them that size is smaller but they kept on saying the same. Spoke to supervisor called Vaibhav he said he will check and come back, after 4 calls over period of a week could catch hold of him, he repeated the same that product delivered is what I ordered and cannot be replaced or refund can be given. The product quality is pathetic and worst than cloth which we use to wipe hands. I have decided not to buy anything from them ever.

                  I ordered a reebok watch (3) from shopclues.com. They have mentioned that its a branded watch but when i received it, its a duplicate one. WHen i contacted their customer support, then they told me that its mentioned over there that its not an original one. Moreover, its in somewhat damaged state and they are refusing to refund my amount

                  I ordered MI 16000 Mah Power bank vide order number 5439561 product got delivered to me and it was not same which I ordered, it was 20800 Mah power bank of MI.
                  Complaint was logged at CC with ticket number 3165997 and till almost a week ther is no response from them.
                  Mi is not making any power bank above 16000 Mah and all above these are fake.

                        Dear Friends, I ordered a car for my son on Sunday i.e May 18 and received a faulty car for him yesterday. The car didn't work and also the delivery boy misbehaved with my parents when they wanted to check the product. He said its against the company policies. As a consumer its my right to check the product before I take the delivery, but it seems the SHOPCLUES is not aware of consumer rights.                           I had too much bad experience with "shopclues". Fast of all in complete product delivered to me. I had purchased 1.5 ton Videocon Split AC. Shopclues deliver 2 packages in which connecting copper tube is missing. Even it was not mentioned at any where, how many packages shipped. I had may complaint but they respond very coldly and took more than 7 days and till date problem was not resolved and i was asked to provide pictures of product and box after 7 days of my complainant. I doubt whether any quality checking done before shipment by shopclues or not. how ever i request to resolve the problem soon and send me copper tube set for the product said. I had purchased the ac when summer started but summer is going to finish, my ac not started.

                            I have done online shopping from shopclues.com and before shopping i first confirmed from them that whether they will provide me with an genuine product or not, at that time they said that they will, soon after i recieved the product i raised a complaint within 3-4 days regarding the enquiry of the product that they have provided me with an fake product, soon when i called them they answered me as they will arrange a pick up for my product and will provide me with an genuine, and when i mailed them they wrote that they will revert to me within maximum 6 days but even after 9 days when i called they told me that nothing can be done from our side and when i say them to make me talk to the senior team they say that they will arrange a call back for me but everytime they lie and their senior team never calls.please help me in providing me the return

                              This complaint is about Shopclues seller Elertonic Shoppe. He is also selling in other sites and owns a shop called Naveen Electrotech Pvt Ltd., at Model Town II, Delhi 110009. The bills for product purchased from him on these sites come from this shop addresss above. I ordered a Samsung LED TV thru this cheat from Shopclues and he sent an used TV. He removed the serial number from the old TV and put it in a new box (with Mfg date in the last 2 months) and sent it to me. But the TV was looking old and there was no seal behind. The sticker that says 'Warranty VOID if seal broken' was damaged already (pls see picture). I got a doubt and called up Samsung Customer care and they said that that particular serial number TV is 27 months old. That means he has sent a 2.5 year old TV that too a repaired piece. I am fighting with Shopclues for a refund last 1 month and there is no proper response from them on pickup and refund. They keep saying I need to claim Warranty if the product is faulty. But how can I claim warranty on a product that is 2.5 years old without seal and a tampered piece. I tried to write to Shopclues CEO but shocked to learn from internet that their CEO is in Jail in US for some financial fraud. So now I understand - what do you expect from a company whose CEO is a fraud? Their merchants are also fraud. After reading all the feedback, I am able to conclude that sites like Shopclues tieup with fraud sellers who collect all used/showroom display pieces from showrooms and sell to innocent people online and we fall an easy prey to these cheats as we are impressed with the cheap price compared to market. So please beware. Do not lose money like I did. I leave it to God to punish this fraud seller - Electronic Shoppe alias Naveen Electrotech Pvt Ltd., at Model Town II, Delhi 110009.

                                  Sir, I had ordered unisex dark black sunglasses with golden frame from Shopclues.com on 9th April 2014 and had made full payment to the Website by my HDFC Debit card bearing the Card no [protected]. I was informed via mail that my order has been shipped by 14th April, 2014 and i would receive the Product by 19th April, 2014 As i did not receive the Product by 20th April, i mailed it to the Customer Support on 21st April 2014. I was informed that my product was delivered but i personally did not receive the product nor i had any kind of communication by the concerned Concerned Courier company. Iwas promised that i would be given the Proof of Delivery(POD) within 7 days but i wasn't provided with one. I mailed them twice once after their 7 day deadline had finished and once after 15 days but i was still not given the POD. I called again to the customer support but their reply doesn't change. I have been harassed mentally a lot and i want adequate compensation for the same. i have attached the snapshots of all the communication via e-mail that i had done with the company.I hope you will do the needful.                                       I had placed order to buy Nutrition product on ShopClues.com on 27th April. As per their policy, they didnt ship the product in 48 hours. Order Id[protected]. The product was not available with their merchant and they kept delaying the shipment. After much follow-ups, they finally mention that they will be refunding the amount as they couldnt ship the product. As per their mail and policy, the refund was to reflect in 4-5 working days for Netbanking. This didnt happen either and again i had to call their customer service and they updated that the refund was NOT YET initiated. Shopclues DOES NOT ADHERE TO THEIR POLICIES. I have no hope of receiving my refund now and hence lodging this customer complaint.

                                        I purchased an 32" LCD TV hayundai vide pre paid order no. 13585085 and was delivered on 12 may 2014 at 2:30 pm. I open the parcel and found that the damaged product was packed in side which as used and fully damaged. I shocked and then call to customer care of shop clues on same day. They asked me to solve the problem soon. But next day I received a mail by shopclues that they required images and videos for that. I sent them the images. but next day the same mail agian received. I sent them again. Next day on 15th may 2014 I received a mail that u can contact hauyndai service centre . On 16th 10:30 I go to service centre and they denied to attend the complaint and asked that there is no compalint registered in our record. We are not responsible for the same the seller company shopclues is responsible for the same. I email them soon but every time ithey asked that we sent the matter to merchant. But as per fact that this order was already returned by any other customer namely kalpesh degama vide order no. 13587815 of gujrat because when i open the parcel i found that the invoice was inside of the other customer/ order. Now it is clear that the merchant was fully known that they were sending the damaged material. but he cheated me and sent to me.
