Shopclues.com - The worst website I have ever had the chance to shop on. I ordered a USB 3G modem in Nov 2013 for Rs 1, 199. Order number - Order #8470909. Turns out that the product description was wrong and the product was not unlocked, so non-usable in india. They agreed to a refund. I sent the product back, but they never got back to me. I sent them the courier receipt and the proof of sending the product back. It has been 4 months that I have been waiting for my refund now and they stopped responding to my inquiries. Its a shame that such websites exist and give a bad name to indian e-commerce industry. I would never shop on Shopclues.com ever and would also recommend other online shoppers not to use the services of Shopclues.com ever. Shame on you Shopclues.com Amitoj

    I bought a Reebok Round Jagger Black Dial watch from a online store shopclues.com with order no.11609759. The product is stated as 'comes with 1year manufacturer's warrranty' in the website. But they haven't sent any warranty card. They have sent only the Invoice. After receiving the product I observe that the watch is of really low quality and the hands of the watch are not coloured as in their website. The leather belts of the watch are not tanned well & smell horribly. So I called to a Reebok store. There the person says that every original Reebok watch comes with a warranty card. But as I can't produce warranty card so Reebok store/ customer service cannnot help me in this regard. So I lodge request in shopclues.com to send me the warranty card which I deserve. But they are avoiding my point & saying that the product is sent as per description! I suspect the product is fake so they don't give the warranty card with the watch. They probably make their money by cheating their customers. So please take steps in this regard so that they give the warranty card. I attached the images of the watch I got & the watch in the website.

      HiWhen I opened the product it found damaged.Wires were twisted somewhere broken some where and damaged as wellThe quality was very very poor was not worth for moneyI am not all satisfied with the product.When I contacted them they told me on 23rd Feb to wait for 48 hours after 3 days when I contacted them they again told me to wait for 48 hours as seller was not responding. As of now the seller has not responded them and they have not yet done anything regarding my refund. I had send them mail with all the pictures and they agreed with me that the product is damaged.           I recently ordered Optimum Nutrition serious mass 12 lbs from shopclues.com . The product they sent me was a fake one and not the genuine product. I sent them regarding it and asked them to cancel my order and take it back and send me my amount. They didn't agree to it even though i provided them with every proof that the product was a fake one and not a genuine. I even showed them the email from the official company showing that the product was not a genuine one. My order number on shopclues was Order Number: 11188679 i have been cheated and at least they should have refunded me my money and take back the product when i repeatedly told them. I am never going to shop again on their site as they have no consideration of the customer, they kept siding with the merchant despite sending them all the proofs.
          i too ordered "Optimum nutrition Serious Mass 12 Lb" from ShopClues (Order No:[protected]. I have received fake product. By looking at the product quality anyone can say its fake and i have enough proofs to say its a fake product.

          Need to take serious action against seller for selling fake products. It can cause serious health issues.

            We had placed by oversight 2 orders (Order #s 11344083 & 11343463 Set of 3 Zadine Collection Cotton Dress Materials PC2-1111_1112_1117 QTY:1- 2 orders) as problem in the net banking payment portal. Accordingly payment done Rs.975 each (Total Rs.1950/-) Upon seeing my bank statement, I realised & immediately lodged complaint in the Shopping portal complaint forum. By that time both the orders have been dispatched. When contacted the portal customer care about the incident, we received the reply advising us not to receive the consignment & the amount would be refunded. Accordingly, the consignment was not received upon arrival. But to my surprise, after 8 days, the status of orders showing complete which is not acceptable & deviation from the promise given by the Shopclues customer care.             Even after more than a week of raising my complaint and also my return request # 223449 &amp; 225937 initiated after sending back the consignments through the DTDC delivery boy against Order #s 11344083 &amp; 11343463 Set of 3 Zadine Collection Cotton Dress Materials PC2-1111_1112_1117 QTY:1- 2 orders, on 25/02/2014 my return status is still elusive.

            We have confirmed the receipt of the above with the Harihar (PIN Code : 577601, Karnataka State) agent of DTDC courier Mr. Thippeswamy.
            You may please follow-up the same with the delivery channel partner.

            Hence you are hereby requested to process my return request at the earliest &amp; refund the total amount of Rs 1950/- as it is already 2 weeks now.

              This is to bring to your notice about the recent purchase i made through online shopping portal shopclues.com vide order ID 10775985 on 02-February-2014 and after a week it was told to me that for unknown reason the product will not be delivered and my amount will soon be processed and refunded. I tried tracking my order via bluedart tracking number: [protected] but no tracking info was available on the same. After repeated mails and calls to the customer support department of shopclues.com, i was given a templated response wherein everytime they say that my amount will be refunded back within 5 days and its almost 3 weeks as of today and still there's no response any refund initiation from their end. I'm a frequent online shopper but this time im left with very bitter experience unprofessional approach by a shopping site which is very happy by holding the money of its customers on misleading money back guarantees. If at all if the package was not delivered to me and my question to the authorities is: how long will it take for the package to reach back to its origin incase undelivered via Bluedart. The Answer is 2-3 days hardly. But in my case its been more than 3 weeks. Do we any authority to check the activities on fraudulent websites like these or question them in any way.

I'm having the worst online shopping experience of all time amongst all the sites i have shopped till date from domestic to international. Thanks to shopclues for spoiling online shopping reputation and experience. You guys are actually scaring first time shoppers by doing this kind of stuff with fake money back guarantees that too without delivering the product.

                  I have order a product from the ShopClues and still my product 25118427 has not been delivered.

                  Product was shipped on 1st November and still after 20 days the product is still not delivered. I contacted the customer care via email and they are just sending apology emails nothing more.

                  It feels like i have been cheated payment has been done and still they are not delivering the product.

                  The Product was going to be delivered by the &quot;Overnite express delivery&quot; and they are not able to deliver the product in 20 days.

                  I ordered bobymaxx home gym from shopclues.com on 26th feb through net banking and paid 2498 for product and delivery expense.                     I ordered a Sky Insomnia Dual sim calling Android tablet+leather cover and extra 2 batteries for my cart from shopclues.com (ShopClues order #9627485 & order date-23 Dec 2013). When it arrived on Jan 2, 2014, I came to know that it was wrong color & missing accessories product. whatever the Product descriptions mentioned items on website but it is not included properly, Wrong color of product to send, 3g Dongle Support not support, not Included - user manual, HDMI Cable, Micro USB to USB.

                    Then I contacted shopclues customer care on Jan 4, 2014. They accepted my return request and they told return amount in ordered bank account. The refund & return request with the ticket number 678686(Jan30, 2014) & ticket number - 637702(Jan 12, 2014) .The courier person came to my house took the product on Jan. 20, 2014, .Shopclues received the product on Jan. 26, 2014.here is the tracking details,

                    Shop Clues has refused to offer a Refund the money. Even though there was Buyer Protection on this purchase. I have filed a complaint with them and have escalating this issue to a senior.

                    I made a lot of calls to the customer care for refund of my money, but every time they are saying with in 2 or 3 days we will solve your problem, but no use.Those don`t know how to speak with the customers.I don`t have the words to scold them.

                    No consistency in the status update from the call center executives. Once I was told my refund is in process; next day executive said it they are waiting from feedback from the merchant. 30 days and they are just waiting for feed back from the merchant.

                    When you are going to refund the money, really you are missing all your commitments and testing the patience of the buyers. You are not at all bothered about the customer hard earned money. You are playing like any thing. Each day I am wasting money in making call to hear the same reply as will be resolved in next 2 days. It seems your customer care people speak same sentence to all.

                    This is the worst experience in my lifetime for online shopping.Also the customer service is horrible they will pick the call and will disconnect the call saying 'costumer is not able to hear us so we are discontinuing the call".I have experienced the same 10 times.

                        I bought a watch from shopclues, I received it in not working condition and the case of the watch broken completely.I received this product in worst packing.They didn`t event pack the product in air bags.They sent watch directly withou t having proper packing.I made a lot of calls to the customer care for refund of my money, but every time they are saying with in 2 or 3 days we will solve ur problem, but no use.I understand that there is no use of contacting them for the refund.Those don`t know how to speak with the customers.I don`t have the words to scold them.

                          This is to inform that I had ordered for Dymatize ISO 100 / 5 lbs / gourmet Chocolate(protein supplement) on 16th Feb (Order Id:[protected] from Shopclues.com and I had received it on 20th Feb 2014.
                          After unpacking the item(outer cover), It was found that the jar’s inner seal was open and the protein supplement was scattered on the top of inner seal and some part of it was out of the box as well.
                          It has also been noticed that the manufacturing date mismatch; on front (main) jar's label was Jan 2014 and the bottom label shows 05.06.2013 which says something else. Also, the bar code was not getting scanned at the time of authenticity check through application.
                          After looking at these defects, I have filed a complaint against these defects to shopclues.com for reverse pickup of the product and refund of my amount (5099 INR) at the earliest. But, despite making multiple calls and sending reminder mails, still there is no resolution. On every call, i have told that the issue will be resolved within 48 hrs and not returning my money. This shows the poor and fake commitment level of shopclues.com, the kind of response i am getting, forces me to approach consumer forum and take legal action against them.
                          Kindly understand, I am a working professional and it is very difficult for me to keep a close track on a daily basis related to my refund.

                          Please find attached herewith those images that have been captured on product receiving day.

                          Would request you to look into matter and help me to get my money back. Thanks!

                            I had placed an order to buy Ozomax Hair Dryer from shopclues.com, but when I received the product it was a product of Micro company which is not the one which I had ordered. I placed a return request on site, but company is refusing to take back the product. Even after continuosly following up with them and also sent picture of the product they said that product has been delivered which I ordered which is not true. I placed an order for Ozomax as it it ISO standard company where as seller ships the local branded product. This is electric product and I dont want to take chance with such local branded product. I know that the product amount is not big, it is just 100 Rs product but as per company policies if customer is not happy they have return policies are in place, but in my case they are refusing the take back the product. Therefore I request you to please look into this matter.

                                I had ordered (Order No, :[protected] a mobile phone (Micromax Make - Model No.- Micromax X351, Price - 1709) on 16 Feb 2014, 08:21 PM and paid Rs 1709 using credit card. This order was shipped via Blue Dart with tracking number [protected]. I received the product on 20 Feb 2014, 10:15 AM. We have switched ON product as per the instructions provided in the manual and found the product was faulty. The phone was not getting charge and sound (Alert and earpiece) was not enough to hear. We found the mobile phone is not useful as we can not hear the sound while calling or incoming call alert.

                                We have informed the same to Shopclues.com and raised return (212469) request on 20 Feb 2014, 04:57 PM (within 6 hours from delivery) to replace the faulty item. The Shopclues.com promised me that they will sent the courier pickup for replacement. We were waiting for almost a week and again write to Shopclues.com in the matter. But they replied that you can go to Micromax service center and get it repaired. Shopclues.com will not provide any support in the same.

                                It is requested to take action against the Shopclues.com and get my money refund from the Shopclues.com. Please also initiated strict action to BAN these type of on-line shopping portals.

This is third time i have experienced this from the same online shopping store. I purchased Phillips SHS4800 Earphone from shopclues. They have clearly mentioned that they sell only genuine products. So I ordered the same. But when I received the product it was shocking. It was a chines duplicate earphone, very bad quality and not at all useful. I asked them to refund me for that.                                         It feel very bad that even after various cyber crimes taking place, there are several sites which are taking booking of order and debit the amount from net banking/ debit card/ credit and then after long period of 2 weeks give response that they will not able to deliver products.This is also a crime to use the customers money for this span of time.
