I have placed two order in http://www.shopclues.com/ with reference to order # 8036799 dated 27 Oct 2013, 05:37 PM. This order is not delivered to till date. As per DTDC this order is pending and being attempted to deliver at Jabalpur in place of correct address Rewa. Another order 7959537 dated 26 Oct 2013 as per DTDC this order is delivered at Raigarh in place of correct address Rewa. These matters have been conveyed to customer care several time but they are not responding. I have requested for refund or delivery of order but couldn’t get anything more than harassment.

    Order No.-9693373 dated 27/12/13 has not been received yet. Courier company (DTDC, Jhansi) is confirming that product (Tracking No.-z[protected] has been lost while Shopclues.com is showing that product has been delivered. It has been more than 20 days since I am in continuous touch with shopclues.com. But these guys are not responding well. Every time they provide me dead line for refund and after that they extend it. They are unable to show proof of delivery but it has been more than 1 mont and I didn't get product or refund.

      My Order 9637369 was placed on 24th Dec 2013. After multiple calls to their call center (meenakshi, Nikhat, sandeep) to follow up on my order, i was told on 7th Jan that they could not track my order hence they are cancelling the order. This was so troublesome because even after raising multiple complains, noone of the executive nor the company kept me informed about my order which was already fully paid through CC. I requested thm to refund the money to my account and till date : 27th Jan 2014, it is not credited to my credit card account. I would like someone to please take this up and help me in refunding MY OWN MONEY .

        i had ordered two ucb watches under order no.[protected] on 5th of September from shopclues ...i received my order after a delay of one month ...when i opened my parcel the watches were different from those which i had ordered ...after that i filed complaint for wrong article delivery which was approved for return after delay of 20 days under return request no. (140263 )... after that i applied for refund of my paid money (1198+ 90=1288 ...90rs returning courier charges)...& shop clues mailed to return back the watches to their address ( clues network pvt ltd plot no.648 N.delhi pin 11061) which i sent via speed post under receipt no.(EE[protected]IN) & they have received the product on 23 dec ...now they have mailed me on 23 jan that they have not received my product but the speed post tracking site is showing to have delivered them back the article ...kindly help me in my refund attaching below copy of my return to shopclues

        I ordered an silver coin from shopclue.com worth 699, on 24 Oct 2014, Order no: 24442943. The item is untraceable from day 1 with bluedart courier. But shopclue is not refunding my money from last 2 months. Now-a-days their customer care is not responding to my mails. They've blocked my mobile so that I can not contact them from my mobile, but from others mobile it is reachable. Their customer care has no power, they only raise another ticket on behalf of customer, which is again not answered. I contacted their conflict resolution center also, but got no response.

        This is a harassment to the customer, and a wrong policy in online shopping business. They are showing good offers. After paying money sometimes cancel the order and refund money after months, and sometimes just hold the money and don't answer to complaints. Some action should b taken to stop such activities.

        PLACED ORDER FOR 2 UCB WATCHES on 5th nov 2013 from shopclues.com, RECIEVED A DIFFERENT ARTICLE, FILED A COMPLAINT AND RETURNED THE PRODUCT via india post on[protected] rcpt no.EE[protected]IN recieved by the agency on[protected]. on 23 jan 2014 AGENCY CLAIMED PRODUCT NOT RECIEVED, GP0 SRINAGAR CONFIRMED DELIVERY AND PROVIDED TRACKING RECORDS OF THE ARTICLE RETURNED, BUT COMPANY TO MY SURPRISE REFUSED TO ACCEPT. NOW after few weeks i received a parcel from shopclues which contained a damaged mini sewing machine which i have never ordrd and they are clmng that this item was returned to them from my side but the item has been bght by MANISH DANDEKAR 16130, SANGRAM CHOWK MH 416115 under shopclues ordr no.8530595 as per the bill attchd with the parcel and he has rtrnd the item to shopclues under india post trckng no.EM[protected]IN, i do not know what to do shopclues.com owe to me Rs 1300 kindly help ...more than year has passed neither they managed pick up for damaged mini sewing machine nor they refunded me my money kindly help team akosha.

          I bought dell Laptop from shopclues.com at a price of 28029, but they didnt provide me the Bill of it.
          I informed them immediately they said, your problem will be resolve within 2days but now its been a month now.
          I have marked so many mails, i used to call them after every two days, each of the member who recieve my phone say your problem will be resolve within two days.
          Now its been a month they are not yet able to solve it.
          I am very much offended now.
          Pls help me regarding this matter.

            Hi Team, I had ordered #5615671 videocon A15 on shopclues and it was delivered on aug 16 2013. there was a disturbance of sound of mic whenever i receive /call a person. so i went to authorized service center and they gave jobsheet to get refund due to problem with videocon. So i had sent a mail on nov 16th and they refused the document of authorized service center and again i adviced them to get trained as BIGC was approving the same and giving a new phone for faulty phones. then they took the complaint and initiated the pickup was initiated at dec 20 and it was picked on Jan 7th and it reached them after 8 days but they said it should reach their warehouse to get refund. After frequent calls and mails despite indicating that i would go to consumer care. they are not communicating further. Please take the complaint and let me get my money 3290/ refunded Please Be AWARE of WORST ONLINE seller SHOP.

                I had ordered HP[protected]AU Laptop on ShopClues.com website by order no 10183309 on 12th Jan 2014 and paid Rs 20, 799 by credit card. Till now, there is neither delivery of the product, nor refund of money, despite repeated reminders to the customer care via ticket numbers 651531and 661090.                   hi, Shpclue claims that they have very good product sold at clearance sale etc. Pls dont get fool by this statement of them. I have purchased bapack (laptop bag) and this is very much local bag. I used only once and the zip came out, torn (handle). It is written front side of bag as Dell and this is duplicate bag not original ... When I asked for pick up this bag, they have told that the time is over (After 20 days) I have called. Wastage of money, time, energy ...only good pictures ... on website ... Pls avoid this website.

At their web site it has GRIGHT LED TORCH LIGHT but the mobile has nothing, I did complaint many time always they say go to service center and email us by the service center that it has no LED TORCH.I contact service center but they said to me why we email to shopclues, it is your problem so solve it self.                       I have purchase mixer grinder from shopclues.They send defective machine.Product was delivered on 11th Jan 2014. I have complained for the fault on the same day. They are not responding phone calls and emails. Customer care persons are rude. Shop supervisors not giving call back. Shopclues is fraud. Cheater.

                          I Ordered an HP Laptop for Rs.42000 on Shop clues website on dec 4th (order# 9085563), which I cancelled it due to bad reviews about it. I got a call from Sales dept guy stating the Quality of the laptop and I have 10 days return policy if I am not comfortable with the Quality. I asked them to return my laptop and get my money back which shop clues said its not at all possible for new product.I already registered a complaint with Grahak Seva with this and I got a call from Escalation dept of shop clues.. They dont want me to go to consumer court and wanted to solve this problem hence they asked me what im looking from them.. I just said half of the money as the compensation which is fair reasonable because if i approach a court i will get more than that.. Last Tuesday 14th jan they called me and said they will get back to me in 2 days.. so far there is no response from shop clues even i emailed and called shop clues for 2 times.. I was somehow happy that the Escalation team called due to Grahak seva complaint but now I dont know have any faith with shop clues. the more that Escalation team delays is going to pay me more in court.. Thank you.

                              Dear Sir/madam, I ordered a branded home gym set Protoner Weight Lifting Home Gym 52 Kg, 4 Rods, 1 Curl, Gloves, Rope, Band, but i received unbranded product without any brand name on any product in the package, even the product was not as description given by the seller, (i.e. sent 2 X 5Kg plates instead of 4 X 5Kg plates, and 6 X 2kg instead of 2 X 2kg, 4 X 1Kg instead of 2 X 1Kg) I did not get the Band as described by the seller in the description My concerns are as below: 1. The product was displayed as under the brand Protoner Weight Lifting Home Gym 52 Kg, 4 Rods, 1 Curl, Gloves, Rope, Band ** But the received product doesn't have at all the Brand Name Protoner, not even a single piece in the package. 2. The product received is not as in described quantity and numbers. ** As described already. 3. the wrist band in the product package is missing as not sent by the seller.                                 I ordered a Pack of 12 Colored 100% Cotton Handkerchiefs and set of 6 laughing buddha sign of prosperity from ShopClues. The pack of handkerchiefs was under the deal of the day when I ordered and was priced Rs. 499 which on application of coupon would become Rs. 173(134+39). he set of laughing buddhas was priced Rs. 259(free shipping). I put both the items in a single order and applied the coupon(which was exclusively applicable on handkerchiefs). Although I received the handkerchiefs, I didn't receive the laughing buddhas. Later the order for laughing buddhas was canceled by ShopClues and a return initiated. But I got just Rs. 140 as my refund and not Rs. 259 When I contacted ShopClues Customer Care, they told me that the discount ws ditributed among the handkerchiefs and laughing buddhas. How can they distribute the discount which was exclusively meant for the pack of handkerchiefs I ordered? At the time of return they distributed the discount and gave me back only Rs. 140 when they should have had returned me Rs. 259. In the terms of coupon there was nowhere mentioned that the discount will be distributed among the items. Moreover when the discount was exclusive for just the handkerchiefs, how can hey distribute it? My order number: 9697293

                                I got a phone call from ShopClues, after a few days when I lodged the complaint here, that since they have refunded me on the order, they cannot pay me money back. Though they can give me cashback in form of cluesbucks. Within a few minutes I got the cluesbucks credited in my shopclues account. Although I would like to say if their customer care executives would have had helped me in first place I wouldn't have to file a complaint here. I hope they improve on that soon
                                ShopClues customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                ShopClues refunded me my dues, i.e. Rs. 119 in the form of CluesBucks. Thank You! I hope their customer care executives can help customers better in future.

                                  I bought a Perfume online from Shopclues.com and was delivered a fake product. It was very expensive and now they are not accepting the returns. This is fraud and the customer service is completely non responsive and telling me that I am a liar and the product delivered to me is genuine. It is the worst experience of online buying for me and I would never shop from shopclues again and always advise others not to do so as well. There is no response from the team and I would like some formal action taken against the company.

                                  My ShopClues COD order # 42752683 for JOCKEY GYM VEST PACK 0F 3 delivered me and I am very disappointed its local jockey of size XL with measurement 95-100 however I ordered L size.
                                  Very cheap quality local product delivered to me neither packing nor product is original.

                                  Size is also wrong.

                                  This is my first purchase from Shop clues and my experience with ShopClues is really bad till now.

                                  Look in to this matter and do the needful as soon as possible.

                                    I ordered a Polo Winter track suit order no. 9650931 on 25th December, 2013 from Shopclues.com. But, I received Wind Chitter instead of Winter track suit on 29th December, 2013. I immediately wrote them a mail to return it back to them but they surprisingly asked for the Pics. I told them you can't judge the fabric from pics as photos are only to see looks. However, I sent them the pics but now they are saying we have checked with the merchant and it is the same product you ordered. I am surprised how they can judge the fabric by seeing photographs ? I am lodging this complaint against WWW.Shopclues.com and want that wrong product to be taken back & my money should be returned. I request Indian Consumer Complaints Forum to act upon this and please do let me know if any information or any action required from my side. Thanks & Regads Rishabh Chugh [protected]

Order Number: 9656895 Order date: 25 Dec 2013, 04:12 PM Product : Micromax X097 (Black) Mobile Online Merchant : www.shopclues.com Complaint Summery :Got a non-functional defective product on delivery and shopclues is not ready to replace/refund .Asking me to go to Service center to fix it . Shopclues customer care representatives are also lying and giving false commitments for resolution .I am new in Bangalore and with my current work load it is practically impossible to search for service center and fix it .Could you please help me .

                                        Sir I have purchased one advik speaker from shopclues.com.I ordered for the same last month around 26 Nov.I received the order approx after 10 days .as soon as, i received the order i checked it and found defective.Immediately, i called back to the sender, he told me that he can not do anything and i have to contact to shopclues.com. I told them my problem then he registered my problem.and assured in 48 hrs action will be taken. After 6-7 days I received an email saying we cannot collect parcel from your location so you parcel it to us. Then I parceled it to the address which they have mentioned in their email. I shared the parcel slip with them as they told me that they will refund it. Now after complete 3 weeks i have received my parcel back, as those people have not received it.I have given my phone number to them, but they have never bothered to contact me and they have not given me their number . sir my order no : 8878985 Sir please take necessary action against these fraud people who are unnecessarily troubling their customers and sir please help me to get my money refunded.i will be thankful to you.
