I bought a kitchen utensils set from shopclues.com(order no[protected] on 27 th January, 14. They delivered it 31st January, 14. After opening the seal I found one of the utensil is in damaged condition. Then on 1st I have raised a complain (Complain number-680895).
After that they started playing with me. At first they used to tell me that "they did not got any reply from merchant". Now they started telling me "wait for another 24/48 hours, you will get a positive reply".
20 days over, still now I am not getting a minimum feedback, at least when I will get my refund. Everyday I am wasting my mobile bill as well as time to call shopclues. Everyday I am getting same answer "WAIT FOR 24/48 hours"
I have also sent them damaged product image as per their demand.

PLEASE ASSIST ME CONSUMER COURT AND HELP ME OUT AGAINST THIS HARRASMENT BY SHOPCLUES.COM

    I have bought a product from shopclues.com There are the worst online website... I bought a product on 9th Feb 2014. Order No.10898215. The product was completely different from what was displayed on the website. I called up customer care. Instead of giving solution they asked to send pictures of the product and they will revert within 24-48 hours. 5 days went by and no response. Every time i call them they intimate that merchant have not yet reverted and to wait for 1 more day. Today is 19th and everyday they give the same answer. Neither they are replacing my product not are they refunding my money. Kindly help in terms of refunding my money. Sampita

    I have placed an order at shopclues.com vide order no 15343685 of a lg split ac on[protected]. The amount of RS 26445.00 is paid by me as prepaid by net banking. When I placed the order I checked my pin code whether it is deliverable or not and it shows it is their deliverable area. But the next day I got an email and a phone call from them as they could not deliver the product to my pin code location. SO, I cancelled my order on[protected] and request for refund my money to my bank account. But I have not got my money back at my bank account yet. I connect with their customer care several time but I have not got any positive response from them.
    I don't like product please give me refund.

    MY- ORDER ID77736878, first before order i called they said it will be deliver my address but Not cash on delivery so i paid by debit card after two days i got email they dont have service availability so my order is been cancelled by them self even they never ask me to change the address. when i ask if i can give the other address they said they already cancelled the order. and also they refund is been initiated i and it will reflect my account about 23rd or 24th December meanwhile every time i called they only said please wait and when after the waiting time i called they are telling me i am lying and now i have to be send them my bank statement to show them the money never deposited to my account.this is ridicules and now they cant do anything even after i send them the statement they are not telling me how much more time it will take to send my money back also are they going to refund or not? this is question because they are not beveling the problem is from there side they are telling me problem is in my banks so i also contact my bank several time to see if there is problem but my other transaction have no problem at all and also there is no pending transaction from anywhere, but still the Sophocles supervisor saying they did all the procedure and there is no security for the refund, it is question are they going to refund or not. please do something the amount is 6400 .

      I bought a Ray Ban Wayfarer Forever Limited Edition Sunglasses US Imported Unisex from a seller called SLS equipments Delhi from the shop clues website.Order number 10774993 .Product was 100% fake.I wrote to SC but was told nothing can be done..you get these for Rs. 100 for 150 at traffic signals It is okay to but soap and shampoo from SC but nothing more. Best part is my review and feed back about the fake was not shown in on the site.. Beware of the fakes they supply and refuse to accept and return. have all spurious vendors enrolled on their site. They told me that i have made payment to shopclues the same massage i forward to shopclues then they told me sorry and said to cancel all product then i credited your account but after days they not credit my account.

          i've purchased two product from shopclues.com 1-nova hair straightner & curler order no.10950066 and 2- dark brown color polar fleece jacket.The product (1) i've got is same as shown by them but the features and description is not same, it is not a straightner but only a curler, there is no use of curler for me and the (2) product i've got is totally different in color, wrong in size and also defective. After so many complaint they pick up my product (1) to replace it but again they send me that same product and now they finally deny to return my money back and to replace it. They gave money back policy within 10 days if not satisfied with the product and i'm not at all satisfied. i'm suffering since more than a month and harrased by them.Please help me i want my money back.

            As shown in the Shopclues, the product cost was Rs.991 and they are providing with discount @ Rs. 343. When I received the product after my payment I was shocked as product was not worth Rs. 100 and on top of it, the product received as not anywhere showing that price was 991.

            How come these sites can do such fraud to their customer?
            How can someone sell the product showing any cost and same is not mentioned in the product anywhere

            I talked to shopclues customer care and initially they insist that product is same what was shown and ordered by me but they have no answer for the price thing.

            When I insisted more to give me my money back for this product they are saying please talk to the shipper to sort it out.

            I purchased the product from shopclues and they are responsible for sorting all such issues infact how come they allow someone to sell the product without having any MRP on it and that too misleading the customer that product cost Rs. 991.

            I am filing the complaint here because I feel this need to be stopped and they should have some fear before indulging in this type of activity. Please look into the matter and provide me the refund.

              I purchased an iPhone 5 from shopclues.com for Rs. 37, 500.00. Date: 28 Oct 2013. My Order # is 8106263. The website and the Invoice description is: "Apple iPhone 5 16GB Black Unlocked Code: 1182708 Merch Ref: i5_n" I mainly purchased it from ShopClues as the description for the phone said "UNLOCKED". The phone was delivered on 05 Nov 2013. It turned out to be a LOCKED iPhone 5. I submitted a complaint to ShopClues under their category "Significantly different from description". For over a month I patiently corresponded with them. They kept saying that the merchant - "e-Impex, Delhi" - will call me. He called exactly once and argued that it's no problem and it could be unlocked. They provide a piece of hardware called an R-SIM that must be placed along with the SIM card in the tray. This is considered a hardware hack and is definitely NOT supported by Apple. I certainly did not want that. (Besides, it did not even work, but that's not the point). The call got prematurely cut. He never called back. ShopClues says they gave him my mobile # and he would call. This happened no less than 4 times. They never did call. Trying to call or message the company got no response. Then on 15 Jan 2014 ShopClues customer service writes to me: "... As per the merchant the product that is delivered is that same that is mentioned on the website. Unfortunately he will not be able to accept the return of the product. " This is a blatant lie and a grave injustice! I have the following original papers sent with the product: a) Shipping document b) Retail Invoice c) a single sheet describing how to insert and activate the R-SIM as well as emails from ShopClues (and of course, therefore, the merchant) stating product description clearly as: "Apple iPhone 5 16GB Black Unlocked". Interestingly: a) they have taken the product off the website soon after I received mine. b) the Retail Invoice cleverly describes the product as "Apple Iphone 5 Black 16GB (imported pc)" - leaving out the word "unlocked". This is blatant cheating in my opinion, as the product description on the website where people purchase it clearly says: "Apple iPhone 5 16GB Black Unlocked". Their so-called "Buyer Protection" is a joke, worse, it lures customers into thinking they're safe! I insist on returning their faulty product and getting my money back with interest. Request your assistance with this. Thanks.

                I had ordered Newfeel shoes from Shopclues.com from seller 'Dealsfive' (http://www.shopclues.com/morning-walks-are-no-longer-boring.html)

                The item that I received is cheap fake copy of Newfeel shoes. I have bought ORIGINAL Newfeel shoes before from FLIPKART and they don't look anything like the ones I have been sent. The adhesive glue has come off from many places. The sewing has been taped at some areas of the shoe. The sole is 100% FAKE instead of branded essensole sole. I have reported the problem to SHOPCLUES but they have refused to acknowledge my return & refund request saying that the product is original.

                    The order was booked on 27th of January 2014. Order number is 10646271. The shipment is showing it has been outscanned from jaiur, from 30th January till today 13/02/2014. I am calling courier company and shopclues customer care but they are not taking any action. The expected shipment date was 05/02/2014, as given to me by shopclues.com. The tracking number for shipment is [protected] and courier name is Indiaontime. More than 500 rupees have been wasted in calling.

                              I ordered a Pigeon Induction Cooktop Rapido Cute in shopclues.com and i got the Pigeon Induction Cooktop Rapido Cute on[protected], but it's not working properly.I just plug the connection but they have no response(no indication light is on). And i'm also not getting any bills with the product. I complained to the site, they said to go and service the product with service centre.And i ask for the refund or replace the product but there is no response yet...

                                Sir, I have ordered a CA-101 Nokia data cable from www.shopclues.com and on 27th Jan i got the product. when i open the packing i found that in steed of Nokia thrie is a local Chines data cable is their and when i tried to charge my cell from that data cable it diesn;t work at all. then i registered my complainet on their site afterthat i got an autogenerated mail from them after that i tried to followup a bunch of time and have dropped too much of mails but didn't get any response from them. please look out at this matter as i am faceing too much problem to get my cellphone charged. and also requesting you to take appropriate steps againest the seller.                                   I have ordered nokia lumia 520 mobile phone through shopclues on 12-jan-2014 but didn't recieved the product till now.. I called many a times asking for the product but they always make different excuses like, currently product is out of stock, we would arrange and send to you within 7 days and after that they say that they have transferred the order to different mercahant, then the order is not shippable to your location then i have provided different pin code then they said that they can deliever product to my location & after 2 days they cancelled the order saying that they can't deliever product to even that location also.. Actually they want to refund my money after keeping more than 18days with them..whenever i called them they say to cancel the order only & make many excuses..                                         Our Order Number: 10543493 Merchant Name: Cellphonez We had bought Original Samsung Galaxy Core Screen Protector from ShopClues.com on 30-Jan-2014. The Screen Protector has totally different cut outs than shown on the cover and since the quality of the screen protector is terrible, we are not able to apply it to the screen. When we had asked for a replacement/refund the merchant has informed that he is not able to accept the return of the product. We are highly unsatisfied with the service provided by ShopClues.com Friends, please do not buy through this website because there is no support from ShopClues.com regarding the product.
