I ordered a Polo Winter track suit order no. 9650931 on 25th December, 2013 from Shopclues.com. But, I received Wind Chitter instead of Winter track suit on 29th December, 2013. I immediately wrote them a mail to return it back to them but they surprisingly asked for the Pics. I told them you can't judge the fabric from pics as photos are only to see looks. However, I sent them the pics but now they are saying we have checked with the merchant and it is the same product you ordered. I am surprised how they can judge the fabric by seeing photographs ? I am lodging this complaint against WWW.Shopclues.com and want that wrong product to be taken back & my money should be returned. I request Indian Consumer Complaints Forum to act upon this and please do let me know if any information or any action required from my side. Thanks & Regads Rishabh Chugh [protected]

Shopclues customer care representatives are also lying and giving false commitments for resolution .I am new in Bangalore and with my current work load it is practically impossible to search for service center and fix it .Could you please help me .

      Sir I have purchased one advik speaker from shopclues.com.I ordered for the same last month around 26 Nov.I received the order approx after 10 days .as soon as, i received the order i checked it and found defective.Immediately, i called back to the sender, he told me that he can not do anything and i have to contact to shopclues.com. I told them my problem then he registered my problem.and assured in 48 hrs action will be taken. After 6-7 days I received an email saying we cannot collect parcel from your location so you parcel it to us. Then I parceled it to the address which they have mentioned in their email. I shared the parcel slip with them as they told me that they will refund it. Now after complete 3 weeks i have received my parcel back, as those people have not received it.I have given my phone number to them, but they have never bothered to contact me and they have not given me their number . sir my order no : 8878985 Sir please take necessary action against these fraud people who are unnecessarily troubling their customers and sir please help me to get my money refunded.i will be thankful to you.

        You could just browse in Shop clues website where you find strange things.. For Example Where the product price will be 44 Rupees and the Shipping charge will be 39 rupees.. There are many companies provide free delivery and resonable charges for the shipping.. Here if Shop clues send via good courier companies I would accept the shipping charges.. Shop clues choose the courier companies that you dont even know in this world .. Here is an example for what I said. http://www.shopclues.com/maggi-healthy-soup-set-of-three.html Maggy healthy soup - product offer price is 43 and the shipping is 39. If you are good in maths then there is no offer for the whole money.. Is there anyway that we can block this company for doing Online Fraud?? you could also see there are lots of customers lost their money with this site and struggling like me.

          I Ordered an HP Laptop for Rs.42000 (order no : 9085563 ) on Shop clues website on dec 4th, which I cancelled it due to bad reviews about it. I got a call from Sales dept guy stating the Quality of the laptop and I have 10 days return policy if I am not comfortable with the Quality. I received the laptop on 13th with bad condition after 10 days and I did not like the Quality as same as the reviews said. Hence i raised a refund request on 15th December which is still processing by the Shop clues and still they are asking me to contact HP service center and the merchant.. I told the material Quality is not good which will not be repaired by service center and Merchant asked me to contact shop clues again for refund. Shop clues are still replying me the same default emails and asking me to contact Merchant again. For some reasons they do not want to provide the refund for a new product which I did not use.. Now I 'm paying for internet services without having a computer and still they are delaying with this case. I already bought more than 25 products from shop clues before I buy this laptop. I will never ever buy anything from shopclues they are ruining my time now..I am using the computer for last 3 days for the exams.. now I am looking for justice.

          One more thing.. i ordered on 4th of Dec and I did cancel the order on 5th of Dec itself by hearing the reviews of it and I got a call from Abishek Tyagi on 6th dec who is in Sales Department who promised me that the product will be checked thoroughly before ship it to me. After I receive still If I am not comfortable with the Quality I have 10 days time to Return the product. I reconfirmed it two times before I gave him permission to proceed the order. I spoke to him also and he denies that it cannot be taken back and provide refunded.. I asked a call back from Escalation Team but A Floor supervisor called me stating he is from Escalation Team and said he will verify the call made from Abishek to me since all the calls are recorded in shopclues.. The next day I called and he said the call recordings are not available since its an outbound call .. He also said he spoke to Abishek where he denied that he never promised anything about returning the product. He also said even If you want you can go to consumer court. I clearly they are hiding the call recordings and I dont think they listened it.. Here Seller sells the product to Shop clues for some money and shop clues will sell it by mentioning it some money.. So shop clues do not want to loose this money by refunding my product.. For sure they will pay this in consumer court..

          Shop clues does not have Toll free customer care number and they use a land line for customer service.. You know the History I called the customer support for more than 25 days daily and wasted my money more than 900 Rupees just by talking to you guys thinking that you will solve my problem.. The problem got worse than the resolution.. Even some supervisors behaved Rude to me stating if you want a product you should have checked first before you buy from us. You cannot say you don't like the product once you buy from us. We cannot provide you the refund or take the product back. It is not possible at all.. Every time I heard the same reply from the supervisor .. they asked me to contact Seller and Seller clearly said they can only repair the product for the refund I need to contact Shopclues.. Which I did many times but no use. Now I am using the same laptop from the past 3 days for my studies since I am tired hearing the same words from shopclues. I am also filing a case to the consumer court since they wasted my money around 1000 rupees by calling them and my time around 1 month for not providing solution.. Still they are not provided solution. There are many online website which is really good in providing solutions like Flipkart and Snapdeal.. Which I could have ordered than this local company(shopclues).

They dont want me to go to consumer court and wanted to solve this problem hence they asked me what im looking from them.. I just said half of the money as the compensation which is fair reasonable because if I approach a court i will get more than that.. Last Tuesday 14th jan they called me and said they will get back to me in 2 days.. so far there is no response from shop clues even i emailed and called shop clues for 2 times.. I was somehow happy that the Escalation team called due to Grahak seva complaint but now I dont know have any faith with shop clues. the more that Escalation team delays is going to pay me more in court.. Thank you.

            I had ordered a HP Deskjet 1510 Multifunction Inkjet Printer (White) from Shopclues.com vide Order Id-9703917. The product was delivered to me by DTDC courier POD No-D15995944. Sadly after I received the product and I opened the pack then I found that the glass scanning plate(on which the object to be scanned is placed) is completely broken.I immediately contacted their customer care and informed them about the issue for which they gave me a complaint no 636114. I was then asked to provide images of the damaged product. I also provided the same as required on 3rd January, 2014.Since then I have been constantly been contacting them but with no revert from their end. I had also requested for return of the product vide request no- 170905 on 8th January, 2014. Unfortunately the same has also not been answered till date. Request you to kindly check as if this is the level of customer commitment they provide then its high time that customer s should be made aware of them and people should abstain from shopping with them.

              On 22nd Dec, 2013 I ordered one Nova Hair Dryer via online through credit card payment. Shopclues sold me this product at 263/- rupees without shipping charges. But the product I received have just 120/- rupees cost as per mention MRP on this product. When I ask to shopclues in this regard they are saying send back this product to them then they will decided what to do further. So I would like know to can Shopclues sale product above the mention MRP, if not then why they are not refunding me balance amount.

                On[protected] I had ordered one Nova Rechargeable hair trimmer via online payment through credit card. At the time of placing order shopclues commit me[protected] as expected date of delivery. But till today I am waiting for my delivery. I had also write in this regard to shopclues but everytime they told me they are coordinating with their courier partner and I will get my shipment very soon. But situation is same. In such cases ideally I should also get some compensation but here I not getting my refund as well. So please help me to get my money back via your forum.

                  On shopclues My order no is 9775581. Return request no is 167649. I received product on 4/1/2014 and requested return on 5/1/2014.
                  The phone is defective, When i insert SIM card of MTS, the mesg display on the screen is phone locked. I talk to LAVA customer care, then they suggest me to return the product, because it is not working, but shopclues is not responding for my complaint, i want to return the product and want refund .

                  On 21.6.2014 I purchased online a LED TV model no. "SONY KLV-40R452A" from Shopclues.com. Order no. 15413427, and paid through credit card Rupees 41, 030.00. I received the TV on 02.07.2014, and complained immediately that the product was not having English language in its operating system as per the specifications given online .they finally took back the product after a lot of harassment on 09.08.14. after that they delayed for various reasons from there side and did not refund my money.Even after my repeated request for refund, on 17.09.14 suddenly without my consent they canceled my order number and issued a new order number 20586754 for replacement and confirmed that the new product would have English language in it. Still in good faith i received the replacement which came in a very cheap packaging and found that this product too had the same defect.Even after complaining to them on the 08.10.14 they did not take any action . They have been harassing me for over 3 months over the refund and delaying it unnecessarily. They have even blocked my registered mobile number so I cannot contact the helpline personnel. i am attaching email correspondence with them, invoices sent by them and photographs of the last packaging condition.

                    My complaint regarding shopclues is that it is a fraudulent company & does wrong to the customers.

                    I found an iPhone on the website & booked it immediately. I duly got the ORDER NO. 9859885, for my product but the when I checked the account for order status update I was taken a back by looking that the order has been cancelled as it was not in my notice.

                    I got furious on how can they give me the order number & then cancel my product.
                    If they do not have the product I can wait for sometime to get it with the same offer but this is just not done. The next I did was to call the call center & ask for what had happened. The call center experience was the worst as the people do not even know how to talk to the customers.

                    Everyone was telling me that this is how it happens & they cannot deliver me the product & neither can they give me the same offer after sometime, as I was ready to wait.

                    I requested a call back from a superior level that can take a call over the issue & resolve it but the things were all that same & nothing happened. The people who handled the calls were so RUDE & ARROGANT. They told me flatly to file a suit in the consumer forum for the same.

                    I want that some action should be taken against the company & its people who DO NOT HAVE THE BASIC MANNERS TO TALK TO A CUSTOMER.

                      Respected sir,

                      I have made a payment of Rs 817/- using credit card for order no 9010903 (part of order number 9010899) towards purchase of a few products from shopclues.com, Clues Network Pvt. Ltd. Building No. 112, Sector – 44, Gurgaon, 122 001, Haryana, India phone :[protected] on 01.12.2013.

                      This order was cancelled by shopclues.com after 2 weeks for the best reason known to them. A refund of Rs 757/ - only has been processed to my credit card. This is Rs 60/- short of the payment made by me.

                      On demanding the dues, Shopclues.com has responded that the balance amount got adjusted with the other products supplied (my complaint and shopclues response forwarded herewith).

                      My repeated mails and telephone calls demanding justice has not been responded.

                      This is clearly unethical business practice. Shopclues.com have manipulated the part of the amount paid for one order to enhance the profits of other order.

                      I have suffered a great deal of mental agony and financial losses following up with shopclues.com for the rightful balance. I have also lost a lot of resources of time, money and energy.

                      I request your intervention to resolve this issue and help me get my dues

                        I had ordered the TV on 25th and it was supposed to be delivered by Jan 1st.

                          SUB: NOTICE BEFORE FILING CONSUMER COMPLAINT

                          Dear Sir,

                          1) As I had placed order with shopclues.com on 20th nov 2013 at 7.57pm by internet. And I have received the product on 28th nov 2013 by courier.

                          2) As the product received damaged, or money has to be returned.

                          3) As I have received product on 28th nov 2013, and I found that the product that I have received is damaged so very next day on 29th noc 2013 in morning I called twice to your customer care no and told them please tell me what to do? But no reply from companies side. Then after sevral times I called your customer care but they don’t know anything about it. And after few days rather than providing solution your site was updated status by order cancelled.

                          4) As the blue tooth headset sent by you us not working. And my business is affecting due to not availability of the blue tooth. And I am getting suffered mentally by rude behaviour of customer care and company.

                          5) I have sent all the details of bill and courier copies and bill pictures to customer care and called then several times to solve the problem, but no reply.

                          6) I give you a time limit of 15 to 20 days to settle my grievance and refund of full amount with suitable interest (18%), or replacement of the product along with suitable compensation, else I will file a complaint with the Consumer Forum as you are protected under the Consumer Protection Act of 1986.

                          7) As consumer complaint will be at your cost and expenses, and I will seek compensation for the mental agony caused due to his deficiency in services and fraud by company.

                            Hi, I have purchased fly x3000 from online shopping site shopclues.com. The product is defective. I dropped them a mail mentioning the defects and these people gave solution to take the product to the service center while I requested return of the product . And they mentioned there is a hassle free 10 days return policy under which they are not adhering . There is no proper response in mail also. Help me on this !!!

                              i have order a samsung mobile B 229, worth Rs. 1638, as per above oredr no and date and as per feed back from shopclues web site product to be delivered by 24/11/13, but it was not delivered till 13/12/13 and on 13/12/13 i got an SMS that order is complete and 33 buck point credited, same time i log on to the courier agency (Overnite Exp) site to check status where its showing PRODUCT UNDELIVERED AND RETURNED TO ORIGIN, DELIVERED AT JALPAIGURI, WB, where as it should be delivered at JAJPUR ROAD, ORISSA. same day i contact the marchant via contact marchant in shop clues web site and got confirmation that they get back product at their end and they already approved for refund.

                              from 13/12/13 so far after several follow up with CC team at[protected]paid no) every time they said they have taken up with logistic team and reply in next 2 days, but so far matter not been resolved.

                                My self kishore kumar reddy Booked a mobile samsung galaxy s duo 2 on 10th december 2013, it has given that it will be delivered by DTDC courier on or before 20th december, but not delivered and not giving back money nor mobile, After given complaint they said it will take 24 to 48 hr it is over, still not responding Then we call to customercare they are saying that our dispatch department take care but it will take, but for time they are saying no limit.                                   I am not at all satisfied with the product sent, few of the parts were missing, without which it is un usable.. I have awaited for such a long time for delivery and that too with such issues.

                                    But i do not want wait more its already too late.

                                    sir, i want to cancel Order #16379189 .. when i was trying to cancel dis order it shows msg unable to process and trying again.. i had tried too much to cancel this order but it cannot works so i decided that m trying to cancel dis order tomarrow but after next day it shows that order is shipped now. i m not interested to buying this order.. my order is via cash on delivery.
