I have shopped for 2 products in Shopclues (a memory card & a LED rechargeable light) on October 6th. The first product is delivered correctly on October 17th whereas the second product which was couriered through DTDC has never reached me though the status is shown as "Delivered". On October 18th, I have raised a complaint regarding "delivering the product to wrong address" and waited for 7 days but there was no response from them. Since then, I have been calling them again and again till date but none of the Shopclues team has provided a proper response and they just keep on asking me to wait so that they can provide proof of delivery from DTDC. That has not happened until now even after 3 months. This is the worst experience I had till date with any online shopping site. I am regretting my purchase and I am making sure in future no one from my friends circle again loose their valuable money or time on them.
ShopClues customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    I have order for a product online through credit card on 2nd november 2013 and the expected date of delivery they said between 18-20 Nov 2013. Till now they have not delivered the product. I have made several complaints online with them. Each time i complain they are asking for 24-48 hours time for finding out. But of no use. Please help me in getting my product as soon as possible.

    I have ordered a mixer, juicer and grinder on 25/09/14 from ShopClues.com. These are the details of the product ordered Philips HL1631 Juicer Mixer Grinder, price of the product was 2139 rupees only. On the website it is showing that the product is available after 39 percent discount the actual price of the product is 3495 rupees only. Here is the link

    I have not received my product. From the last 14 days I am continuously following the product but unable to track it. The company has mailed me that they have consulted the courier company and the courier company has delivered the product on 07th October 2014. But I have not received any product on the given address. I have requested ShopClues to mail me the POD/receipt/invoice.

    System after 7 days of shipping. Customer care is unreachable over phone
    and non responding over email. some one named Amit contacted me over
    mobile (from his mobile number) and told me he will update me about the
    status on next business day. But forget about doing that he stopped
    receiving my calls. i already wrote on their official facebook page. But
    no action yet.

    I ordered product through shopclue on 16/11/2014, with order no. 27024355, 27024357, 27024363. Payment was made through Net-banking. Shopclue commit to deliver product within 10 days of buying till date I have not received my product. When I call every time they say within 24-48hrs product will be delivered. No feedback call has been made by them. Now when I call customer care executive and Team leader talks rudely and says when be will come to know we will inform you don't call again and again
    I have ordered a headphone from shopclues.com on Jan 13, 2015 with advance payment made by my credit card.

    The product was to be delivered within 5-7 business days.
    However it is now almost two months that the product is neither delivered nor a refund processed.
    I have been following it up with shopclues.com every few days with no effective action from their end.

    first of all shopclue sold a counterfeit sony product which was not in working condition. i returned this product and ordered maharaja blender using my clue buck which was refunded. this product was not delivered to me but i received the msg as delivered and your site also showed against this product as delivered. pl expedite the matter and deliver me the product else refund me the amount.

      Hi, iam srikanth Email Id [protected]@gmail.com Item ordered - 2600mAh Power Bank with 4 Adapters for iPhone / Nokia / Samsung, Issues - did not get the 4 adapters. The only reason I bought the power bank was for the iPhone adapter which is listed in the description. Where as only the power bank was delivered. I called shop clues CC and raised issue, the informed me they will come back to me in 24-36hrs time, I got a email mom the same in 24 hours asking about condition of the pack, for which I replied stating condition of the pack was excellent but adapters missing . Later called them three times but every time I get a reply staying system is not responding pls call back, for 50 rs product I would have spent more by calling their std num. please do the needful.         This is very disappointing to see that such a reputed company is working in such a manner and creating problems for their customer. This is against a order[protected] whose payment has been made online through HDFC net banking already. But today, when it came for delivery the courier agent has asked for money as COD for this product. This was very shocking and I asked the person to leave. I informed about the issue to the shopclues team but still no action has been takes on this. I have also checked with the RED express courier team(Consignment No.[protected] about this incident and shockingly, they also do not have any update and not ready to provide any support unless they receive a go ahead confirmation from Shopclues. Pl look into this matter and delivers the product on priority. Regards, Nishant

        It was fully my effort on closing this issue. I had coordinate with courier team and had explained the matter and done a rigorous follow-ups for close.
        yes. They are big cheater. They cheated my by sending DEAD MOBILE and refusing to replace or repay. OTHERS PLS DONT BUY ANYTHING AT SHOPCLUES.COM. Go for some good online webs or buy from store

          i ordered khaitan mixer grinder on Nov. 22, 2013
          but i received product with defected jar so i complained and they reshipped the
          product even though i mailed them to refund and again the product they sent again
          was totally damaged and broken and now even though after various mail they are not responding.
          ps- i purchased to gift it to some relative and now date is crossed and hence purpose is not served.
          ShopClues customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

            I have ordered the Diamond BP Apparatus Regular Model With Velcro Cuff - Mercurial on 23rd of November with Order No. 8764703, but in actual they delivered me with normal cuff model on 27th of November and in a damaged condition. Immediately after seeing the product I called to customer care and made a return request on the same day. Its almost 5-6 times I called them and mailed them and every time they are asking me to wait for 24 hours and by today its being 13th of December almost 16days and no response I received or my product has been picked up till date.               Hi, This is Sachin pimpale, i order for Stylish Pendulum Wall Clock Plaza 22 on 17nd OCT 2014(order no:[protected].                   Sir My Order is 8804385 by which I ordered Dr. Clean Hand wash which I received after a long wait and in very poor, rough and duplicate condition.By looking itself, it seems a dilute soap consistency to make it a hand-wash and anyone can say that it is surely duplicate and its bottle is in very damaged and old condition and the label using it is very rough way by which it seems that someone has stuck that company's label on old or expired reused bottle of any hand-wash gel.Moreover theBatch no., Expiry Datealso not indicated in it.I am very disappointed by this site as I trusted and treated this as a responsible and better site.Now, tell me the process to return that product as I even don't want to see that duplicate product.Please refund my money as soon as possible which I spent to buy that fraud product.

So raise the replace request, after waiting a long time the request was processed. But i still receive the wrong & incomplete order. So i mail to cancel my order & return my money.                           I ordered a product on the 24th of November from www.shopclues.com. I started getting worried when two days passed and I received no notification of shipping. Now I have purchased items from other online shops like Flipkart and eBay too (which don't make tall claims like Shopclues) and orders are shipped by the second day. I called up their customer service, and they told me not to worry, it would be shipped in '24-48 hours'. Anyway, 4 WHOLE DAYS (i.e 28th of November) after I had ordered, it was shipped. I was given a tracking number of Bluedart. On trying to track the shipment on the Bluedart website, the tracking number was shown as wrong. I called up the Shopclues customer service again, and was given the same reply - '24-48 hours' for the tracking number to be 'activated'. I don't know what they take us to be, because this is the first time I'm hearing such a ridiculous claim - that a tracking number needs 24-48 hours to be activated. I decided to give in anyway, and waited 48 hours more. Of course, this wait was useless. It was the 30th of November, and the tracking number still untraceable. When I called Shopclues (again), they gave the reply - Sir, please wait for 24-48 hours. Our logistics team will contact Bluedart. I don't know which form of 'contact' takes 24-48 hours. So I called them up the next day, because I expected that a call will be done with in 24 hours. But no, the customer service agent rudely tells me that my complaint has been 'escalated' and to wait the whole 48 hours. Well, I waited again. On the 2nd of December, I called them AGAIN, now eager to see what excuse they put forward. Not too difficult to guess - please wait 24-48 hours. But this time the response was slightly different, you will receive your product in 24-48 hours. No mention of the tracking number. This 24-48 hour business was driving me crazy, so I asked to speak to a senior. I was told that the senior was in a meeting, and not to worry, my product would reach in 24-48 hours. It seems that the first thing this wretched company teaches their customer service agents is - whatever the problem, mention that it will take 24-48 hours to resolve. I don't care if my product reaches in whatever time, I want to be compensated for being lied to and having my intelligence insulted. This damned company obviously doesn't care about their customers and thinks that we are with no previous online shopping experience.

                            Against above order, even though the website information said that the order dispatched through courier company Delhivery, I did not received the product. Finally, I received message from the website saying that the product has been returned back.

                            Even after contacting customer care to find out the reason for returning the product, I did not get the reply. Now I received the information that the amount is being refunded. But still today I did not get the refund nor any satisfactory reply from the website.

                            My another order 8773619, Dennis parker watch dated 24.11.2013 is also following the same fate. Inspite of lodging complaint with the website to deliver the product through reliable courier's such as First Flight couriers, they have again dispatched it through Dehlivery & I think the product is on the way to return back again.

I lodged a complaint with shopclues and even after continously following up with them they are not responding. They are cheating the customers.
                            It is not true. As per website records the product is being returned back. I fail to understand why the courier company accepted the consignment when they are unable to deliver the consignment.                               I had bought 1 Eyeconic Smudge free Kajal on 26-Nov-13 and it got delivered on 28-Nov-13, but the product received was broken and was in bad condition. I had lodged the complaint on 28th-Nov-13 itself in writing as well as spoken to the shopClues customer care executives 3 time, they told me that they are sending me an email & i should revert on that email with the broken product images.                                 Hi, Product(Dell Laptop) was delivered on 23rd nov 2013, I registered the complaint on 24th nov 2013, to return the laptop because its not working at all and today its 1st dec 2013, its more than 7 days now, i haven't got any reply from their side which is really disgraceful.. Unhelpful. N today when I called them again they told me in the next 48 hrs.. Please do something!! Paid lot of money for it but cannot use it at all. Take some responsibility and do something.. If you cannot then you don't have any right to give fake promises to the customers.!! My Complaint Number is 572416!! Thank You!!

                                  Order ID 8139609 Worst logistics, customer service and professional ethics. They shipped my order through a third rated courier company, who shipped the package to hyd, when it is supposed to be delivered in chennai and kept it in hyderabad for over a week. When i called shopclues they assured they will follow-up with the courier company but did not. When I asked for cancellation as it is not delivered within assured time, they took a request for cancellation saying my amount along with shipping charges would be refunded (536483) and said they can process refund only when they receive the product in their warehouse, meaning i should not accept the delivery and send it back. I called the useless courier company and asked them not to deliver the product and asked them to ship it back to shopclues. the order was placed on 30 OCT, and requested cancellation on 11 Nov. They closed the case 536483 without any follow-up on cancellation. When I called them, they said that they assumed that the product was delivered, while a case for cancellation was opened, while the shopclues order says it is only shipped, while the courier tracker says that the shipment was not delivered and as requested by shipper would be returned. Now they say cannot cancel the order once shipped. They cheated me off the money and also no body knows where is the shipment.

Product received at 02/11/2013 in damage condition. 3. Complain to shop clues on 02/11/2013 in evening. 4. Shop clues reply they replaced product but customer address not in reserves pick area. 5. Shop clues provided me warehouse address than told me send damage product in your hand by any courier. 6. Than i send product By speed post but speed post could not deliver due to insufficient address. 7. So finely damage product on my hand and shop clues does not take any responsibility. But I have not received the product. Everytime i call them, they just tell they are waiting for Proof of Delivery from the DTDC vendor. It is more than one month now.
