    Hello sir, I have ordered a product easy mop and the product id is 6354771 on 30 august 2013. On 3 sept. I received an email that my order is shipped via first flight courier so i have waited for the product desperately. After 2 days i have received another email that shipment is delayed due to some reason. But on sept 7, 2013 i have received an email that your refund has been initiated, i am very shocked to read this because i never initiate refund request. I have write this complaint to support team but still i do not get any response from his side. When i order this product than it is in stock , so why i get refund for this , i want the product because i have wasted my time for this. Please help me regarding this. Prashant kumar [protected]

After some days i have received an email that you will be get refund for that product within 15 days.         I have ordered a trimmer in shopclues on 19th july 2013 and I received that on 12th august. Since the product is defective i immediately raised return request of the product to shopclues. Though the accepted the product is defective, But after a long follow up with the customer support team I got replacement by 23rd august 2013. But I shocked that after 2 months of struggle I received the same defective product and even this time I again raised for a return request, but I was being avoided by their customer support. I am very happy to know what went wrong in the service but they are keep on saying your problem will be rectified in 24 to 48 hours for the past weeks. I am very disappointed with their customer support. As we all know this is the period where many number of people started believing in eCommerce because of the trust created by the leading providers in this business and I am a frequent online shopper since I am busy with my work always. Computer is the best place for me to get my needs within the minimum time i am getting. But this kinda of service will made my life very difficult. This may be the problem of a customer care executive but it is the customer like me who are all going to get affected.

        Why should I do that for a new product? Why are you sending a defective product then?
        So can you confirm that the products which has manufacturing defects at the time of delivery should be addressed by service centers you wont take care of that? Then what is the buyer protection you are meant by?
        So you are taking advantage of online shopping since the customer can not see a product you can deliver him a defective product right?
        Is it the right way?

          Hi I would like to complain against Shopclues.com as they missed to take accountability for their services. I had purchased pair of shoes and I ordered size 9 for it as I wear this size and all of my other pairs at home are of the same size. I received size 9 from shopclues.com and it is bigger for me. Now my concern is they did not mention any measurement standard like US, UK sizes for product info/display and also they did not put any other scale for reference like cm etc. Now they are giving argument seller is not ready to replace the pair because they shipped what I ordered. fair enough. My argument is with shopclues.com from who I bought the item not the direct seller. They are not ready to accept their lack of enough info for the product and at the end not holding any responsibility for any such situation. Later after so many contacts to them they asked me to bear courier charges and send the item to below address: Clues Network (P) Limited Plot Number- 648, Bijwasan, New Delhi - 110061 Phone: 011 – 28063316 – 15 I sent it using Speedpost service from Indian Post Office and today I got the parcel returned with reason telling no such company exists at given address. I am completely fed up and frustrated and dont know what to do. I can send/attach the email thread with Shopclues.com for clearer understanding if you wish. I also called min 4 times to their customer support and requested for floor manager but no one connected me and redirected to send email. Whereas on email they are telling to call and no one is in position to explain where am I wrong. I ordered what I wear (Size 9) and their manufacturing std is different and they did no disclose it. can you can please assist so that I can obtain size 8 now (one smaller than current) and as I already spent 180 rupees for courier I do not want to spend any more. Shoplcues would need to arrange a pick up now on their cost or atleast give me a call to understand my situation.

          I faced a similar problem. I had send a damaged product to the address given by shopclues ( the same Bijwasan address u hv provided) by speed post and it came back saying no such company exists at given address. Now they are saying everybody send to that address, its correct and send us again the product. I had send spending Rs.225. I posted a complaint in this forum, but no use...no one is replying. I am thinking of lodging a police complaint but giving a fake address to everyone and not accepting that its wrong. I[censored] google the address you can only find complains against shopclues about wrong address. This address is not mentioned in their website too. even google can't find such a address. Shopclues is not a local small shop that google can't find its address. Serious action shuld be taken against thees shopclues people.

            I am having doubt on the credibility of http://www.shopclues.com i have purchased this product Cigar Deo On Aug 28th 2013, even today iam not getting any real updates on my shipment. My order No is : 6377199 The call center number which have provided does’t get connected to any customer executive and each time i email support team i get a reply after two days each time telling they require 40 to 72 hours to further investigate. In the communication they had mentioned the DTDC courier tracking ID. But when called DTDC courier they had confirmed that shipment Tracking No is invalid. They even search courier shipment using the name in database and they confirmed that their was no shipment done. I totally don’t trust this company- http://www.shopclues.com

              I ordered a Nokia Lumia 520 on Shopclues.com on 14th of August against order no. 5888173. Due to delay in shipment, I requested for cancellation, but even after that they shipped the product through DTDC having worst courier service in India. When I contacted the shopclues authorities, I received an reply from them to refuse to shipment once the courier guy will come to deliver and I did so, but the shopclues sent me an email that my order has been delivered and asking for my feedback. When I sent the mail to the shopclues.com more than 7-8 times, anyhow the order marked as "Undelivered--Returning to origin". Since last 10 days, there is no progress in the refund process. Whenever I am sending any email to shopclues, I receive the reply that please cooperate with us, we are looking to serve you better. Now I need my refund as soon as possible, hence I will be forced to take legal action against shopclues.com in consumer court. If any contact required, can be done on +91-[protected]. All in One, I can say that shopclues.com having worst customer service.

                on 31st july I have placed an order for kids laptop order no. 5515691 at shopclues.com. the order was not delivered which makes me to contact shopclues.com and i was replied that the material is not available with merchant so we are trying to arrange it from some other vendor. next i made contact on 17 aug on which i was replied that we are not available with material so we will cancel the order but in my inbox i got a mail from shopclues in which it was written that the material is wrongly dispatched to bhopal. on further contact on 24 aug i was informed that my order is cancelled and the refund is credited to my account but actually i was not given any refund. i contacted shopclues for which i was replied that i have made my payment through debit card so it will take 8-9 days to refund.(I have made my payment through netbanking) so i should wait for 2-3 days. further it was delayed i contacted shopclues than i was replied that they will require my bank account statement to refund the money. i sent my bank account statement from 24.08.13 to 4.0.2013 next day i got as usual reply that net banking will take 4-5 days and debit banking will take 8-9 days. i think shopclues personals are very week in maths from 24.08.2013 to 4.09.2013 there are 12 days. so all your limits are over and pls stop taking a ride over me. i dont know weather u have delivered my order to a wrong address or any thing else i want my money back

                  I had placed an order[protected]Purchase code: Code: 352624) for buying High Gain(13Dbi) CRC9 External Antenna on 13July2013 with shopclues.com, I have received the wrong product(2Dbi padde antenna) on 26July2013 so i have raised a concern with shopclues customer support After sending the pictures of the wrong product to the customer support they have not able to understand even what is 13Dbi and 2Dbi antenna, they tried to convince me that they have shipped the right product, then i wrote an technical document which made them understand what is what, then they forwarded my concern to the merchant(Ripul) then i had contacted him on 29July2013 and explained about the wrong product he shipped, after 20 days of struggle some how i made them understand about the wrong product they shipped As i requested for refunding the money finally they initiated the return pickup of the product on 7August2013 and agreed on refunding the money, on 17August2013 got the shocking message that the reshipment order[protected] of the wrong product has been initiated, and this time the product(13Dbi crc9 antenna) they sent is a defective product(Not working), Again i contacted the customer support executives and ask the reason of reshipping the product instead of refunding the money but there is no response apart from(apologize for the inconvenience caused, we will get back to you within 2-4 days) And now they sent a mail on 31August2013 saying that since i have accepted the reshipment courier they are not processing for refunding the money, I sent a reply that the courier was a surprise and which is not received by me(in person) but there is no response from them so far, this made me really get disappointing and frustrated with the support they gave for the customer which made me to file a compliant in this forum I have all the data whichever i communicated so far with them, so requesting to take some necessary action to save customer from these kind of NON RELIABLE shopping and all the frustration i have came across all these time(more than 1.5 month)

                  Before this mail I got a call from shopclues audit team(On 10sep2013) asking me the issues(last 2 month i faced) from the beginning, after explaining all the issues to him, he told me that he will get back to me shortly, after that not even received a single call or mail from shopclues to pickup the faulty product, this shows the importance and priority given to this issue(Not even the least priority), this is the worst experience on online shopping i ever experienced in my life.

                    I ordered PUMA speeder shoes worth 900/- from shopclues.com with order number 6179047 of size 7 which I regularly wear . I received shoes which is vastly different from what it was displayed on the website and seems very local .Also size is small from the regular size.I cannot believe that PUMA is selling such a local quality product through shopping portal. Initially I was told by shoclues that merchant has denied for replacement. Then they told me to share images which I did.Now every day when I talk to their customer service and they say wait for 24 to 48 hrs for the reply.Though the customer care executive accepts that shoes are very different as seen in the image and one cannot wear the shoes of small size as mentioned on the box US/UK size .I don't know how long it is going to take.I seriously think of filling a fraud case against shopclues and complaint to PUMA for checking how their local product is sold through the portal. I have attached the images posted on the shopclues website and the image of the shoes received. I really feel shopclues should do something to protect their customers interest.

                      I have ordered a Micromax A110Q Canvas 2 Plus With Flip Cover from shopclues.com on dated: 17 Aug 2013, 11:59 AM, with order no. 6012419. I have paid full value with credit card. Still I have not received the same. whenever I am communicating with them they are giving me an invalid tracking ID. Even when I told to refund my money they are not giving the same to me. I have got complain ID as : 411685, 411685. But nothing is helping me to get the product or money back.

                          Hi all I ordered a Mini Electric Sewing Machine from Shopclues (order no. 5625059) on 4th August 2013 and it was delivered to me on time. The very same day when I received it, I found out that it's really small. I realized that they don't even mention the size of the machine on the site. I opened it and tried using it. Within 5 seconds, it stopped. I kept trying thinking that it may work..but to my amazement...it never worked properly. Moreover, even if it worked, it can't do most of the stitching jobs as the gap between the needle and the machine is so less that any thick fabric / cloth can't go there. As I quickly realized that this machine isn't of any use and is just a piece of Chinese junk, I packed it and wrote to shopclues about the problem and asked for refund. After a couple of days, they got the item picked from my house and later informed me that the money will be refunding to my bank account. It's been 10 days and I am still waiting for my refund. I suggest NOT to buy from shopclues as they sell cheap quality products and their policies have been drafted to cheat the customers. There are many other sites to buy similar products.
                          They Cheated me by not refunding for an electric kettle.

                          Its a fake site trying to be like Flipkart.

                              I am Senthil Kumar M. I am a regular customer of Shopclues. I ordered a 'Stainless Steel Kitchen Press' on 10-Aug-2013 for Rs. 173. The Order Number is 5770861. The quality of the product was very worst and it was not at all working. Hence, I filed a return request on 19-Aug-2013 with a Return Request ID is 65203. I requested Shopclues to pickup the product. But, still now, the status is 'Return Requsted' and they didn't pick up the product.

                              I had logged a complaint on 22-Aug-2013 with ticket No.407928. Also, I have sent many mails. Even, then no reply / action from shopclues.

                              I never expected this from Shopclues. I am expecting a faster action from them at the earliest to Send their Courier Partner to pick the Product.

                                i order a SanDisk Cruzer Blade 16 GB Pen Drive for 490 rupees for my brother from shopclues.com order number 2692039 08 Mar 2013, 09:58 PM.....but till now they do not deliver the product. When i call to their customer care they not receive the call and i mailed several time for refund but they told they looking up the matter. In website they update that they complete the delivery but I did not receive it till now....now about 5 month passed but they do not refund my money.....please do something

                                  I Tanu Sonkar Ordered for a 21 pc Magic Bullet Set Blender, Juicer worth RS 1698, from SHOPCLUES.COM Order Number #4829711 on 3 July 2013 and received it on 11 July 2013. I already gave you the details of my Account Number of SBI, and you were supposed to refund the amount of 1698/- + 345/- damaged product cost + courier charge for sending the product back to you. As per your earlier mails, it was supposed to be transacted in my account by Saturday(18 August), but now (25 August), and still my refund account has not been transferred to my account. Its now 2 months since i purchased the product from Shopclues, and it was damaged one. I want Rs 1698 of product + Rs 345 of courier charges for sending the damaged product back...

                                      I placed a order for Samsung Galaxy S4 on 14 July 13 Order No.5080431. I mentioned in my order that i need the original invoice which must be valid to claim free S-View flip cover worth 2499/- from Samsung India as offer was there on that phone from Samsung. i received the phone on 22nd july 13. but when tried to claim the free S-View flip cover worth 2499/- from Samsung India by using invoice no and Phone IMEI no. then came to know its been already claimed by the dealer. Called the customer support and told the same and got assurance from their side that i will get the same very soon. After several follow ups from last one month i am fed up with their customer support and now they are asking to return the phone and they will process the refund. I told them that i am using that phone from last 20 days and if they want to process refund then they have to give me the confirmation of 100% refund and time by which i will get the money back. Now they are not replying my mails and not contacting me. i called them couple of times but get the same answer every time that we have forwarded your case we will inform you as soon as we will get any update.                                         I ordered a smartphone on the 7th of August 2013.However,till now i have not received my order from Shopclues.com ,even after they assured me that it will reach me within 10 days.Whenever i call up their customer care number,they assure me of receiving my order,but i have not receive till now.They also gave me a false Waybill Bluedart number,which did not exist.They were quick to take the money from my account,but are really inactive for the delivery.My order number is 5710749.They will not let me cancel the order also,as they have already"processed" it.Please clarify.The amount i spent is really not a big joke at all.
