Fake Buyer Protection

I have ordered a trimmer in shopclues on 19th july 2013 and I received that on 12th august. Since the product is defective i immediately raised return request of the product to shopclues. Taken the full payment but not delivered the product not also refund

I have ordered a Micromax A110Q Canvas 2 Plus With Flip Cover from shopclues.com on dated: 17 Aug 2013, 11:59 AM, with order no. 6012419. I have paid full value with credit card. Still I have not received the same. whenever I am communicating with them they are giving me an invalid tracking ID. Even when I told to refund my money they are not giving the same to me. Shopclues is not refunding my money

Hi all I ordered a Mini Electric Sewing Machine from Shopclues (order no. 5625059) on 4th August 2013 and it was delivered to me on time. The very same day when I received it, I found out that it's really small. I realized that they don't even mention the size of the machine on the site. I opened it and tried using it. Within 5 seconds, it stopped. I kept trying thinking that it may work..but to my amazement...it never worked properly....
