I have ordered a car mp3 transmitter on July 30th. Order number is 5497685. I didn't receive the product yet. I have done payment by my debit card. I think it might be courier problem. If I call customer care number they r telling there was no stock and I ll receive it soon. I waited for 3 months still I didn't receive the product. There was no proper response from your side. I need my money credited to my account or else I need the product which I ordered for. Kindly do the arrangements.

I called customer care on 29/10/2013. They told they have registered my complaint in some urgent action i think. They also told they ll take immediate action in 2 days but today is the end of 3rd day. Till now I did not get any response. Please respond properly. With the confidence on you only customers are doing online shopping in your website. If any issue occurs please help us.Kindly do the needful.

Again I talked to customer care today 07/11/2013. Shopclues RESPONSE IS VERY VERY POOR. NO PROPER REPLY IN MAIL TOO.My order number is 5497685. On july 30th 2013 I ordered it and waiting till now. Im registering complaints in website also no response in mail too. I paid 400 rupees for car mp3 fm transmitter and waiting for 3 months. I told it might be courier problem. But in customer care they are checking POD (Proof Of Delivery) for the past 10 days. I don't know what they are checking for 10 days. But as a customer Im not at all getting proper response in mail and from customer care executive. I need any of your higher official number to talk. I need my money or the product which i ordered. I need clear answer. Please reply me. I have bought many products in shopclues. But now from shopclues no person to help me to get my product or refund. Please dont lose customers. Im Praveen Prabhu I have ordered a car mp3 fm transmitter on july 30th 2013. Your status is showing that its delivered but I did not receive it yet. Im waiting more than 3 months and posting complaints and talking to customer service. No proper response from shopclues team. Im calling customer service frequently but no response from shopclues team. Im also registering complaints in website but still no response from shopclues team. I need shopclues higher official number to talk. Please take proper action to get my product soon. Else I won't do online shopping anymore in shopclues and I ll tell my friends and family members not to do online shopping from shopclues. This shopclues not at all helping customers only getting money from customers and cheating customers. Very very poor service but had put as India's leading market place. I dont know what they have achieved in getting only money from customers and not delivering the product and putting themselves as India's leading market place. First help customers and publish yourselves great. My customer service complaint number is 538078 on 09/11/13. And posted complaint in website and its request numbers are 552743 and 552853 on 14/11/13 and 541176. Please help customers and please respond properly in mail and reply in this too. PLEASE REPLY.       Sir, My name is Vikramaditya I am working in Chennai in a company. I placed a order no.7309165 on 3 October 2013. to shopclues.com (online shopping website) for rechargeable beard hair trimmer. They shipped my item threw DTDC courier tracking no.Z08157702. I did wait as they promised of time period but i did not receive my item. Then I called their helpline no.[protected]. They told me that my item is going back to them reason they said DTDC service is not available at my place. then I asked to them about my refund amount they told that after receiving the item they will refund my amount now they have received the item. They are showing status of this item in his website return received and also i have confirmed to DTDC courier. I have many time called to them about refund my amount every time they assured me that they will refund but not refunding. Their helpline no. is also chargeable not toll free so every time i am getting loss of money minimum 5-10 Rs. On 25th October 2013 I talked to them then they assured me refund my amount and they sent a confirmation mail for refunding amount and my booked item with in 24-48 hours but I did not get my amount now till time. And also a item order no.7541207 placed on 12th October 2013 which they also shipped threw DTDC courier tracking no. Z08172970 I did not receive but they showing status of this item complete in their website I did not receive. Please do need full Thanking You

        I have paid 12, 937 Rupees for my mobile which I order online on 2th October 2013 but they didn't sent my product and they cancelled My Order ...these I came to know on 24th October and this order I converted in to EMI for this they charged 1180 processing fee they are not refunding my Processing fee 1180 rupees and there customer service agents are not cooperative and they don't know how to speak to their customer

        I have been cheated by Shopclues.com website. They deliver me a product which is not as similar as in their description. They have also admitted that product quality is worst and differ from description. They offered me only almost 10% of product cost as refund. But now they are not replying me emails properly. They almost take 10 days to one email reply. I have mailed them several times but not proper reply or solution from their. I came to know that they have cheated many clients like this and after that they don't reply anyone for their queries or request. Their customer care department is worst in service I have ever seen in my life. And the big thing is that they deliver me product after that I have removed my order from my basket. Is it fair? When I was ordering the product due to some technical error my order was not complete. So I tried for second time but the result was same. I didn't get any successful confirmation for both times. So I thought that My order was cancelled. but after few days I saw both orders in my basket. So I deleted them immediately because I don't want to get that product at that time. After removing them from my basket I got an email from them after 2 or 3 days that they have delivered both my orders which I have removed. Because I have chosen cash on delivery option for that so I have to pay when I got that undesired products. the product is totally garbage and of no use. They are cheating clients by selling such products. I have requested them for refund my money back. But they are not replying properly nor refunding my money back.

        Kindly help me so that I can get my money back.

        Hello Everyone,
        On 6th July I purchased "Protoner Weight Lifting Adjustable Dumbbells" (Order no. 4896107) from www.shopclues.com for Rs.1249. I received the product on 17th July. The product was in damaged condition. Two plates were broken. Immediately I called customer care, he told me to email pictures of damaged product. I sent them pictures. I received reply from them after two days. They pickedup product from my home on 19th July. They received the product and after that told me to wait for few days. On 1st Aug they told me, they are doing partial reshippment of product. I told them give me entire product or refund my money. On 12th Aug I received another reply from them saying they will only refund Rs.625. I paid 1249 then why 625.
        After that they didn't reply to my mail. I didn't received my money till date. I am totally frustrated and ready to file the case against them.

          Oder number 7499499, 7500231 I have ordered bed sheet and saree on 9th Oct.when the product arrived its not the same as it was on website I told them i want to return the product, they ask me to send the photos I have sent them thrice but still they say they didn't receive the images and asking to send again..what a stupid service...keeping the call on hold for minutes... just wasting the time of customers and sending cheap quality wrong product and when asked for return not responding properly.

            I Ordered a product from SHopclues ( shoes of 9 size) and after 3 days later I checked the invoice and it showed 6 size which was the lowest size possible. (Obviously it was their website's bug, the website replaced the null number with the lowest number as possible) I emailed the Company about the bug. and 2 days after that I received the wrong sized Product. I emailed them about the issue again. First they didnt replied for 4 days. after which their replied were machine based... that we you have received what you ordered. after that I LITERALLY called them more than 40 times and 20 + emails. Everyone was telling different stories. They kept harassing me that you ordered it wrong... During those conversations I was promised by 3 different seniors that they will arrange PICK up for it, but they never did. whenever I called them ! I had to deal with new guy by repeating the same damn stories. and Finally after harassment of 4 weeks, the finally told me they wont replace it ! (though they still have product on their website) and now I have a shoe of size 6 lying in my house with no use. AND I FEEL CHEATED... ! The same happened with me few days earlier as well when I ordered a carpet and received different color of it. But it was not a big deal so I didn't cared about it. But now this is SHAMEFUL ON PART OF SHOPCLUES. I have recording of nearly 35 conversations with shopclues where they have promised me about pick up. Now I want to deal with it legally. AND FROM MY COMPLAINT... READERS CAN ALSO EXPECT THAT IF YOU GUYS ORDERED WRONGLY FROM SHOPCLUES... OR DID SOME MISTAKE WHILE PLACING SOME ORDER. YOU WILL NEVER GET REFUND. Even rediff guys deal better than these guys. SO PREFER TRADUS, SNAPDEAL ( BEST), FLIPKART (BEST), MYNTRA. and never never never order something very costly thing, because you wont get replacement plus most of their products are fake.               I had ordered a portable laptop foldable table from shopclues on 17th august 2014. It reached me on 30th August. The quality of the plastic table was poor which I had said them in the review of product they ask for. On 30th september the leg of the table just came off. The product had 6 months warranty. I complained and they agreed for a return request and refund. They asked me to send the product to the following address- clues network (p) limited plot no: 648, bijwasan, new delhi – 110061 phone: 011 – 28063316 – 15 They had said pick up from my place was not possible so I have to send. I spend Rs.225 for sending though Speed post. after 10days the product returned to me mentioning "no such company exist" on the parcel and "insufficient address" in the tracking events. Now when say them the problem through mail, they are saying "the product is on the way, once it reaches us we will contact u". If I call them they say give us 24 hrs we will revert back. I don't know what they are doing. Please help.

              The order number is 6015693. Writing to shopclues is a waste of time and energy...we write something and they reply something else. For example

              I wrote "I had send the product but it came back to me because the address was wrong"

              and

              they replied "We would like to inform you that pickup of your order has been done. However, not yet delivered to our warehouse once we received your order at our warehouse we will be able to proceed further for refund/replacement. Request you to kindly wait we will inform you when your product is delivered to us.".

              What do I say?? Yesterday I called up shopclues customercare and talked to someone..he said we will call u back or mail u in 24 hrs positively. But its more than 24 hrs and there is no mail nor call!

                Dear Sir

                There it is mentioned that 2 no. of napoleon car perfume would be sent along with the one free hanging car perfume. If i had to purchase one napoleon car perfume from your website, i could have purchased it by paying just approx. Rs. 150/-. why should I pay Rs. 298 for the same product.

                    I bought a Samsung Galaxy S4 from Shopclues.com. However, i received a fake version of the same. It is apparently the first copy of S4 with product specifications different (lower quality) than mentioned on the website. I raised a complain with the customer care within the stipulated time of 10 days and requested them to initiate a return process and refund the money to me. I gave them the necessary image proofs to confirm that the phone is not same as the original Galaxy S4. I was told that the issue will be resolved in 3-4 working days and return process will be initiated. It's been almost 10 days since I raised the return request but the return process is yet to be initiated despite several calls and mails. Request you to intervene and facilitate refund of my money.

                        I shopped for "Imported Stretchable Jeggings-Fits All" under order # 7457143 which i received on 9.Oct.2013. The same day i realised that it a transparent material and it is a very bad fit for me. So I logged a return request on shopclues website at 11:07pm on 9.Oct.2013. It's been 11 days till today and i write almost daily to shopcluesto take back the product but as per them it is not a bad product. Their exact statement on e-mail is "the product which has been ordered by you is the same which has been delivered to you. Also the product is of standard quality and size as well. Therefore, we will not be able to fulfill your request." It is a different matter that the website of shopclues has a message by the Founder and CEO Sandeep Agarwal (http://www.shopclues.com/buyer-protection.html) which says that "4) Easy Return/Replacement: We allow you to return your product for full refund/replacement if the product you receivedhas wrong size, wrong color, wrong quantity, manufacturing defects, damages or is significantly different from the description given by the merchant." But in reality i felt that shopclues tries to thrust the product (once purchased) on the buyer and do not take it back if customer wants to return it and do not listen to customer complaint. They refuse to agree that the cloth is transparent and is a bad fit. They went to such extent of harrasing me that they are asking me photogrpah that shows that cloth is transparent : thsi vulgarity and poinst to sexual harrament by teh online retailer. Shopclues do not adhere to their own policies that they have written on their website. I am neding a refund of Rs.343 (purchase value of the product) + (Rs.343*no. of days the shopclues team does not accept that tehy will take back the product which is of sub-standard quality and is a bad fit) due to mental harrasment faced by me.                           I think they are cheating from the beginning whereas I realized it after they made me fool on the above purchases.

                          SHOPCLUES.COM are the real FRAUDS.

A few days later i received my item only to find that it was not original and was different from the one shown on the website. they have not accepted my refund request and every time i call them i get the response that they will not refund my money. I am attaching the images of the product that i have received and also the link for the product on the website. the differences between these two are (i.) the product i received lacks the wwe authentic wear sign which is shown on the image on the website. (ii.) On the left sleeve of the t-shirt B.A.* is written but the t-shirt that i received instead has R.A.* written on its sleeve.

                                  Now, the website has denied me any refund citing that these are very small issues but to me these are not just small issues as the t-shirt i received is clearly not authentic.

                                  So, please help me.

                                    I had ordered a 16GB Strontium TNT USB pen drive (Code: 65395) from ShopClues, com on 23rd Sept, 2013. The product was shipped by a merchant - KBC Computech somewhere in South Delhi via an especially on time courier service - IndiaOnTime, which took 10 days to deliver a postcard sized packet to Electronic City, Bangalore. On 3rd October, I found that the product I received is not in operating condition. It was DEAD ON ARRIVAL. I contacted the customer care of ShopClues via phone and mail, and the response they give is that I should go all the way some 40kms to a Strontium Service Centre to that I could get it replaced myself. When I told them I am not willing to do that, they say I could go there and get a DOA letter, scan it and send it to them, so that they could consider talking with the merchant for a replacement.
                                    Who on earth talks like this? What kind of culture are they being trained at this company? If they can't provide a customer the basic decency of proper service, then why are they still here in the e-commerce competition? First off they send a duplicate/seconds product, and then want me to invest more time and money in getting it replaced?? What the heck?! It's like they're saying "Ok, you got a defective product. Now go help yourself."
                                    The basic purpose of preferring to buy online is to avoid the time investment involved in going to a physical store and buying it, right? Worst ever shopping experience at an e-com website, and really pathetic customer care. I hope no one else falls into their trap anymore. This speaks volumes about the organizational culture they follow at ShopClues. They are money-centric frauds selling degraded goods, with no respect to a service perspective.
                                    PLEASE REFRAIN FROM GIVING YOUR MONEY TO THESE FRAUDS. Help yourselves, before they themselves ask you to.

                                        pathetic cust service and dont even understand english..
                                        pay some extra bucks and get some good people..
                                        I placed a request to return on 28th sept
                                        i was asked to send pic to which i replied that even if i send a pic it wont clarifyy anything as the merchant can say that we opened it and then took pic
                                        then got a mail again stating issue would be resolved in 3-4 days
                                        i called after 4 days and was asked to send a pic
                                        so why this was'nt communicated at beginning
                                        then sent pics and no reply till now
                                        called cust service and no help at all.
                                        even opted to speak to a manager
                                        was promised a call yesterday but no call till now
                                        so called today and asked for supervisor
                                        was on hold for about 25 mins and no one answered
                                        also my balance was finished so the call disconnected
                                        did a top-up and called back
                                        had a very bad experience as the person did not even ask what i am looking for and started the script blindly
                                        waiting for a call from them lets see what happens
                                        only the IVR says indias biggest shopping...

                                        but in real its pathetic
                                        even smaller companies then you are well know for its customer service..
                                        You guys needs to be ashamed of it as its a failure from your end..
                                        If i dont get a resolution (Replacement) within 2 Days
                                        then i dont want to be with shopclues anymore and want my order to be cancelled..
                                        even would like to take it further.. legally
                                        It would be glad if you take this message seriously...

                                        sorry but whatever solution u have please communicate thru this forum as its 14 days now and still pick-up is nt done
                                        very unhelpful reps in your cust service - Order Num : 7058501
                                        will never ever come again to this company or recommend anyone
                                        at a point after speaking with manager - liton i thought something would be done in 3-4 days
                                        but called today and got to know that as pick-up is initiated on priority
                                        after that when they receive the product then they will create a new order with a new order num and normal SLA
                                        which is totally unacceptable..
                                        its better if a place a new request now itself on anyother website like flipkart as they deliver within 2-3 days and no issues
                                        very old cust with flipkart and never had such a poor experience
                                        if shopclues cant take the proper responsibilities of the product and make sure cust experience is not hampered
                                        so why to have so many merchants..
                                        very unhappy with the kind of treatement i am getting from shopclues
                                        also i placed request on 23rd
                                        hoping that will be able to use the phone before navratri
                                        which is almost done
                                        and still no phone to use
                                        even on shopclues itself the prices for samsung galaxy grand duos have dropped extremely
                                        anyway i have paid 1200 extra
                                        as per the price now
                                        still i have to wait so long
                                        and even i have to call them again and again
                                        which costs a lot of money

                                        I am realy upset with the kind of response getting from you guys
                                        as i was informed by a manager that will be trying to expedite the replacement
                                        when i called on friday i was told that the pick-up guy was on field and pick-up would be done that day itself
                                        so even though i had many plans still i cancelled it and did stay at home
                                        I gave you guys a second chance also by waiting till saturday
                                        still no on turned up
                                        when i called today i was asked to wait till End of day or till tomorrow
                                        to which i am very unhappy
                                        and also i get mailers from you to recommend friends to earn some points
                                        but the fact is that i dont want any of my friends to go thru this hassle that your company is giving
                                        So many problems with this company
                                        I dont know how you will be having happy customers
                                        only customers who get good product in cheaper rates are happy
                                        but if someone is calling you guys and if an SLA is given then he is sure shot disappointed with it...
