I ordered a "Smart Corporate Bag" (Rs. 659) vide order no.-7338877, on 4th October 2013, believing and relying on promise to deliver the product within 5-6 days by shopclues. I received the product on 16th October 2013 after continuous reminders been given time and again.I was disheartened to see that after waiting for such a long time so eagerly, I receive a wrong Product "Evening In Paris' handbag. Immediately I buzzed the call center representative on 16th October 2013 only to lodge a complain for return and replacement of the wrong product.I was been told to send a snapshots of the wrong product delivered along with the complain for replacement and return online only.I did exactly as told to me but when I contacted the people at shopclues on 17th October 2013, I was replied that the picture of the product has not reached them yet, so again on 17th October 2013 I mailed the photo and took confirmation of its receipt and reverse pickup of the wrong product within 24-48 hours.I called them again and again for 3-4 times daily to get the product picked up from my place as nobody was responsible enough to call me and inform me the address to be written on the package and the name of the courier company which would pick it up. A reverse pickup was arranged on 26th October 2013 after so many reminders by me.The courier company delivered the product to "shopclues" on 1st November 2013 at 12:00 p.m. (my account on the shopclues.com shows the same), but the call center representatives refused to it, and said that the product did not reach their warehouse untill 7th October 2013. Everyday since 16th October I have been calling to get the updates of my transactions and complains, but I get to hear the same mug up statements that my problem shall be solved within 24-48 hours.The call center representatives put me on hold for more than 15 to 20 minutes. I have wasted a lot of money, more than Rs.800-900 on the phone calls, which is much more than the product. The call centre people keep promising to arrange the call backs from the higher authorities but never have I received any calls or emails from them, and every time I have to call them to remind about my problem.On 12th November 2013, I had a conversation with Mr. Pawan kumar (floor Manager, as told to me) who now explains that the product is out of stock and I can get the refund in lieu of the product. But now I demand A compensation of Rs. 3000 along with the refund for the inconvenience. I have made numerous calls and mails to them and they kept fooling me with their promises to deliver the product as soon as possible. I have clearly expressed my demands and requirements in the mails to shopclues but then also, yesterday, On 20th november 2013, I received a mail from Mr. Pawan Shakya, on behalf of shopclues offering "200 Clues Bucks" for the inconvenience caused to me, which I really don't think is justified. Kindly help me recover my money along with compensation and do highlight the issue at your channel so that nobody gets into the trap of such fraudulent companies. Hi,
I had purchased Double Bedsheet With 2 Pillow Cover & 10 Face Towel & 6 Mat
- Bs13 (code#[protected] from Shopclues.com(order#[protected] on 19 Jun 2015.
It was shipped through Shree Maruti - PNP with (tracking
number#[protected] and it was supposed to be delivered to me on 23th jun
2015. But i haven’t received the product even after 20 days of shipment of
product. I have been continously calling shopclues as well as Shree Maruti
Courier for the delivery of product but i am not getting any positive
response from them. Shopclues.com syas your order will deleivered to you.
Even i had called shopclues to proof of delivery order and refund my money
if they are not able to deliver the product. But still i haven’t got any
response from them.My money invested for the product is stuck for more than
20 days with shopclues with no product delivered. Shopclues team don’t
even reply on mail if i ask anything on email.I would like to escalate the
matter to higher authority of Shopclues.com and Shree Maruti Courier both
for this. I am totally fed up with the service that shopclues and Shree
Maruti Courier have given to me. Hope i get justice through
consumerforum.

It was my first shopping experience with Shopclues and it was ridiculous. I place a order on 1 Aug but today i got a massage your product is shipped with blue dart after 5 minute i got a massage again your product is delivered to merchant and your amount is being refunded. when i talked to customer care, they are saying that courier person reached to you but you were not available there.when i forced them for reshipment then they are saying sir if it will be available then we will try to send and the exact reason is not updated here why it is not shipped.

so finally the conclusion is, I think this product was not available with you and you just took order but when u come to know that it is not available then you all are making this story.

Now i am finally decided to sue shopclues
and decided to do not buy any products in shopclues and i never encourage shopclues in my area.

I will forward this message to all my whats app and facebook group then everyone should come to know how shopclues screw customers.

    Without knowingly I marked complaint as resolved but still I did not receive car mp3 fm transmitter from shopclues. Their status showing its been delivered. My order number is 5497685 ordered on july 30th 2013. Im waiting for more than 3 months. Please take necessary steps to receive my product or refund which I paid by my debit card. From shopclues Im not getting proper response. Please do the needful and help me to get back the product which I ordered.

      Hi, Im Praveen Prabhu I have ordered a car mp3 fm transmitter on july 30th 2013. Your status is showing that its delivered but I did not receive it yet. Im calling customer service frequently but no response from shopclues team. Im also registering complaints in website but still no response from shopclues team. I need shopclues higher official number to talk. Please take proper action to get my product soon. Else I won't do online shopping anymore in shopclues and I ll tell my friends and family members not to do online shopping from shopclues. This shopclues not at all helping customers only getting money from customers and cheating customers. Very very poor service but had put as India's leading market place. I dont know what they have achieved in getting only money from customers and not delivering the product and putting themselves as India's leading market place. First help customers and publish yourselves great. My customer service complaint number is 538078 on 09/11/13. And posted complaint in website and its request numbers are 552743 and 552853 on 14/11/13 and 541176. Please help customers and please respond properly in mail and reply in this too. PLEASE REPLY.         i have ordered a samsung laptop worth 23600 & a wireless mouse worth 435 on same day on 5th nov 2013 and paid worth 435 on same day on 5th nov 2013 and paid n advance for the same on the day but this is the in advance for the same on the day but this is the worst shopping experience for me in my life.. my worst shopping experience for me in my life.. my laptop is still not shipped and wireless mouse still not got in my hand.. i also called your customer care but no one is giving any response and they always repeating the same answer everyday that your product will be shipped in next 24 hours and doing nothing about my complaint.. also mailed and had conversation with mr. Tamang but he also not giving me any satisfactory answer.. now i am in huge problem my all works got stuck and i am getting huge losses.. because i payed already that i am not able to buy another laptop... kindly help me with this problem & slove this soon...My order number: 8297957...           They are cheaters.I have given order for shoe nearly on 29 oct. They promise me delivery time is 3-5 days. The order number is 8138071.But after so many follow up they sent me a dtdc courier track no. Z08061871 on 9 Nov in morning. But when i enquire with dtdc . The DTDC company tell me track no. is wrong. From 9nov i contact daily customer care of shop clue.But everytime they tell me track no will update with in 24-48 hours.. Till now they even dosn't courier to me. They just give fake id. I already mail to shop clue & discuss with Ashwani & Pankaj in customer care.But from last 5 days they told me we escalate your request to our logistic deptt. it will take 24 hr time.           I have booked Dr Morepen True Comfort Adult Diaper Medium (QTY:1) on 30/7/13 order no 5489707 at Shopclue.com. Courier showed it has been delivered but my father didn't get it. I knocked the door of shopclue they gave me tickets after ticket of complaint but till date there is no result. An example of their mail is pasted below- "Hello, Thank you for contacting ShopClues.com. Your request has been logged with ticket number 391964, please use the same email for further communication. We try our best to get back to you within 2 working days. Team ShopClues" Now suggest me how can I move against such delinquency?

          The site shopclues.com seems to have not improved and are the same old CHEATS. I had place an order for a deo combo pack for Rs 328/- on 16th April 2015. The order no. was 46724201, I was also sent a waybill no of the courier. After waiting for a decent week when I still did not receive my goods I inquired with their courier viz.
          Ecomexpress, I was shocked to know that while the courier got all the soft data about my package they have not received any package. I have since contacted shopclues atleast 4 times but have only got thank you for calling mails and a message 'HOPEFULLY YOU'LL GET YOUTR GOODS IN 3-4 DAYS'
          i AM AT MY WITS END ABOUT WHAT TO DO AS THE AMOUNT IS REALLY SMALL, BUT STILL THESE GUYS SHOULD BE TAUGHT A LESSON. I WOULD LIKE TO RENAME THEM AS "SHOPCLUELESS.COM.

            Hello Grievance officer, This is Mohit Sharma purchased Morning walker from Shopclues.com on dated 25 Aug 2013 with order no #6225349 . I have ordered a digital morning walker with one year warranty but they sent me the analog morning walker without bill and without warranty. When I asked to the merchant then he refused to return and said that he has not sent any bill with this item so I cannot do anything against him. After that I complaint to the shopclues.com support they took some time and give a permission to return the product. And they will return only 300 bucks in the form of shopclues bucks but the product was bulky which is having courier charge is around 1200 Rs. I was continuously talking with shopclues supervisor (Little Paul). He has promised me that he will refund my amount but it was fake and he blamed me that one courier boy come to me and I refused him for pick up, In real there was no such person met with me (As I want to resolve this issue as soon as possible so why I will refuse to any one). After that he never talked with me and they started one new policy that I cannot call supervisor directly through the customer care (note that I was talking to the supervisor through the customer extension and now they refusing to transfer the call to his supervisor ). This was totally frustrating and I was not able the concentrate on my study due to this. On 8th oct 2013 one call came to me that If I want any compensation and she said that she will call me within one hour and till now she never called me back, on 13 nov 2013, I called again to the customer support the he promised me that his supervisor will call me before 6PM but no one call me and again (I have recorded the call for the showing that how they are harassing me) (Next day 14 November 2013) I call to customer support he cut the call, again I called (customer support name Vaibhav ) but there was no conclusion. Eelier they were saying that Ranchi is in their serviceable area and after some time they said and changed the statement that Ranchi is in not in their serviceable area for return pick up. So I am totally disturbed and frustrating with this service as there is no solution till now after 4 months. So this is my last mail to you and requesting you if you could help me within one week then it’s ok today is 14/11/2013 and finish this issue before 25/11/.2013. Otherwise I have to move to the consumer forum. I hope you will help me in this issue. Thanks Mohit Sharma

              I have paid the money and followed shop clues many times . They havent taken any actions so far .

              Rather i wasted my phone calls . They didnt responded to my mail at last and nor cal too.

              I will rate shop clues as worst worst service.

                Shopclues.com is a fraud company and its a scam which they people are running on internet I placed 2 orders with u on 27th oct'13 order no.8055207 & 8055871 out of which one I requested to cancel order no.8055207 on 4th nov'13 and wow what a experience order cancelled on 8th till then there was no response and that even happened when I called and followup, hats of to you guys your cust service is wonderful and one of its kind in this world(sorry for under rating you poor cust service) & cust service officers of Shopclues.com bluntly lie on customer's face it was 6th nov if I remember it correctly executive from Shopclues.com says sir refund has been initiated when I said I can see on website status didn't changed then I was told that the status which he was talking about is internal amazing is it some kind of cbi department that you people do things internally when I shouted and asked to speak to supervisor I did not found any one taking ownership and I was placed on hold for more than 3-5 mins and suddenly executive comes back and in his whims and fancies states refund will be done by tomorrow if it was true why was I been told it will take 15 days and when I asked I need mail till evening on this commitment again I been cheated with commitment that sir sure you will get a mail by 6pm those 6 pm never came I believe I was told this because the shift of that guy must have get over at 6 haha lies. Oh by the way refund is not been done till now once more lies you know your website name is shopclues but you people don't have any clues about customer service and a word which do not exists in your dictionaries which commitment. Now coming to order no. 8055871 order booked 27th Oct'13 commitment was delivery in 5-7 working days current status "Order On Hold Refund initiated" As On 13th Nov'13 its been since 3 weeks and no intimation to me and suddenly out of the silver clouds there and communication that your order is cancelled since shopclues can't provide product its out of stock cant beleive this just want to say thanks for lovely cust service I will make sure that I will inform as many people in india as i can about this fraud going on.

                  I, Prabir Biswas shop a mobile phone on Shopclues in 29th oct 2013.The description of phone is Nokia 108, white of price 1949.Then(at the time of shopping) it was written that the product will be shipped within 5-7 days.Today is 12th nov but till the product is not shipped.When I tracked the order on 3rd nov it show that it has been shipped on that day through DTDC, but the DTDC track no was showed invalid in DTDC site .They told me when I called them 1st time on that day it was just technical problem don't worry about that.Till the product not was shipped and they give me excuses one after another but they don't want to chancel the order or give my money back.

                    I had purchased 3 tshirts from shopclues.com on 27 august...order no. 6366893...its was Davie Jones Tshirts...I got Local Tshirts with different local names...Shopclues CS asked me to send images...I did sent...They said that they will Pick up from my place and refund...after some time they saying that my area is non trackable and asking me to send the Parcel through some courior service...how come they deliver the product if its non trackable...i have purchased more than 50 orders and my address is in Main City..i.e. IT park south Ambazeri road Nagpur...Now they never call nor reply...and my payment was for Rs500...please help me with the Refund...They said that they will pay me deliver charges if i send...but i dont have time for that...i am ading some mails i got from Shopclues...you can see them down...

                      I was order ray ban black color aviator sunglasses Order no is 7523287 on shopclues online site on 11-Oct and I was received product at 16-Oct . The problem is their i received wrong product then i was send the replace request on this site and our discussion on phone also for the pick and replace the order but till date ( Around 25 days) I don't have my correct order in my hands or I am regular discussion on phone or E-mail they always tell me we will try our best to get you a resolution within the next 3-4 days below attached mail they what was send it to me and below phone number is also wrong. I was send the courier on given address on 1 Nov but its not process due to wrong phone number in given address by this site my courier return back to me on 6-nov. really i am very frustrated from this site and I am fully not satisfied with this site. I want my correct order . some attached images of my courier slip and wrong product.                         I have brought a "BSNL Penta T-pad IS701C White" from Shopclues.com on 11th October and received it on 19th October 2013. The Tab stopped working the second day. When I have approached the Customer care, they said that the piece is under 1 yr warranty by the company and asked me to go to the service center. I went to the service center and got it repaired a couple of times and again it is not working. It is not even a month since I purchased this product and I couldn't use it for more than 2 hours. Please help me on this.

                          Order no 7827301 which was delivered to me on 1 nov 2013. immediately after opening the product i found that they have delivered me absolutely wrong product. Within 10 min of receiving the product i mail them that i received wrong product & i want replacement or refund of money. Now even after 6 days of request & mailing them at least 2 times a day, they have not responded to my request. Never in my experience of online shopping i saw such a stubborn, non responsive customer service. Their claim of 10 days buyer protection is merely eyewash & they don't have courtesy to respond to any request. It is very obvious that i received absolutely wrong product, still why in the world they are taking so much time to respond. It seems that shopclues are cheating & doing big fraud by selling fake product on their website. I feel now they have looted me of my money, Rs 600 & I have lost all my hope of getting my money back.

                              There has been many complaints on Shopclues and they do not seem to be bothered about their image getting hammered.

                              I suggest you better cancel your order 7938863 if not shipped today. More over Shopclues is notorius in selling duplicate or damaged seconds.You can see plenty ofcomplaints posted in this site as proof.

                              They are totally irresponsible.

                                dear team, i had given a return a return request on 17.10.2013 for a Bajaj Hand Blender received from Shop Clues which was found In NOT WORKING CONDITION ans asked for reverse pickup and REFUND. from 17.10 till date, the company is forcing me to get it repair from Bajaj Auth. service station telling me that the product is under manufacture warranty. I asked them that i had purchased a brand new product from you and it should be in a working condition.                                   i do very regular online shopping. Among all online sites, shopclues has got most pathetic customer service. This is not one time experience. Whenever i did shopping with shopclues & contacted their customer service, i received very horrible response. My present complaint is regarding order no 7827303 . They have not shipped the order even after 10 days of ordering the product. So i requested them to cancel the order & refund my money so that i can purchase it from other place. Worst of this they are not at all responding to my request since last 2 days. Why shopclues people are such a .

                                    Order no. 6871859 Ordered date: 19-Sep-0213 Order no. 6871859 has been placed on 19-Sep. Goods has been received in damaged condition which is taken photo and shopclues agreed to take return of the goods. Once i sent the return pick up address they advised that courier pick is not available in my area and alternate address is required. after a long time i struggled a lot and finally got alternate address in nearby city and sent mail on 23-Oct where shopclues confirmed that they do arrange for pickup within 2 days on 24-Oct. there was no reply for three days and i gave call to customer support team on 28-Oct and now they are advising that the alternate area is also not under service. Really its frustrating... i have sent the goods to the area after getting confirmation from their end. now they are advising me to send the return goods from my end. I have asked them that i will courier the return goods in collect mode, but they are not accepting that also. I have clearly explained that i dont want to spend single penny for that worthless product, why the largest online shopper can't make the alternative arrangement with other courier service team. Either they can make alternate arrangement or i will send it in collect mode where they can make the payment from their end and collect the goods. They are not agreeing the same where they stand in the same point to spend amount for worthless product from my end. please help getting refund for this product. Rgds, saranya

                                        Im Praveen Prabhu I have ordered a car mp3 fm transmitter on july 30th 2013. Your status is showing that its delivered but I did not receive it yet. Im waiting more than 3 months and posting complaints and talking to customer service. No proper response from shopclues team. Im calling customer service frequently but no response from shopclues team. Im also registering complaints in website but still no response from shopclues team. I need shopclues higher official number to talk. Please take proper action to get my product soon. Else I won't do online shopping anymore in shopclues and I ll tell my friends and family members not to do online shopping from shopclues. This shopclues not at all helping customers only getting money from customers and cheating customers. Very very poor service but had put as India's leading market place. I dont know what they have achieved in getting only money from customers and not delivering the product and putting themselves as India's leading market place. First help customers and publish yourselves great. My customer service complaint number is 538078 on 09/11/13. And posted complaint in website and its request numbers are 552743 and 552853 on 14/11/13 and 541176. Please help customers and please respond properly in mail and reply in this too. PLEASE REPLY.
