Hi,
I purchased Huawei Data Card (E355) from shopclues.com with order number : 5316977.
When I got the item I checked and feel that it is having manufacture defects, so I log the request on very second day and ask them to do refund of my item as they have the Refund policy of 10 days and that policy mention the "Defective" section.
But they are saying that I need to go to merchant address to correct the piece, But my questions is if they have the refund policy for defective peace then why should I go to the merchant. They should have to refund me the money of shopclues bucks.
