Dear Sir/madam, I have 3 ordered of "Transparent Bra Straps - (Pack of 2 pairs)" Code: 1677020 and i paid online, but still I have not get it. I told again and again shopclues.com customer care by call and e-mail, but they have not get any solution. My Payment method is Visa debit card/online paid. I have given 3 ordered of same product/item as follow: 1. #9591577 22 Dec 2013, 11:13 PM 2. #9601123 23 Dec 2013, 09:59 AM 3. #9624437 23 Dec 2013, 07:08 PM Subtotal : Rs.120 (-)Order Discount : Rs.97 Price after Discount : Rs.23 Shipping Cost : Rs.19 Total : Rs.42 I have given 42x 3 = Rs. 126 for three same items, but not get any one. I have separately paid online of Rs. 42/- for above mentioned three same times, so totally Rs. 126/- has been debited from my debit card, but still i have not receive the product. The status of order is showed that "This order is shipped via Overnite Express. The tracking number for this shipment is [protected]. To track this package goto http://www.overnitenet.com/ and enter the tracking number shown above". But its so late i not get it. Please, give me a reasonable solution as soon as possible. Thank you. This order has reebok sunglasses, courier service provider tells me that we will not deliver at your address which is given by you and if you can collect from here then its ok otherwise we will return it. Product is returned bu no refund in that as well. same thing again I got a mail with greetings. on complain.
Is there anyone who can help me out for my refund?

Courier partner DOTZOT ( Docket No[protected] is worst courier company I have ever seen, they are showing wrong address with any delivery attempt.

Product was shipped on 1st November and still after 20 days the product is still not delivered. I contacted the customer care via email and they are just sending apology emails nothing more.
It feels like i have been cheated payment has been done and still they are not delivering the product.

The estimated delivery date was told to be 5-6 days from day of dispatch (17th February, 2015 as per website). It’s 28th today and I have not yet received the product. I had called customer care earlier this evening who responded with the usual excuse that ‘the matter is being monitored and the concerned team is on it.’
I only have two options. Either I receive the product within 30th February or I get a full refund. I have posted this problem online and if not solved within 2 days will take it to court. I have no intention of ignoring the loss Rs.1600
Please do the needful without any further glitches.
