I sent many mails and called several times to my learning center and SMU helpdesk as well as to mumbai regional head, but unfortunately no one is bothered about the problem and I am still looking for solution from SMU.
below I mailed to SMU
Dear SMU,
Thank you for providing receipt for fee submitted, However would like to take your kind attention on fee structure which is given in receipt.
It has included tuition fees of Rs 1900, would like to notify you that, from 1st Semester onward I am asking my center for tuition for same but still has not received any, and its 4th sem for which I have paid the examination fees.
If there is no tuition available from your or center side, so I should not be getting charge for the technically.
Hence requesting you to make an arrangement for refund for all 4 sems tuition fee which I have suffered in past 4 time paid which comes to Rs. 7600.00 /-

And they are saying there is no refund process. I would like to ask, why they did charged if they can not provide service, after all I have paid for services which I have been promised.
I got drop in one subject of 2nd sem, and my center is asking for resitting fees, I am the one to get penalize for SMU's and Their recognized learning centers mistake.
when I called to customer care then support is simply answering " we have given online lectures (which is no where and everyone knows), online support (tell me who charge 1900 for support).
seriously I am totally fed up and would like to escalate this matter to higher level, with a hope that they can understand me, and I may get resolution before my 6th sem get end.
