Siti Broadband — Taking money for 100mbps and giving service of 25mbps

Same thing with us well are paying them from last 4-5 months for 100MBPS plan of 1799 but they giving us service for 899 Plan of 25MBPS when we got to know the issue about this they are telling us that they don't have high speed modem in their stock from last two months and charging us the same plan Rs-1799 and Giving us service for Rs-899. Still we are waiting on complaints from them but no response are exact date given to us when we will get proper service for which we are paying.

Siti Broadband — Refund not get

Their agent not recharging, whaen asked for refund of deposit money 500 they say that they will not refund afte disconnection
