I want to say that their site is not working, local cable operator says i have no right to update but have right to deactivate. He says you have to take 100 channels default of my choice because of our portal. Now this is a clear cut case of violation o trai's rules and notification. Now what does a customer can doing if companies are not following rules of regulatory body.

    I'm facing this problem from last month... That my wifi stops working after some time and whenever i call operator or siti service they say they will look forward on it and after some complaints they sends a guy to fix it but this problem keep occuring again and again and now when i'm calling service operator he is making excuses that he can't come until next monday and the attitude is not professional at all.

      Since last two months my wifi doesn't working, in every two or three days i have been registering complains, service team team is coming and fixing issue which last for not more than 2-3 hours.

      Highly doubting on the reliability of wifi facilility, a full time working must not get this wifi service, whose service can betray anytime.

      I am paying very nicely to it still product benefits is zero.

        Siti broadband connection has worst services ever. They do not have any concern towards the customer complaints. I have called them 20 times but my problem is still there. These are the complaint no. S

          1. The speed of the broadband is very poor
          2. The ping is very poor... It shows rto 4-5 times after every 3-4 pings
          3. If we call the care service they said that they don't have the number of operator... So go to the operator and then call... What # service is this!
          4. If there is any problem in connection we try to contact the operator and he didn't pick the phone up... If he did, he just told that there is some technical works from the end of siti broadband so they close the service
          5. After this we call the customer care of siti broadband and they repeatedly said that there is no problem... There line is cleared
          6. If both end works perfectly... Both the lines are clear then why we don't get the releavent speed or why there is problem in ping or connection
          7. Actually they don't think about the consumers if they did they take some steps against there operators and the system of work
          8. Pls take a kind look on our problem and solve the as early as possible

          There is no internet for last 2 days... As we pay for 28 days connection we will pay us for last 2 days... And even we don't know when the internet of broadband will come... At least the operator can pick up his phone... But he don't

            I moved from alliance to soti as i was assured for a better service and here i am writing this complaint as my broadband is not working since last 4 days operator is not receiving calls don't know how many times i have called him tried to speak to the customer service operator and was informed that there ia no complaints dept. If the ossie is not taken care of in next 4 hrs soti broadband will loose me as a customer also in my next building meeting would recommend all siti broadband customer to leave by sharing this pathetic experience.

              I called siti broadband customer care several times and they told me to talk to my service provider which is 'om cable darshan'. I called them several times as well and they did not even respond to my calls. My plan is of 60 mbps and i receive around 15 mbps. I have called both, the service provider and siti broadband and both of them play the blame game on the opposite person. The system is dead and does not respond to any of my complaints. Please look into the matter. This has been going on for months now.

                Team siti offered me a plan by the name infinite for 1060/- monthly.

                The term "infinite" refers to "limitless or endless in space, extent, or size; impossible to measure or calculate"

                The plan offered to me was infinite and as per definition, there should be no change in any gbs or reduction in speed as suggested by the dictionary meaning of the word.

                This came to my notice when my broadband speed reduced and when contacted customer care, i got to know its because of some capping they have for 150gb.

                To my surprise, there is another plan for some 820/- (Inclusive of gst) which offers better. The limit is for 400gb and not for 150gb. Ironically the plan is running for last 2-3 months. If there is any better plan then same should be changed to suit the customer and help him save more but same was never advised and siti has taken 600/- approx. Extra from me and has been giving me a degraded plan.

                Now the plan cannot be changed in the mid term or else i will have to bear another 400/- odd loss (For the remaining days left in the current plan) if i plan to get it changed right away.

                Total loss in that case would be some 1000/-. The customer is supposed to bear the loss and not the company.
                That is just for 1 customer.

                Incase you have some 300000 odd customers on this plan then you have already earned 12cr by now by just keeping mum about it and not letting the customer get the benefit. How gross is that?

                This should get notified to the higher authorities who think the organization like yours with a good brand name whom people trusted is working on otherwise objectives and vision.

                Sorry to say, but the trust doesn't remain anymore in your so called siti.

                  Hello, my user id is siti00424210, despite making regular complaints i unable to use my broadband service working at office. I am facing losses for not done our work at time. I have ultra unlimited 50mbps 695 3months unlimited plan, but i am not able to use it since last three days even after advance payment of three month, this is a regular practice for me since three days to log complaints every day. But every time they give me the time waiting for 8 hours to resove my complaints but after this they again & again give the same exact 8 hours time repeatatly. I keep on getting assurance about this atleast if they fix the problem i am facing but nothing is actually done on the ground reality. Need to know the way of how can i escalate the issue to the higher level hoping that will be helpful in getting the issue resolved.

                    This is swapan roychowdhury, a customer of your broadband service, account number - indi[protected], username - “uroy_ppcn”. I have given 4000 /- rupees for installation and security deposit though lco did not given the bill. How much i will get back after disconnect the broadband service.

                    Here are the worst experiences i should share with you.

                    1. There is no online payment option, though it's a network business not a grocery shop.

                    2. The lco recharges the package which is not in you server. So customer can not complain about slow internet speed and had to suffered for a month. Good trick to fool customers.

                    3. You don't have any control over the arrogant lco, who not only misbehave with customers but does not respond for months and months. Even booking thousands complain tickets does not solve the issues means siti also does not care about this.

                    4. Since this is very much rural area, most of the customer does not know even how to complain and the lco takes the advantage of situation along with siti.

                    I want to surrender my broadband connection but i do not know how much money i shall get back. I have written to both indinet and siti networks but they are not answering my emails. If you please advise me what to do and how i will get my money back. Thanks

                      I am having this problem for the past 5 days and the LCO is very much unhelpfull and lodged complain many times an technician came yesterday to fix the problem but as soon as he left after 3 hour the problem started and i informed the same to the CS team still nothing is taken care off worst service ever my locality pin is / 711201. hope to see a solotion or will leave the connection for sure.

                        I have recharged on 30-jun-2018 plan of 20mbps from "siti networks" but since recharge my internet is not working. My customer id is siti00458088.
                        I have also called the customer care services since last 5 days daily but the support staff was also unable to resolve the complaint. Again & again they just say to restart my modem but still there are no positive results. I locked my complain more than 15 times in last 5 days and without any solution they closed it. They said that the technician would come but no person has come yet. I again called the customer care today and again they just locked complain. I am paying amount for that service which siti network is not providing me.
                        I want my money back please help on this.

                          I use siti broadband over 1 year and my area LCO not give me properly service and Took more money from me,

                          when i undersand LCO Making me fool, i login my indinet account and see my bill now i really shoked

                          first- i pay every month 870 rupees and LCO give me only 400/500 rupees plan
                          second- when i undersand LCO Making me fool, and I talked to him about this, She quickly stopped my login access to my account picture below...

                          *** when i tell me to my LCO, i need a globally Public ip he tell me your need pay yearly 3060 rupees actully price in siti broadband the public ip 2200 rupees somthing

                          successfully i decite, i quit siti broadband and use Jio or another company internet

                          **If I can come back here again I got all my money back (Which was taken extra from me)

                              I am calling siti customer care from[protected] to come and collect money and recharge my wifi but no one is coming and i am calling them from last 4 days but they have sent no executive to collect money they told me that money will be collected in 48 hours but it is more than 75 hours no one has came plz sent someone immidiately... So i can enjoy my internet facility

                                I am siti broadband user
                                I raised a complaint regarding slow speed internet though i am on 50mbps plan but getting 2 mbps speed

                                And i have called them on wednesday their customer representative stated that there is server down so they would arrange a call back for me but there is no call back for that day

                                Then again on thursday i called them and they have raise the ticket number for my complaint ticket number:- [protected]

                                And no one came up on friday and without my consent they have closed my ticket reference number and got the message that your issue is now resolved

                                Then again i called up and got the same answer that their server is down they can not do anything and promised to arrange a call back this time.

                                  I am not able to access my internet services since 3days and after 3days, they are providing me procedure for troubleshoot which i have already done numerous of times instead of resolving it. Customer care has raised complaint thrice but nobody visited instead i received message that my ticket is resolved. Secondly i run ecommerce business which is impacted hugely due to services not working and all i get is different ticket number everyday with no help and service. I am facing loss financially due to all this. I have never came across this thing before with any network so unable to digest how siti network is sitting quiet on customer problem's and claiming to be best network. I am looking for compensation.

                                    Star packages have been removed but i am paying the same old price as before without reduction in price. Instead i have been asked to take star channels separately at 35 rupees per channel. Where is my refund?
                                    As per advised the packages have been revised as per deducting the star channels
                                    So i have been told i have to pay the old price only
                                    This is unfair
                                    Why would i pay the extra money?

                                      This is an experience i have had with siti broadband who provides internet (Wifi), which i want to share with everyone, it is bitter one. I have been a loyal customer of siti broadband for almost a year but they do not value their customers one bit. Despite paying in advance as instructed by them & my repeated request via emails & phone calls to shift my modem from my old address to my address for the last six days, they did not even call to help me out. Not a single executive bothered to call me forget about providing a resoltuion. They do not care. They always apologise and promise but never fulfill or execute. As long as they have got the payment, they are fine, rest they dont care. Siti has proven to be the worst n most un-reliable internet provider ever with their wifi going off n on most of time. All i want now is my entire money back coz i got no wifi or service from from siti. I would never recommend siti broadband to anyone. Most dissatisfied and unhappy customer. Tenzin tseten.

                                        I had been using siti broadband for past few months. My i'd is siti00230654. Since my last recharge of rs 825 towards monthly subscription, siti broadband server is continuously down and i would not be able to use internet. Also the company had expressed its inability to rectify the problem. As such i had requested the service provider multiple times to refund my payment which is still pending. Kindly help me to resolve this issue which is pending for almost more than last 20 days with siti broadband so that i could get my refund. Regards umesh
