I have been using SITI Broadband for Wifi for almost two years now. In the beginning, they provided good speed or at least the internet speed expected based on the plan.
But for the last few months, even if I subscribe for a 100Mbps plan, the average speed I'll get is at most 25-30Mbps. Their policy basically is to provide an internet speed which is reduced by at least 60% compared to the plan subscribed and lure customers to spend more on other plans every month.
No matter how many times I call their customer care, they would always say that they will look into it and in the end, they would close my issue without even informing me. That's just pathetic. I would not suggest their service to anyone. They have the worst customer service.
