I am subscribed Connect_60 plan which should provide data speed of 60mbps. But I am getting average of 20mbps. And right now it is less than 5mbps.
I have lodged several trouble-tickets but my issue is not resolved. Even nobody picks up call from customer care.
Siti/Indinet is looting money like this.

    Day after day siti broadband speed is getting worse. Where my plan is connect_80 and i am getting 3-4 mbps download speed and 10-12 mbps upload speed.

    Why don't i get full speed when i am paying full for 80 mbps?

    No one is bothered about the same.

    Most of the time network vanishes while working.

    Told my isp several times but result is a big zero.

    Please resolve the matter asap.

      My internet connection is randomly shutting down in middle of my works.
      Siti broadband has become the worst broadband service ever! They are totally liars about great internet speed. I am a connect_60 user but I always get internet speed about 30-40 Mbps. The worst broadband service ever! Who just steals users money by not giving them proper service!

        Tired of raising complaints about bad internet connection & non-working of wifi modem. But after multiple complaints, no one visited or attended the complaint. Above all it's marked as resolved on siti H8 system. I am using siti broadband for more than 3 years, never faced such poor & pathetic customer support. I expect siti broadband can be a good companion in this COVID pandemic situation but feeling betrayed due to all trust shown in siti services.
        Unable to do any personal or official work over this unstable connection. All devices get disconnect & later unable to reconnect for several hours.
        Already raised 4+ complaints but no action or revert for resolution. This was not at all expected from Essel group venture.
        In the future, I suggest DONT rely on Siti Broadband service & please switch to any, any other internet ISP.

            I have purchased siti broadband plan connect_60 (Plan id: migsi[protected] valid upto 25/04/2021. Since 12/06/2020 i. E. Last 8 days i did not have net connection resulting i can’t do any work which required online and also my son unable to attend his online classes organised by his school. I repeatedly complain to our cable operator and siti cable landline (Phone no:[protected]) but surprisingly no action taken eighter by cable operator or by you resuliting huge monetory loss and because of siti cable my son unab le to attend his online school classes. Can you please explain why should i keep siti broadband line?? I want to disconnect siti broadband line immidiately and arrnge to refund the money from july’2020 to 25/04/2021 which i paid in advance. Please take this mail seriously and do accordingly. CAN YOU PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY SHOULD I KEEP YOUR LINE ?? I WANT TO DISCONNECT SITI BROADBAND LINE IMMIDIATELY AND ARRNGE TO REFUND THE MONEY FROM JULY’2020 TO 25/04/2021 WHICH I PAID IN ADVANCE.               Nat type is showing strict user port is block asking yearly money on top of monthly subscription to open ports other provider does not close user port like this ex alliance i can't play games stream its also frustrating in this hard time.

                  Our isp has two contact numbers... One is of the owner and another is of the person who collects the money... None of them ever pick up the phone whenever we call... And also... For last two months we never got internet continuously even for one hour... Is this called internet providing??? Alliance is faaat better than siti then... I am totally in despair using siti internet... Literally the worst internet service one could ever imagine...

                    I am using siti broadband but their service is working very slow from last 10 days at my location, pin 700116. My cwsw username : ghosh1_om. I'm using connect60 pack but my recent internet speed is below 1 mbps.
                    Even i called many times to their customer are and nodel officer no one pick ups the calls.
                    Due to the covid 19 i am working from home and depend on this broadband.
                    Their website also not providing any complain id where i can track.
                    Please look into it. They will also not extend those days.

                      I bought this connection around 1 month back. Till the day i subscribe to sity bb and till day there is not a single day i got a uninterrupted service, truly 80% of that there is no internet. Earlier i thought after couple of days it will be ok but more and more service is getting poor. Truly, with this connection it is not at all serving any purpose. I already invested more than 5000+ just to get that bb connection and already paid for 6 months subscription charge. It is my fault that i trusted sity cable. Anyhow would like to discontinue that service. I am writing here as there is no one is picking up my phone in spite of several call i made to reach them, only 2-3 times they received my phone and gave a false promise that everything will be ok, but within 10-15 min service again gone. I really fed up with this poor service and would like to go for some other bb operator

                          It has been 20days since the cyclone has affected bengal howver there no broadband service till date.

                            I am a siti broadband user from behala, sealpara. My local cable provider is star vision network who is a distributor of siti mso. After the cyclone amphan, siti has suspended its broadband service. However, even almost everything is now restored after 8 days of the cyclone hit, still siti is not able to bring back its normal broadband service. When contacted with the local operator, he says there is no bandwidth of siti.

                                Sir, i gave a complain to my cable operator to resolve my broadband connection and router before two and a half months back... They didn't responded immediately... After three weeks my cable operator (Bablu cable network) took my broadband router (Kingtype) before 2 months but didnt gave back me now also... I had a lot of problem in my studies and my personal work... I have tried to contact siti kokata office but they also have not responded... It's a long time my issue was not solved, it would be very thankful if you look into this matter and solve my problem...

                                  The internet provider has taken lumsum amount of money to provide service of xmbps. However, they have been regularly disconnecting the internet service from their end for days. It happens everyday, and they do not give any reason to this disconnection.
                                  The customer service is fake, and just types issue solved after the internet come back.
                                  They are charging people money and not providing service.

                                    I have been using SITI Broadband for Wifi for almost two years now. In the beginning, they provided good speed or at least the internet speed expected based on the plan.

                                    But for the last few months, even if I subscribe for a 100Mbps plan, the average speed I'll get is at most 25-30Mbps. Their policy basically is to provide an internet speed which is reduced by at least 60% compared to the plan subscribed and lure customers to spend more on other plans every month.

                                    No matter how many times I call their customer care, they would always say that they will look into it and in the end, they would close my issue without even informing me. That's just pathetic. I would not suggest their service to anyone. They have the worst customer service.

                                    I can be contacted at dipansh.[protected]@gmail.com. In case someone from Siti Broadband thinks of taking the time to resolve my issue, although I hardly expect that.

                                      I got a connection of siti broadband two month ago, the speed was good but after a week speed has decreased and i only got 1mbps maximum on a 100 mbps plan, i was complaining from 15-20 day to nodel officer and all the customer mailing address but novody helping me. And when i call my area nodel office he told me i can't help you ask your operator and start abusing me. Now i have the proof and mailed material so i decided to go to the court and file a case against these fraud who robbed my 10800rs and start abusing me rather than solving my problem
