Smashing Commerce — return of money

Hi,
I have ordered (Order id##Q72ZBCVRJT) on 15th june 2018, pest repellent - ultrasonic machine.
This product is fake.. Does not work. I got it today. The sales person ankita rosario is a liar she said she has personally used the product and is 100% pest repllent. This product that i got is useless. And makes irritating noise which give headache.
Is there any ways to get refund? I have paid 480 for it however it seems only 50... Cheap product... They are cheating customers

The customer service manager Ankita Jadhav is not picking up the call nor responding the call. It is very annoying.

Please ask them to return my money

In Facebook showing a good quality product and delivered a very cheap quality that is also not effective. I formerly bought the same product in shopclues just in Rs120.In smashing commerce I gave Rs 480.Worst product. Making too much noise.pests are not going outside.

Smashing Commerce and its mosquito repellent product is totally fake as all of the above persons written. It should be stopped with immediate effect. They are not returning anybody's money including me and kept on writing useless details. We all should make the union the register the case against them. Their confidence of not returning money is challenging us to sue them in the court or to register the complaint.
These kind of companies are simply making fool of the customers by earning hell of the money and one fine day they will run away from the market.

Hi.. I was purchased pest control device from smassingcommerce customer by online and paid cash to deliver RS. 480.00 but when I have open package I was shook bcoz advertising device and received device totally different and also totally un effected and also device is duplicate.. order ID is 59706 . Now I want to refund my money but support team say We have no refunds policy.. and also Ankita madam is totally cheating with all bcoz I have find the review if any body book order and confirm she will send to sms free gift sms by name Ankit and surname is same who have purchased for example book order by Mr Manish Mehta she will send to sms by name Ankit Mehta means Ankita name is permanent bt surname change with every order.. it's finally she is doing frouding via online website

I have recieved my order today. Its a fake products. Advertising product and received product totally different. Its making high sound and her sales manager ankita jaju also not answering the call even her no is auto rejected mode.
I want return the product and need my mony back
