Snapmint — sujata juicer, balance not refund

I ordered sujata juicer through snapmint and paid rs.918 as emi downpayment. But it got cancelled and after some time i got a message,

"we have received a refund for your paymentid:[protected] done on snapmint credit advisory private limited.
Refund to your bank account typically takes 3-5 business days.

It's been 20 days since i got this message.

Please help me to get my refund back.

Snapmint Team please refund or adjust this EMI as soon as possible.
