Dear Sir / Madam With a great regret I desire to inform you about the extremely poor quality of the SONY TV with the following details that has been supplied to us from Reliancedigital Retail Ltd., Maithili Sygnate, Next To BSEL Tech Park, Opp. Vashi Railway Station, Navi Mumbai 400705, Maharashtra Email crm.[protected]@zmail.ril.com Contact[protected] / 67958280 The TV screen has developed wrinkles (Scratch marks with fine cracks) in the screen though the TV has been handled very gently by us (only two elderly persons use it in the house for hardly 1 or 2 hours in a day). You are kindly requested to replace the set at once without any delay. I am enclosing a photograph of the TV set with this complaint.May I request you to kindly settle the problem at once and confirm to me on the action taken on my e-mail [protected]@gmail.com / mob nos [protected] / [protected].
