    I have experienced the worst banking service from the branch manager of south indian bank, bannerghatta branch - ms. Rajani. I have an nri account with this branch since 4 years.     Hello Team,

    My name is Mohammed Zubair would raise an complain request, I have transferred 6000.00 rs on[protected] thought Paytm to SIB account number - [protected] were the account number was invalid(your some other customer) and the amount is been Debit from my valet account and credit to your customer.

    I have raised complained thought PAYTM and Christ college SIB Bangalore branch, When i contact PAYTM they say there is no response from the branch. I have visited the branch 3 tyms they say the money will refunded in a day but nothing is happening as this issue is pending from more then a month.

    Can you I get any help and get the refunds and trasfer the money to PAYTM and i shall get the refunds from them.

      Dear Sir, I had made a mpay transaction for my mobile recharge, through your mobile banking App for an Amount of Rs 187 deducted from my Account, on 11/04/2018 Transaction ID :[protected], which failed with a message that the amount will be refunded tried contacting through your customer care no. but to no avail, they keep telling it eill be refunded in a week than told me it will take two weeks, now it is almost three weeks, i still have not got my refund.

        I am Nandeesh and a reporter of a News Paper " Voice of Vishwa", I was working as a teacher that time a loan of Rs. 1, 70, 000 is availed, I did not give any letter after my resignation to the SIB manager to close my account in short time i.e (18 months ). The manager, Binuraj, Sib, Bannimantap, without informing me, took my gratuity amount of Rs, 1, 29, 000 directly from the school and put into loan amount. I paid from my pocket after resignation + Salary deduction from salary till the working days in the school exceeded the loan principle amount of (Rs. 1, 70, 000) and it is totally i have paid Rs.. 1, 93, 593 to the load account and a interest of Rs. 23, 593 in excess is paid in only 18 months. The bank gives a time of 4 years ( i.e 48 Months at the rate of 13% ) to complete the loan. Now the manager is showing a balance of ( ) amount in the loan account in a monthly basis keep on adding. When i visit the bank he escape, telling i know to collect your loan amount from your guarantees, does not pick the phone and when requested to send letter to Head office through him on 16th of March, he told they will put your letter to dustbin. I have lost the hope from SIB manager, bannimantap. PLease accept my letter and waveoff my interest part which is remaining in the loan account and provide me NO due Certificate. Enclosed - 1) my letter to manager ( typed ), 2) Accounts of repayment ( typed) 3) monthly recovery bank statement (from SIB) 4) Interest received and total amount collected ( from SIB ) 5) Rate of interest 13% ( from SIB ) I have enclosed my mob number and email id. Please reply immediatialy.

          atm hacked

          I was with drawl my money from south indian atm machine 8/9/17 with drawl amount 10, 000/-.

          After the 8/9/17 my atm was hacked in your south indian atm machine, my money was gone in fraud that time rs 114 lac.

          As per your message dated 8/2/18, my a/c xxxx3626 with thrissur mission quarters branch was frozen forwant of adhar and pan numbers. But, i submitted them on 17/2/18 and till date no information lifting the freeze has come to me. As per govt. Ruling you are authorized to freeze any a/c only if the adhar, pan numbers are not submitted by 31st march. Even after submitting the required papers, i am told third party cheques presented in the as/cs were not honoured stating that they are awaiting orders from computer dn. You may look into the matter and do the needful.

            Sir,
            As i am the account holder in your branch i am a customer in your bank since
            2009 i was happy with your services which u had been provided to me. But nowadays your bank staff doesn't respond to the customers nor they give us a proper service. Your staff makes us to wait for more than 2 hours to wait for jst to give me a simple withdrawal cheque, on 02/03/2018 science i waited and i took the cheque and i filled it and i returned it ur staff than your staff member called me out and enqured me and i said them i had not brought my atm so im writting the cheque to withdraw the money there your staff member who passes the cheque started to speak in different way to me and behaved rude to me and he use volgure langauge to by saying rascal, # etc...
            These bank staff is not responding good to the customers they make us to wait just for no reason. These bank branch is in mysore nr mohalla mysore karnataka

              To recover loans south india bank - hyderabad bank manager — danny (Person name)

              Bank person danny has come to my house and brought two goons with him and goons names are hussain and ashfaq.

              Hussain (Goon) is telling that he will stay till night infront of my house and hussain is using foul anf flithy words. He is saying that am talking in a normal way and then he started using foul words and telling that he will sleep in front of my house till he gets money.

              Bank manager danny is sending goons to harass us. That goon — hussain said that he will bring many other goons and is threatening us. He said that he can use many more foul words and saying that if we call police nothing the police can do to him.

              Hussain — goon said that he is a very evil person and can use foul and flithy words and he will also use his power to show who he is.

              He came morning 8 o clock and bank manager is bringing many more goons.

              Bank manager danny brought those two goons and told that tey will stay till they get money and no police or government can do anyhting to them.

              Bank manager danny and hussain goon and other goon are harrasing us a lot.

              Daily bank manager is calling us on phone 20-30 times and today sent goons to our house. Bank manager danny also is not moving from our house. This is not first time even previously he came and sat infront of our house and created bad reputation infront of our neighbours and started creating mess. This is second time that he said he wont move from our house.

              We have lodged a police complaint against bank manager danny and his goons.

              The goonhussain even said that he will use even more flithy words and can raise his voice and use his power to threaten and harass us.

              Hussain was telling that he will bring more goons today evening and that even if we call police he isnt afraid of them.

                    Dear sir,

                    I have an account in south indian bank

                    My account number is *39 and my branch location is ernakulam vennala.

                    On 12/03/2018 17:39 using my card someone withdraw 500, which time i was on my duty and my card was with me.

                    When i check in my bank mini statement it is showing that cwdr at sgpalya oatm bng

                    Even when card is with me all the time. That means somebody using my duplicate card to access my account

                    I need your advise how to track this issue, can it be bank fault or its a 3 party fraud or its a mistake by bank. I have already logged complaint to south indian bank. How may i claim my money back? Or whether it is malware attack something like that... Plz suggest

                      Your staff prakash raghavan working in sib kalampalayam branch, coimbatore has requested our house for rent, which is situated at a distance of 2 km from kalampalayam. Based on his request we provided the house for rent. After one month he called us and said, that he is gonna vacate since he has got transfer and promotion. We have also accepted his reason and asked him to hand over the key. Since he informed us in a very short duration of time, we asked him to hand over the key, and keep the rental document original with him. Once we get the new tenant we will give the advance amount to you, then we will collect the original document. Initially he agreed and later he is not willing to hand over the key. Also he has not paid the rent. Then he started using bad words to my wife in the phone call. So we are going to file a police compliant on your bank staff. He was introduced to us by another sib staff working in the same branch. His name is anthony roshan. Both of them are behaving very cheaply, and using bad words through phone call. Since this your bank staff, we wanted this to get into your picture.

                        I went to an atm to withdraw money on the 15th of jan 2018. The amount was rs.2500. The money did not come out however i was charged for the amount. Called up your customer care team and they said it will automatically be credited within 4 hours. I just checked my statement today, and the amount was not credited. Customer care team is not helpful at all and insist that i have to come to the bank. No reason was given. Other banks immediately have facilities to resolve the issue on the call.

                          I would like to inform you that i have filed with my bank regarding the fraudulent debit that has happened with me in the month of ocr' 2017 amounting to rs.30, 000 and i had discussed the same with my bank and the support they had given made me feel that they are trying to shift off the liability by telling me that i was responsible for the transaction. I have already informed that i haven't received any otp with respect to the transaction that had happened and these days they aren't even responding to my calls and mails too which isn't at all expected from a bank whose primary duty is to protect their customer.

                            Got my account freezed with no reason. I got in an emergency situation and when i swiped my card and realized its not working. How irresponsible are these guys. Since, i had a spare account i could manage the situation. And its on friday[protected]. The for the next 2days was holiday. You could imagine my situation. Today i rang them, and they said that it was due to the delay in synching the adhar card. Dont know how to reply them, because i had submitted my adhar on the date they were asked. This is the first experience for me in such a situation. And the bank officials were so ease on their language. They could have atleast give me an apology. Such a bad behaviour. First time, worst experience.

                              I am abdul rahuman from kerala, attingal. I have opened an s. B account in sib attingal on 21st nov. Date of application was on 14th nov. As a new customer for sib they wont even give a care or update even if its delayed. As per the mail i received they mentioned me that the card will be delivered from 15-20 days from the date of application. Its been 20+ days and still waiting for the atm. Since in have to travel other states & abroad, bank doesnt even consider the needs of customer & never even try to update the situation or clarify the customer. Poor service from attingal branch and better i plan to close the account if they cant even serve better for a new customer.

                                Here i'm harish d one of the customer of your bank (South indian bank mysore main branch) i had opened a juniour account in your devaraj urs road main branch mysore last 25 days back i have requested for my adressupdation from college adress to my original adress. Here your bank employers not responding they are telling our staff are on leave. My question is to update adress and issue a new passbook is your bank require 1 month and above in other banks they are issue within a weak.                                     My fcnr usd deposit amount 220000 deposited 7/9/17 with punkunnam, thrissur branch for one year. Due some misunderstanding with the branch, i sent request on 25th oct, 2017 to pre closure the deposit and transfer the proceeds to sbi.
                                    I know well that there is no penalty for pre closure and i loose only the interest.
                                    As per my advice and written request, they did pre closure and sent it to south indian bank ibd division to transfer the funds to sbi.
                                    Ibd transferred the fund to sbi and they sent to me the swift copy.in the swift copy of ibd, it is clearly printed all the bank charges in the account of bank. They transferred only usd 219990 and usd 10 took as bank charges.
                                    If there is any bank charges, they must clearly print on the swift copy - bank charges either shared or by the party. Hence the deduction is illegal
                                    Lodged a complaint with my branch and they says ibd did that and they are helpless to solve this issue.
                                    I am prepared to pay usd 10 if it is printed on the tt copy bank charges by the party.
                                    My sincere advice to all, before opening an account with south indian bank ask their hidden and unhidden charges. Otherwise they will empty your pocket
                                    South Indian Bank [SIB] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                    More than 2 weeks over I have filled form for new account in the bank. But 2 weeks are over they have n't given yet the passbook and all other things.

                                    Please, pay attention towards this problem .
