Account Balance deduction and late responce, and negligency services.
Dear Sir/Madam,
Hi Sir my self Divya S V, i have bank account from past six years in this south indian bank and my accont num is 000.[protected].,
this is the first time i feel very bad about this bank .when i opened junior account year 2009 by the time i was studying in diploma from SJP college and now i am completed BE in Dayanand sagar col of Engg by the time onwards i need any bank necessity means i was using this account only.
in the date[protected] i did cash with draw 700 rupees in canara bank ATM near shivajinagar, after that i dint withdraw any amount but in my accont they deduct 5000(five thousand) Rupees in my account, it was showing CWD 5000 in my accont by the same time and same ATM but i dint withdraw that amount, even my ATM card its with me only and nobody they knows abt my ATM card password.
so after that[protected] i gave compaint letter for balance deduction, and requesting letter for SMS notifications i gave 2 letters for this Bank Emloyee So after some days i am getting SMS notifications now, but still i dint got any Responce for 5000 deduction amount if i called that bank they are not giving any information and that bank employees they are telling mam will inform next week, within 4 days like that they are telling Reasons., just now i am completead my education even we have commitments for that amount.
I dont know what to do now.
Please help me to get my money back...
