The kothanur branch employee in bangalore is denying to clear my salary cheque. She is not returning the cheque also back to me. She keeps telling me to come tomorrow and it has been 2 weeks since I deposited the cheque. She told me today (December 15, 2016) Due to chennai floods some one told her not to release the funds. Please take action these kind of irresponsible bank employees who misuse common people hard earned salaries.
My wife is currently pregnant. How can i pay her hospital bills without my salary and savings. The employees do not respond courteously. They keep on saying we are very busy, come later.

The South Indian Customer Care representatives are always busy. It feels like that no body is there and they are just playing an automated message. Till now, from the last 1 week me and my wife tried numerous times to get in touch with SIB customer care. Every Time the same automated message that all representatives are busy. Even after holding the call for more than 5 mins also, no one is connected. I do not think notifying the SIB Customer Support will change anything as I feel they do not have one.

    This is Krishna Prasad pothugunta from Bangalore. I have an account with sib at kothanur branch in Bangalore. I deposited a cheque on December 3, 2016 with amount Rs. 30915. The amount got credited and debited on the same day on December 7, 2016. I did not transfer the money nor did I get a call from the bank regarding a problem with the cheque. What happened to my salary money? Who is responsible for this?

      My internet banking get blocked due to incorrect 3d secure password.i registered the complaints past 1 week before.Till now the problem is not resolved.and keep on walking in and out the bank everyday.so kindly please make sure that the should be resolved as soon as possible

        Yesterday[protected] night 11.46, i try to get cash from a sbi atm in kaglipura. In that time i try to collect cash of 1900, 1800, and 1000. But in all that time the machine shows that system failures error messages. So cancel the attempt and move to next atm. After when i return back to my home i saw messages of debited cash from my account in my phone . In that time because of that messages i check my passbook balance by using south indian bank's mobile application. On that time the amount was not deducted from my account. So i didn't care about the message . Today[protected] on evening when i check my balance by withdraw 200 rs., i saw only 2310 rs is balance. It should be 7510 rs .And i lost around 4700 rs. After i check my passbook by mobile application, i saw that yesterday's withdrawal was made and i lost my money .

          Hello sir/madam i deposit rs1100 when i open my account in SIB till on that day i dodn't take amount, but today i check my balance in my mobile it shows only 700, so there is no possible reason for rs400 reduction so pls check it and get me back

But i wrongly gave the account no as[protected] digit) instead of [protected](16 digit). And till this date it is not credited to the a/c 0260.53.13684 or returned to my ksa acount .               Respected Sir, I am a college student living in a local address nearby the South Indian Bank(with in 2KM radius).I have applied bank opening form in South Indian Bank in NGGO Colony branch(Coimbatore) on 05.12.15.Bank officials said that letter will be posted within 14 days to the local address where I am living, they also said I have to take that letter to open the account.But till today(28.12.15) there is no such a letter was came to my place and I also asked regarding this to the bank officials but they wont answered properly and shouted to get out from the bank.So please help me to get my back or to open the account i the bank. Thank You

Dear Sir/Madam, Hi Sir my self Divya S V, i have bank account from past six years in this south indian bank and my accont num is 000.[protected]., this is the first time i feel very bad about this bank .when i opened junior account year 2009 by the time i was studying in diploma from SJP college and now i am completed BE in Dayanand sagar col of Engg by the time onwards i need any bank necessity means i was using this account only. in the date[protected] i did cash with draw 700 rupees in canara bank ATM near shivajinagar, after that i dint withdraw any amount but in my accont they deduct 5000(five thousand) Rupees in my account, it was showing CWD 5000 in my accont by the same time and same ATM but i dint withdraw that amount, even my ATM card its with me only and nobody they knows abt my ATM card password. so after that[protected] i gave compaint letter for balance deduction, and requesting letter for SMS notifications i gave 2 letters for this Bank Emloyee So after some days i am getting SMS notifications now, but still i dint got any Responce for 5000 deduction amount if i called that bank they are not giving any information and that bank employees they are telling mam will inform next week, within 4 days like that they are telling Reasons., just now i am completead my education even we have commitments for that amount. I dont know what to do now. Please help me to get my money back... Thanking You

                  I have a Salary account in mylapore branch. for past 3 years i was out of Country for 3years and i came back and drop a DD on10/12/15 at mylapore branch. they told me to change the A/C to Normal A/c From Salary A/c. I Gave a letter the DD was drop for 1st C learns. i called Customer care as asked them when will it get credited on 10th Dec 2015 evening they told it will credit normally in 2days. and told me to ask the branch reg the same i called the branch and asked the same. they told it will credit by evening 5.pm on 11/12/15. i trusted her word and i did not check in atm nor received the SMS. she told it will be credited by 5pm so i gave the card to my mother as she took m relative kids to hotel for dinner. in that hotel they told they dont accept card only cash. so she tried taking cash at the atm out of hotel there was no amount credited. She tried in 2 to 3 ATM. the same result. it has not even come to leadger balance too. if its cheque it can be accepted it DD what is the problem with DD it cant get Bounced. the same kind dd is drod in 2 other bank Canara bank and syndicate bank when they can credit by 11th evening 4pm y cant hey do it and why did they gave me a false Commitment. i was in city so i went to hotel and paid if i ware not in City. think of my mom's at the time that to with kids with her. how shame full matter is it. really bull bank is South Indian bank. am not going to keep quit for it sure they will feel for it.

                  Internet & SMS banking

                  I am having problem in Internet banking and i am unable to view balances proprly of my company and sms delivery is having poor service. Do resolve at earliest

                    Hi, I observed that 'South Indian Bank IP Colony Sector-30-33 Faridabad' deducting Rs114/ every year for Debit card charges, when I asked then are tailing that its RVI has give guideline to bank to deduct Debit card charged according to their convenience. I want to know whether it si really such rule that bank can deduct such charged according to their convenience.

                        Sir, We took home loan from south Indian bank year ago. I am regular EMI payer to bank. Recently RBI reduced Base rate for all banks. With same effect all the banks reduced there base rate. due to above effect EMI or tenure of home loan is reduced. I asked to South India Bank to do same. I was shocked to listen that they reduced there base rate from 10.50 to 10.20 but they didn't reduce EMI or Tenure of existing loans. I feels its purly cheating with all the borrowers. I am seeking your help in this matter. Its big issue for all south Indian Bank customers. Plz Help

                          Dear sir, Our company has current accounts with SIB, Vennala Branch from September 2009 and we have reasonably good business with the bank. Our directors also have SB accounts with the branch apart from our employees . We have been enjoying good rapport with this branch earlier and the support from the bank was commendable. But in the recent past the service level has come down drastically and we have been forced to cancel our current account and SB account one by one. Now we have only one current account and few SB accounts with the branch. We are planning to cancel these accounts also due to poor service from the branch, We regret to send a complaint like this..                                 I, Sharmila Guha have a Savings Bank a/c no [protected] with South Indian Bank Salt Lake Branch Kolkata-700064.The S/B is held Jointly with my husband Mr Siva Prasad Guha. Yesterday i.e 09/05/2014 at about 12.18PM and 12.25PM I made 2 (TWO) transfers of Rs 10, 000/-- each to Tech Process Solutions Pvt Ltd, for Online purchase of Mutual Fund Units from HDFC Asset Management Company (HDFC AMC). The Second transfer amount of Rs10, 000/-- for purchase o[censored]nits of HDFC Cash Management Fund - Treasury Advantage Plan - Direct Plan - Retail Plan --was duly completed and acknowledged by HDFC AMC . However the First Transfer amount of Rs10000/-- to Tech Process Solutions Pvt Ltd for purchase of HDFC Corporate Debt Opportunities Fund units failed due to a technical problem during the transfer process but was nevertheless Debited to my Savings Account. by South Indian Bank HDFC AMC did not receive the amount of Rs 10, 000'-- and did not acknowledge receipt. Though I waited the entire day South Indian Bank did not Credit the Failed Online Transfer Amount of Rs 10, 000/-- . This is unfortunate as most professionally managed banks restore such erroneously debited amount in their End of Day run. Please investigate and arrange to credit back Rs 10.000/- to my S/B a/c value 09/05/2014. Yours faithfully, Sharmila Guha

                                  Sub: i have never seen such a poor and irresponsible service

                                  I am writing this to let you inform that i was treated and served very badly from South Indian Bank. In fact I am an NRI account holder and i tried to activate Internet banking but the sad and painful fact is that up to this time it hasn't been cleared and activated yet. i have been contacting the bank and trying to get it cleared for more than one and half month. but no use up to this time. when ever i contact with the bank and manager i was always informed like it will be okay soon because my pin no and user id have already send to my home address from ernamkulam. i really dont know why this bank provides such a very poor service to the customers especially for NRIs . i dont think that for getting pin no and user id i need to spend more than one and half month. do I? if the bank think that its good, its ok but i dont find any good in this deal because according to me time is money. i just don't want to waste my precious time. i am totally disappointed and treated badly from your part. i wish no one could face this trouble like how i was troubled with cash dealing.

                                    I have went and asked the manager of south indian bank,thalassery for a loan of rs50000..he asked me to submit the necessary papers.i have submitted everything to him.on the day of applying he said that i need to take a life insurance for the equal loan amount...but i came to know that the bank do not ask for a security for a loan amount below rs 4,00,000....the insurance comes to a sum of rs 5500....the loan was cancelled for us.....i think he has got a tie up with the insurance agent.....i humbly request you to check the bank terms and take nessary action against him so that this wont happen for any other students like me.....

                                      May i request to SBI for Cheque book Issue and give the Application for Issue the cheque book on 25 April 2011 but i could not get it on till Date (1-jun-2011) .I ask many time to bank for this ,but they say it issue from delhi and deliver via Postal so check near post office for this..but i can't get it..I need to pay cheque to my builder but it so delay....
