Bought 2kgs of chicken on 25th nov morning but evening while cooking it was rotten even though its kept in fridge. Some white gel kind of thing was coming out of chicken while boiling and same happened with kabaab as well.

Also kind of smell started coming post cooking and we were not able to eat both curry and kabaab. Attached photos as well for the same.

I bought potatoes but price tag is guava tag.guava and potato price is different.
Can you please help me for this

    Purchased a pack of strawberries from the gachibowli star hyper shop. Since i am not supposed to open the seal before buying these fruits, i peeped through the transparent packet to check their quality. They were fine, but when opened them at home, it was all with fungus inside. None of the fruits from the packet was consumable. Only those parts exposed to the customer from the front of the packet were fine, rest all areas of each and every strawberry were spoilt.
    I purchased them for rs. 160. I feel cheated.

      I went to this departmental grocery store Star Bazaar at Pimple Saudagar.
      I purchased 5 items and showed the purchase receipt at the exit gate security.

      Security was particular (which is good) and he asked me to open my bag to check the items (this is also okay)

      However he measured 5 items but questioned me that there are only 3 items on the receipt and looked at me with suspicion. That was really insulting. What the security did not understand is that I had made purchases of 3 line items of which 2 were x2. So there were 3 line items but 5 actual items.

      Finally I explained him what's what and then he let me go.

      It's good to see that security is particular but they are insensitive. The store manager should educate them as to how to really check the items and that too develop an eye for checking without insulting the customers.

        I have purchased one jowar flour packet of 24 mantra organic containing batch no. Djd2018131 with date of packing 13.04.2018 and expiry date 13.10.2018 from star bazar, linking road, andheri (West), mumbai.

        2. While the packet was opened for use, it was shocked to found some decomposed cockroach in the flour.

        3. Though i informed the matter and made compliant to the manufacturer and asked for compensation, they have only replaced the products and taken the other one, telling that they will test it and then came back to me. But nothing happened. Now i am constraint to file fir and also suit against the company and star baazar. Copy of the compliant letter given to 24 mantra organic has already e-mailed to you at [protected]@trent-tata.com.

        In case you can do any thing to settle my grievances, please contact with in 2 days.

        Star Bazaar charging Rs 19 for a carry bag with company name. This is against the court rule. As the amount charged is very high with company logo, the quality of service provided is bad. Please make sure to curb this. As a consumer, I'm contacting you for a proper redressal.

          This is to report an extremely offensive behaviour i experienced at the star bazaar, thane korum mall outlet.
          I was shopping and completed billing, but just when i was exiting the store, to my surprise, the sensors beeped owing to an un-billed item in my trolley. I was taken aside & despite claiming that the staff at billing must have missed out on billing the same, they only accused me. The supervisor and security staff started yelling and me and searched my bag. A lady took me inside and searched me thoroughly, in a very inappropriate manner. Ofcourse they found nothing as my intentions were always bonafide. I was extremely harassed, for no fault of mine whatsoever.
          After all this, i was fed-up and wanted to leave instantly, but i was forced to go back and bill the same, else i wouldn't be permitted to leave the store. I was threatened that they would call the police and that i should never return to shop over there.

          This is truly unacceptable, unprofessional and insulting behaviour on the part of security and the supervisor. I was a loyal customer since many years, but after seeing that their intentions are only to harass innocent customers, i have turned completely against entering any star bazaar store henceforth. I will also ensure i am heard by many, to prevent this from happening with anyone else.

            Ananth nagar, star bazaar bangalore public nuisance - highly disgusting behaviour - they manage a godown and throw 1000kg of veg and non-veg everyday & this is a residential area and the place is always stinking. They open the godown at 4:30am sometimes and they say that they are private company and they will work whenever they want. Because we requested them they started cleaning, but it still stinks. When they open their godown also it stinks. Looks like they dont know how to do warehousing management. Because their godown is in the street, people lot of time honk in the place coz their vehicle will be standing to download the food products to the godown.in the name of cleaning, they will throw their racks and boxes and make rucous noise. Why cant they move to a commercial area and disturbing residents.

            On top of it as the godown is always stinking and good and stale food are together, the good food sold to public is only slow poison.

            We see lot of people without food in india, and this star bazaar wastes more than 1000kgs of food everyday and we say india is a poor country. Human beings only cause lot of nuisance in the society and spoil the welfare of the society.

            We have spoken softly to them and scolded them, and the place cannot be stinking all the time. So we are not eligible for fresh air, the stink comes through even our closed windows into the house, we are allowed to sleep only based on star bazaar and can keep the windows open only when it is clean. Coz the place is strewn with lot of their stale food bags, lot of stray dogs are also around this place barking in the night. Where food is there dogs will be around. We cannot take rest as per our wish, though we are in our house in a residential area.

            We have complained in their head office, however we dont see 100% cleanliness and they are disturbing us a lot.

            Also when it rains, the place still stinks further. And the carton boxes which are thrown further stinks. One truck will come and download fresh products to their godown and inturn from the godown on an hourly or 2 hour basis food stale bagages will be thrown out. Why are they troubling us just coz they want to earn. Some o[censored]s had also fallen ill coz of this uncleanliness. They said that they are ready to pay penalty to us, and we asked them who will bear the suffering then. They are least bothered. Hardly customers know that what they are consuming is food slow poison which will affect them in the long run and they will never know that it is coz of star bazaar.

            For a year we have been struggling with them. Initially when we were buying even biscuits.. It used to be expired products. They just want to sell their snack items by fluke if they can make money - disgusting behaviour. Even animals will be clean than them.

            Star bazaar should be ashamed of themselves for causing environmental nuisance, public nuisance. They are no less than any murderers, who are escaping the law of our country.

            Sir you're charging money for the bags and you're providing plastic bags.
            if you charge us for bags then please provide bags which are biodeggradable.

              Hi, this is chytra. I went to buy few stuffs in star bazar this night around 8:30 pm. I bought the stuffs (Less then 5 in count) and rushed into the express counter as it was already 9 pm. But the express counter was using from the customers who had bought more then 25 - 30 products. When i asked about this the customer in the front started fighting with me badly with a most possible loud voice but the manager of the branch was acting as a quite audience even though the argument continued for 20 min. Least he could have come and tell those customers to follow the rules. That was really a bad experience i have faced ever so far in a city like bangalore.

                This is for New Sangavi, Pune Star Bazar outlet, i bought few items along with Parle Hide& sick and Cadbury biscuits, the store charged me 50 rs for Hide and Sick and 30 rs for Cadbury biscuits, the MRP was 30 rs and 25 rs for each item, when i went to home i doubted the bill amount and cross checked, i then went again to store and complained about this, the store manager Sandip Pal was arrogant to reply and corrected the bill and refunded me 25 rs back. However store manager refused to register complaint, and even refused to give the area manager contact details .
                Please take this note and give me justification on why the outlet is overcharging to customers above MRP .

                  Bagasso foldable cycle with gear was purchased from star bazaar, gopalan arcade mall banagalore, on november 2017 for 8000rs. It's totally of poor quality. First the gear shifter down. I personally replaced. Now it's the gear box itself broken. I called star bazaar, no answer. They say they arenot responsible, they only sell the product, contact the company customer care. But there's no bagasso company brand in india. There's no warranty card was given while purchasing. But they said the bill is the warranty card. I have bill with me now. But now star bazaar people are rejecting the bill as warranty and refuse to take the complaint. I need a refund back.
                  What is my next step, where to complain. Product t is of poor quality. It's just the loot in the name of tata brand.

                    I want to draw your kind attention that, we have listen some times that star bazar is charging more than printed and also charging more items than actual purchased quantities. But we always believe in tata brand, nobody can play foul in tata enterprises. We are regular customer, but to shock, my wife went for grocery shopping in andheri (W) out let on 3rd march 18 as usual she paid as per bill in counter. At exit luckily security pointed that, material is looking short, in her surprise 4 bags of atta charged in bill not purchases by her mentioned. My wife could not check the bill at counter as she was not carrying specs and believe in tata brand. She confronted with management and got refund of rs 1400/ our invoice no is gsl[protected]. Hope management will be more robust to control such activities.

                    Now we will think twice before going to star bazar and will be more careful with other stores also.

                    On 15th April, I purchased a UNIBIC Oatmeal Digestive Cookies pack of 2 around 11:39:00 am (billing time).

                    The next day I found that the expiry date of this product is 13th March 2018.
                    I demand an action against them and warn the customers about this policy so that they are aware and we all are safe especially children.

                      Star bazaar charging extra on two products. Axe after shave had ₹115 on mrp star bazaar charged ₹120. Also, i bought only one gillette foam and the cashier charged two items on the bill. They do not have good range of discount and then they do such issues. No wonder it is running into losses. This is about mira road star bazaar

                        Star bazar knowingly or unknowingly is duping consumers.
                        Below is the mail of my experience and they have not responded till now.

                        Dear sir/madam,

                        Today i was at starbazar akurdi,

                        Following is my experience:

                        1. After the bill is made i made the payment.

                        2. After the payment is made i get to see what is charged to me for individual items.

                        3. I observe the discrepancy for one item (Toor daal) and notify the cashier. (I would have been duped if i would not have checked).

                        4. I am advised to go to customer care who would handle this (I over hear that this is known issue for the item).

                        5. At the customer care there were 2 members and until 30 min there were 4 members and after 30 min i am being asked what price is shown at the shelf.

                        6. I thought if there is known issue and folks are into this day in and day out why would they ask the customer?

                        7. Then as though they are doing favor go to see the price tag.

                        8. When i try to call the customer care number they assure that the problem will be resolved in next 5 min (After wasting30 min for no fault of mine).

                        9. Why this low level service. Moreover of customer is not vigilant you will keep on duping the customers?

                        At the end of the day, i walked out without the toor daal. And surprisingly no correction on the bill and i was let out just like that.

                        I think from tata organization point and otherwise also this is serious concern and would like ot bring this to notice and also expect immediate correction.

                        Certainly i will have to bring this concern to other fellow customers who shop at start bazar how they will get duped if they are not vigilant by going to social media and consumer forums.

                        While i could dump the product for which they charged me wrongly due to incorrect system price, others who might not have noticed how will they compensated and how is star bazar going to ensure this will be fixed at system level.

                            I did shopping of rs 5503 on 2nd july 2017 and because o[censored]r billing member card payment has been done wrongly card payment has been did twice.total 11006rs has been debited from our debit card and they are not refunded to our account yet still one month has been passed i didnt get my money back in my bank account if i asked them for this ur service provider is not giving us proper reply evn no any help and customer service is been provided to us its very much disappointing with us we r not getting our payment we are still waiting for ur reply about refunda

                              Before 1 month i hade purchase shoe, worth rs 799/-, but within month shoe pasting problem arraised, now the situation is that the upper side of shoe and bottom sole getting seprate so i cant wear the shooe, i visited at kolhapur store where i purchase this shoe, but they are saying the we will give the service for just 15 days after date of purchase.

                              So sir please look into this and do the needful.

                              Please delete my number from your SMS campaign list.
                              I get a lot of messages which are irrelevant for me and dont make any difference to me.

                              Typically, companies have a cooling period but your campaigns are crazy and irrelevant.

                                Star bazar keeps sending multiple promotional messages in a day.

                                I am getting like 5 of them in a single day and no option to unsubscribe of them.

                                Can something be done about this?

                                Understood pretty well that there are many offers going on, but i want to be informed about them only when i visit the store.

                                This nonsense must be stopped.
                                I have purchased 1 quality of almond 500 gms. But they have taken money for 2 quantity. I checked my bill just now. Hence putting this complaint. I m regular customer of star bazzar. I know this must be done bymistakly by your staff. But I need cash back of 379 on my club card.

                                    I saw few cockroaches in the shelf of food items (Chicken kebab) & i have complained it to the manager.
                                    Please take necessary actions & maintain hygiene. This incident happened in koramangala star bazaar bangalore. The manager however said he will consider it but didn't agree to take the written complaint

                                      Dear all,

                                      I have been a regular customer of star bazaar andheri west mumbai branch since 2 years. Yesterday 18th of june 2017, sunday i found out the rice which has been given is made up with plastic chemicals..!! How on earth it can happen,..!! I need to showcase the entire matter to the general people. How can someone play with the lives of the general people. I need an explanation on this as soon as possible.

                                        Starbazaar sending too many promotional messages without my approval/permission. I already raised complaint by visiting Strar Bazzar and also informed via customer care number. It is really irritating to receive messages. They say the messages will be stopped after 48 hrs but still i am getting it.
